We have hit this place up right before closing a few times now. These young men are awesome! They are always kind and friendly with good suggestions. A lot of places close early, but this place serves until closing time. Great service with some great employees! Thank you!

Stopped in today with my little one for the first time and we really enjoyed the ice cream and the staff is friendly. I think it would be a great place to have an ice cream party.

There website says they close at 10pm..but we got there at 9pm and all the chairs were upside down on tables...doors locked....and workers just hanging around Im guessing till 10pm... closing an hour early...and probably clocking out at 10pm...10/22/2021...too bad Dairy Queen it is..

Huge let down: do not buy icecream cakes for adults here. I am guessing if it is a child and not important if they choose what colors and how and all... then fine. But if it is for an adult who is near death and the situation is sensitive, no amount of calls and explanations will help. They do what they want and do not care to make the situation right. I even asked if they could at least remove the sprinkles. No. Exchange? No. ... nothing.I drive from 2 hours away and had ordered 3 days in advance and called in to make sure they understood what I was requesting since the online order system only allows for 20 characters. I thought after a lengthy e plantation and asking them to repeat back what I requested.... silly me! Thought they heard me.The 6 to 8 person cake serves 2 adults. They are not concerned in the least.Buyer be ware!

I went today to Baskin Robbins in Pearland 5/10/21 at 8:45pm. The hours on the door and in Google state that they close at 10pm. The female worker in the front did not want to let me in. She locked the door and kept yelling we’re closed with a rude and condescending tone. I tried telling her the sign on the door says the shop closes at 10pm and she was still yelling and shrugging like she didn’t care. I don’t know if Basking Robbins knows their employee is closing the shop early. If she doesn’t want to be there for closing time then she should look for another job.

I visited this location on 04/25/2021 in the afternoon and had a TERRIBLE experience. When I arrive there were a few people inside so I didnt expect the wait to be so long. There was one male worker handling all orders and then a gentlemen walks in asking for a Doordash order. The worker completely ignored the customers and begin to fill the Doordash order without addressing the people whos been waiting for some time now. Next another worker walks in with Target bags and a bag of ice that was purchase from a retailer. At this point it was obviously they ran out of supplies and short staffed. Once the supplies were put away, she leaves without addressing any customers s well. Finally a female worker comes out from the back, which was great because the male worker completely ignored us in line to complete the Doordash order. Instead of her taking the next customer in line she begins to help the other worker fill the doordash order as well. So now we have a line out the door and two workers working on an online orders and no ones acknowledging the customers inside or outside of the building whos been waiting patiently for over 20 minutes. I been waiting for about 30 minutes and finally it was my turn in line. I ordered a Caramel Cappuccino Blast and the female worker begin to make the drink, upon completion she put whip cream and cinnamon on top. I immediately ask her nicely if she could remove the cinnamon and add caramel as I get this drink on a regular and cinnamon is only added on the original cappuccino blast and they always put caramel on top of the one I orders. She didnt apologize or seem to care. The male worker came over and they were whispering how long the line was, you can tell they where overwhelmed. Upon completing the drink with new whip cream(which her bare hands touch-Gross) she couldnt get the lid on and asked the other worker for help. He ignored her to complete his order for the other customers and she handed me a drink that was leaking on the sides and told me to place the lid myself. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I waited over 25 minutes and then Im ask to place the lid myself on a drink thats overfilling on the side. To top if off the ice wasnt blended all the way through and I had chunks of ice throughout my drink.

Their customer service is horrible and they don’t even follow their own business hours or COVID procedures. After being told to wait outside because there were 2 people in their store and 7 minutes of standing with little movement inside, I had to leave. This is NO way to run a business, especially one that serves ice cream (which is supposed to bring happiness).

The man didn’t seem to care about his job and had poor service. He gave me my ice cream and it was more like soft serve than ice cream. After a bite or two I went up and asked if he could change my ice cream. He seemed to not care at all and all he said was “that’s becuase we just changed it” but that doesn’t change the fact my ice cream was soft and melted. He didn’t even offer to make me a new one. However the lady working with him was nice and made me a new one with out questioning me about it. She was really nice.

Never order a cake from here!!! If youre going to charge someone almost $30 for a cake it should at least look presentable. I had purchased the ice cream cone cake and the chocolate ice cream in one of the cones was basically completely melted by the time I got the cake home. The writing on the cake was also very sloppy. Not worth what I played for.

Ice cream tasted old. Both my kids love ice cream and did not want to eat theirs...

If you want good ice cream save your tastebuds and go to marble slab or cold stone...or go to the grocery store and get some bluebell

I placed order for a birthday cake and my order was completely wrong the manager didnt want to refund me.we only took a slice no one liked the cake . Manager stated they can only fix it after going back and forth she decided to agree on a refund but she needed the cake back which makes no sense after they ruined a birthday cake! I decided to place a order for a different cake and requested it to be ready the next day at noon she said they need to be placed 24 hours before pick up. it was only a 2 hour difference and manager was contacted but they said no that it has to be ready after 24 hours couldnt make exception two hours earlier . I told them they already ruined a cake and they cant make exception they need better management!

Do NOT go to this Baskin-Robbins, they have horrible customer service! I went to this location about two weeks ago, on a Friday night. I got there at about 9:30pm & although there were 3 workers at the time, and 2 cash registers, there was only 1 person doing transactions, the other two were cleaning in the back. When I finally got to the register, at 10:00pm, they didnt even have what I wanted...the woman checking me out offered me something else, which I clearly stated that I didnt want, but bought anyway being that I had stood in line for 30 minutes. However, she didnt tell me that there was an extra cost, not much of a difference, but its something you should mention & quite frankly, the extra cost shouldve been dismissed because it was something I did not want. We havent gotten to my point yet. After swiping my card, before I even got the chance to put in my pin number, a worker comes from the back announcing, Sorry, but were closing, so you guys have to get out. Those were his exact words. There was a room full of people & I honestly thought he was joking, until he started letting people out. That is not how you conduct a business and ice cream is not something you can wait to eat at home, because it melts. So, everyone in the facility was forced to eat in their cars. On top of all of this, I called to see if I could receive a refund or something, because I was so dissatisfied by the whole situation and pissed off that I had waisted my money. Anyway, the girl who answers the phone says she has to speak with her manager and theyll call back. That was nearly two weeks ago and I have yet to receive a call. Bottom line, dont waste your time or money, I recommend going across the street to Cold Stone Creamery or getting some Froyo because if I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.

Love their turtle blast. I ordered 2 tonight. The guy made the worst blast... tasted nothing but ice and coffe... I wander if he even added some Praline ice cream to it.... disgusting. Very disappointed.

I love their ice cream! 31 flavors to try but my favorite is Daquiri Ice. Every now & then when I want to splurge a little, I get my fav along with a scoop of mint chocolate chip. This was one of those times! 😁

Today I met 4 young woman by the name of Mya, Alyssa, Jamari, and sayjah. They are all such beautiful young women and they’re attitudes are very positive. They all brighten up my day. I was happy to get ice crepe and i was blessed to met them. I can honestly say that Pearland has the best service team. I always happy to get to Pearland BR 🙏🏼❤️

Not the biggest selection in flavors, but their specialty ice cream are worth it. Price comparable to Marble slab, but this ice cream is really rich, if thats what you like.
