This poor excuse for an employee is completely negligent with the mail, hes never there during business hours and when he is hes stuffing his face with food and watching movies. Hes gotten my mail and other peoples mail mixed up and when I came to pay my monthly bill he tried to refuse taking it because he wanted to close up an hour early. Wow, looking At previous reviews, nothings changed here. Don’t bother coming because even if their hours either open doesn’t mean anything to them and their customers time is important to them because I just spent an hour outside because a sign on the door says they’re open and I’ll be back in 15 minutes yet three different website says three different times if they close 2 PM 5 PM 7 PM, which is it? And why have a sloppily tips sign on your door that says you’ll be right back in 15 minutes with the lights on and the open sign on if you’re closed? If I am ever walking by this place to see someone walking in here I will go out of my way to let them know how poor a business this is and how little they care about their business.

Update: The place did finally open... At 10:22. Posted open hours are 10am.Sitting outside at 10:13 and counting. Not sure how long to wait past the stated open hour with all these reviews that show a history of this kind of behavior, but I have a package that I need to pick up.

Worker when I went in was completely unprofessional. They advertise as a UPS access point but do not take ups amazon returns.

I am so frustrated. The hours clearly say you are open until 6pm on Saturdays. Yet you are NEVER here. This is the third time this has happened yet UPS continues to bring my packages here. I have two packages inside. Dresses for an event. Thank you for being unreliable.I thought I had updated my UPS location, but unfortunately another package was sent here and again you were closed early. Thanks!

The man working here seems to be a tad bit slow. I went in to mail a package to my daughter and he actually stopped what he was doing to watch TV while there was someone else waiting as well.

The woman partner who owns and runs this business is not reliable, so you take your chances if you do business here!She is not truthful, she will lie her way out of any inconveniences, should she feel the need.She also disappears unexpectedly in the middle of the day to do her own errands, and often leaves earlier than her stated closing time of 6 PM..

The heavy set guy that works there obviously has some learning disabilities, but I just avoid this place because I have the same complaints. They never open on time. When you do go in there the heavy guy starts blabbing and moves at a snails pace. Why have a business???

The fat guy that work in there is so lazy. I gave him a usb and asked him to print a file, but he won’t do it and just sat there eating his ice cream. I printed the file myself. When paying for the service the guy still had his ice cream in hand while giving me my change. Terrible service I don’t recommend.

Whenever I have to go over there between 5:30 & 6pm Monday - Friday they are closed. So frustrating as I ca not get there sooner from work and their hours say they are open until 6pm. It happened again tonight so now I have to take the time to stop by again tomorrow and hope they dont decide to close at some random time again. I will be contacting UPS.

Fantastic customer service and SUPER convenient

I don’t like picking up here, but I have issues with having packages left at my apartment. Today I stopped by to pick up during opening hours and they were closed... called and knocked, no one around. I really don’t like this place.
