I’ve been to many different Ulta’s to get my brows done. It’s sad to say this is the worst one I’ve been to. My brows look the same as I came in. Cleaned up, but not shaped and still so much hair. No trimming or nothing. I truly don’t understand. I’ve worked at a Ulta before as well and they are all trained the same. I would go back to ask for her to prefect them, but at the same time I don’t want her to mess them up. I paid for my services, but I will never be back again. I also don’t ever leave reviews, this is my first time. So that certainly says a lot!

Visited this place twice today Ramon was great! From out of town. Enjoyed my visit.

I went there on July 28th around the 11-12pm hour. This was the BEST Ulta experience that I’ve had by far!!!! The staff (cashier to the Beauty Consultant) were very accommodating to my experience in finding the products that’ll benefit me! I will continue to shop at this location!!

Stephanie and the fine worker with shimmery boots at the cash register this evening were absolutely great in helping me find two kinds of eyeshadow I needed. They have already been wonderful in the past, and I like this location. I’ve received great advice from one of the esthetician’s on my current skincare routine, and the hospitality is A1! Recommend this location!

Curlsmith products are the best! I also bought a scalp massager.

Love the staff, their always available and helpful. The variety of products in the store is almost overwhelming, but once one of the staff see me looking overwhelmed and wondering aimlessly, they quickly can help me find whatever product Im looking for at that time or reccomend certain products that would work with my sensitive skin.

Online order was ready as promised and waiting for me at the pick up counter. Staff has always been very helpful to me when I shop in the store.

Paid $65 plus tip for a cut from an elite stylist . This is the second time Ive been there, the first time I loved the cut. This time it was a disaster. .She completely messed up my hair. Im embarrassed to even go to work.

Ulta in Silverlake of Pearland was great as always. We never could find Ulta in Sugarland on University Blvd. There was no signage.

I have just recently been going to Ulta for about 1 year now.. I always find it a little pricey but you pay for awesome work. Misty has been my new stylist since my old one left for about the last 8 months or so, and Each time I came in I always felt special and come out beautiful. Now during this pandemic it is hard to be beautiful and as a frontliner be judged or shunned for what I do to save people. Misty and staff are educated in CDC guidelines and do not discriminate on individuals. I always feel safe comfort to this salon and feel that the employees too feel safe. They provide a service that is essential in helping us see the beauty of ourselves .. to be the better person of ourselves, so that we can do our duties to serve people in this community. They too are part of the fight and war..I am forever grateful for Misty & Candace help one making me feel beautiful in my bday month. God Bless you all

First time trying Ulta hair salon and I was not disappointed. Melissa was my hair stylist and she did an amazing job. I highly recommend her, she was very knowledgeable, professional, and a real sweetheart. I have been looking for someone I can go to consistently and feel confident in the service, and I finally found someone.

This location is out of a lot of products. However the good thing is that it can be ordered and shipped to your home

I love this place. But I so not agree with them closing right now. Just got the email. You will expect us to make out payments on time for our credit cards but not going to be open. I just dont think its right. I know the virus is serious but to close the stores its crazy.

They have some wonderful products and excellent customer service! You can test certain products before you buy them. There is always someone willing to help you. Some of their products are a bit costly, but if you have rewards membership, you accumulate credits and can save money on purchases.

I was apprehensive about going to the Salon at Ulta - and then I met Jessie. I was having a hair emergency and Jessie took the time, care, and love my hair needed - even staying past closing to make sure I was pleased. Both Jessie and her manager are what it means to go above and beyond and I could not have asked for better customer service. It was an experience I will never forget. Shoutout to The Salon crew!

Would not give me the free mascara for my birthday month gift because I did not have the email. Although I had just spent 80.00 for products. She pulled my account up too and could see it was my birthday. Will not be shopping there .

Just came for brushes which were hard to find. It was also hard to find someone to help me. Once I found someone, they were able to help, but then had to stand in a really long line. Only one register was open and that one was being run by a person in training. I give them 3 stars because the brushes were nice and are holding up well.

They are usually out of stock on the products I want. I dislike this place but its the closest to me.

I have been using the Ulta Salon for almost 5 years now. A good hairdresser is hard to find but Ive been with Melissa since i started going. She is very knowledgeable about hair types, styles, cuts and colors. I also really appreciate that when i bring in photos of what I want, she talks me through it for my hair type and skin tone. If you are looking for a hairdresser, please ask for Melissa.

I am so amazed with Trenae’s work. I went yesterday for a spiral perm and let me tell you. SHE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT SHE IS DOING. I was doubtful in the beginning because my prior times getting a perm they had damaged my hair. But I promise you that is one of the best stylists I have ever encountered. She’s amazing, comfortable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Thank you so much for giving me exactly what I asked for.

