Love going to Panaderia Perla De Orient for lunch or just coffee usually with my good friend. The atmosphere and people are lovely and the food delicious. It has the very best cappuccino! Definitely deserves five stars.

Perla del Oriente has now become my new Peekskill staple. The staff and owners are all very friendly and their food is delicious. The serving sizes are enormous (I think I only ate lunch that day) but save room for some of their famed coconut flan and don’t sleep on the crema drink!

Plate and coffee both are super great:) It was the best lunch at least in this few months

We went to this place for the first time today and absolutely LOVED it!!!! The owner is really nice and makes you feel at home. The desserts were super delicious and the flan is fantastic! We sat outside while eating amazing cake and drinking really good coffee. Its the perfect date :) Please check this family run bakery out. You can taste the love in every bite.

Use to go here on the regular when I lived in Peekskill. The Owner is incredibly nice and makes you feel welcome every time. Went there for breakfast a lot! Food is delicious, ice coffee is brewed with real coffee and is amazing. Everything is an affordable price range. Def a repeat customer

We go here for the tamales. Not the best ever had, but pretty good nonetheless. Raised prices on them though from $3.00 to $3.50 after 12 years per gentleman that served me.Friendly service, good tamales, always busy, will keep patronizing and so should you.

One time I went there with my family. One of my family members had complained that their oatmeal was too cold. The owner refused to warm up their oatmeal and yelled at us. We never went back. The service was not good.

They are a family run bakery with a hot food section with such a variety of delicious foods. The staff are all kind, helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Words cannot express what a joyful experience it is to eat there. Tres leche cake is to die for

We dont visit Peekskill often, but when we do we ALWAYS have breakfast here. The food is excellent, and the service is always prompt and friendly.

We go to this great little bakery every now and then (wish it were a bit closer as we would go more often) to pick up conchas, or what we call sugar rolls. They are kind of like Easter Bread rolls, with some baked-on sugar on top. They are great.The Pandaderia Perla De Oriente has a fairly large selection of all sorts of baked goods, all in bins on the back wall. You just help yourself (use the tongs) and put however many you want onto a tray, and they will ring you up at the register. They are a great and different alternative to the usual doughnuts, so pick up a bunch to bring to your office (or home).They also make hot food, which we have tried, which is also good... great prices, friendly folks... however, it helps to find someone who speaks English (since I dont speak Spanish), but there is usually someone there to answer any questions.Check it out...
