This place is a one stop shop. Best New Orleans style Snow Balls in the city!!! No doubt!!!
This a cute little snow cone place. The employees are the kind and attentive. Best part is, they give you plenty of syrup. Give this place a try. You wont regret it.
Really good shaved ice and friendly staff.
I called to see if they were open at 3:45pm, the nice lady said they would be open til 7pm, I said great! Then she said today they would be open til 8 I said even better. I arrived at 4:45, it was lightly raining outside. When I opened the door to walk in someone said were closed, I looked shocked, then someone else says yeah were running low on ice, mind you they have a sign selling beingets, and other things and I hadnt even ordered. The sign on the door says they have normal business hours, then someone else says oh well were running low on syrup...hmm I wonder what syrup because I had not even ordered. My elderly mother was so shocked by this type of service if you can call it that. I didnt let them know that less than hour ago I was informed that they were open til 7 no 8pm. I DONT Recommend this business for ANYTHING! The 1 rating is required!
Excellent establishment. Their different flavors is like poetry in motion. The Peach Cobbler and Strawberry Shortcake is soooo delicious. I also love their crawfish nachos. You have to try it!
Young people was very professional and courteous. Product was exceptional.
This was my 3rd and probably last visit. The first 2 times I went was when they first opened. My first experience was the best. I ordered the strawberry shortcake snow cone. If my memory serves me correctly, I feel like I remember there being ice cream or pieces of cake or both throughout the snow cone. Whatever it was, it was extremely different on the 2nd and 3rd visit. On today’s visit, when I walked in there were no other customers inside. The customer service was very lack luster and lazy as if she didn’t want to be there. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. She didn’t offer a spoon, straw or napkins. I had to ask. I expect things like that to be a given. To top it all off, there was nothing special about this “specialty” snow cone. There was barely any condensed milk on it. Other than the few pieces of strawberries and the whipped cream on top, I’m not sure what I paid $9 for. I was very disappointed. This snow cone was definitely not worth what I paid.I was hoping this place would be a hit but it has been very inconsistent and disappointing!
Snowball was okay. I prefer my ice shaved down more but workers were very polite and I was not disappointed.
They gave great customer service, their flavors were sweet and authentic! I truly enjoyed this place it reminds me of back home in New Orleans. I will continue to do Buisness with Sweet Sneaux!
The gumbo and beignets are great
I consider myself to be a world-renowed snow cone enthusiast so to be taken aback by such a fine snow cone is an honor. Lord, Bless the baby girl that made my food & multiply it 10 fold. Hands down, literally the best snow cone I ever had in Texas. Customer service is amazing. Food especially cake/cheesecake is moist, & crawfish nachos (with doritos) are pretty good too.
Drove all the way to the place BEFORE 7, no one was there, not good business, if your hours are until 7, someone should be there!
Great snowballs, not so great service.
Arrived at 7:30 on a Saturday sign on the door said they closed at 8 and blinking sign on the door said open, but when we walked in the teenagers behind the counter said they were closed. Unfortunately they’ve lost my business.
Not sweet enough for me. Bland sno cones. Sno City is better sorry not sorry!!
Good flavors.
Great customer service, nice shop! Extremely sweet I couldn’t finish my small but that’s just my personal preference.
First time here so I had the gumbo and the beignets. The gumbo was rather good. The beignets though which was the reason why I came here were not right at all. They were yeast rolls (pre-made and possibly frozen) then lightly fried as in extremely lightly fried and dusted with powder sugar. This is not a beignet. I will come back and try their crayfish nachos and of course a snowcone. They have some great looking stuff!
Very polite. Good snowballs at a New Orleans price🤑! Looking forward to trying more signature items on their menu next time 😋
Great snowcones and friendly service! Worth every penny
One of one nola styled snowballs. definitely a must try, sweet sneaux will not fail you, especially in this Houston weather!!!!!
They taste good and the flavor is pretty great.I had the tiger blood
I found this place through a Facebook group. I’m not really a snow cone person but these are definitely not your typical snow cones. I definitely recommend and I’ll be back to try their food 🥰