I have frequented this location for at least 10 years. Yesterday I walked in and was greeted by a sales specialists and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I inquired, What products do you recommend to cover dark circles under the eyes? The sales specialists looked surprised as if she didnt expect a significant response. She quickly dismissed my concern, blurting We carry many brands in different price ranges with concealers. Feel free to browse. Um, OK. So you work at a store that sells goods in exchange for money. I can walk around and look at the products at my leisure. That is basically what youre saying. Hm. What a novelty! Why say anything at all? That employee needs to brush up on their product knowledge and pretend to care a little bit more.

Everyone is nice. Priscilla did an awesome job on my daughters hair today. She really knows color. Candace is wonderful and is amazing as a stylist all around and manager. Missy is great with cuts.

I had to return some stuff and it was really a nice experience. I actually exchanged, but they werent all rude about it and I didnt have to keep what I couldnt use. Their staff was VERY helpful and SWEET.

Alexia at the Brow Bar is excellent. Mapped my brows first to be sure she knew what I wanted and paid attention to details. I highly recommend her.

By far the best haircut Ive ever had! Missy Machamer is the absolute best hair stylist and she is so much fun to talk to that it felt like I was only in the chair for 5 minutes. I would rate 10 stars if I could!

I have very dark hair that is very challenging to turn blonde. I have tried so many hairstylist throughout the years. I finally found Missy, who is an elite stylist. She has turned me Elsa blonde and my hair is still long and healthy. I have been using her for years now. It amazes me how she is always on top of the latest trends with color and cut. I always get my hair done at ultra. My most recent experience was unfortunately very long. I got a baylage and was told to come in at 7pm and would be done at 9 for closing. They need to be better at communicating how long it actually takes because I was there long past 11pm. I will still continue to go there because I love their services, but that kink should be worked out quickly.

I have shopped at Ulta for about 2 years now but this was my first time getting my hair done at the Ulta Salon and I have to say I will definitely be back! I wanted to do something bold with my hair so I got Pravana all-over highlights (Wild orchid and Violet) and it turned out fabulous. The stylists all seemed very friendly and personable and are good at what they do. I recommend trying them out for your next hair appointment.

If i could give ZERO stars I would.DO NOT BOOK LOUIS, HE IS UNEDUCATED ON HAIR & SHOULD BE FIRED. My naturally curly hair is ruined because of this man not knowing what he was doing. I went here needing help finding a new foundation and I ended up meeting the sweetest lady that was so helpful. She color matched my skin and also noticed how dry and red my face was in certain areas. She then recommended a face wash. I have been using both for 3 weeks now, I love the foundation but the face wash was the best purchase by far because I no longer have flaky dry skin, red spots have improved and what looked like heat rash on my forhead is totally gone. Definitely check this ulta out! Fantastic staff!!!

Well... my girlfriend loves it!

The only bad experience i had here was that i asked for a drug store foundation match but yet the gave me bareminerals instead. The woman put a moisturizer that has honey and i told her that i am allergic to honey; she still put it on my face. After that i cleaned it off and i asked again for that foundation match but i got IT cosmetics instead. It ended up burning my skin! But they were all nice though. They need more people to help when we want a drug store foundation.

This was my first time getting my eyebrows done at Ultas brow bar and Dria did a beyond amazing job. My left eyebrow was all out of control and out of shape due to my previous threading experience but she made it look as if it was kissed by the heavens. I will never go anywhere else besides her ! Definitely worth the 22 bucks.

Absolutely love this Ulta! Everyone in the salon is so helpful and professional, the receptionist Denisse always has a smile on her face and is very kind. Whether I go in for a haircut or a hair do Im never let down. I highly appreciate the hair stylists advice and suggestions they really know what theyre doing. Been going to this place for years now... Store is always clean including the restroom. Most of the staff are welcoming and nice.Downside is that a lot of the time they dont have things available so you might need to call in ahead and check. Other than that its a really good environment. Brightly lit like every ULTA with large windows if you want to see the makeup in natural lighting so the color youre trying in store will look the same when you leave unlike at Sephora.

Matthew was amazing! I showed him a picture of the color I wanted and he made it happen. If you go here ask for him and you wont be disappointed!

I came to ulta to find my right shade of foundation after I went to Macys and bought their smashbox foundation seemed to orangey for me so I came to ulta for help and let me tell you there was this gay guy who works there he was so helpful with everything and showed me techniques how to apply my foundation and concelar best customer service ever idk his name but yes very awesome experience!

I always come here and buy stuff and get free samples . But today I clearly saw there was a LOT OF SAMPLES & REGINA . Did not want to give me any. Probably wanted to keep them for her self .
