Clean truck stop they had lots of stuff for shopping.They had really cool statues which my family and I posed in front of for pictures.There is plenty of options for getting food and snacks.There are no complaints this is a great truck stop and I will stop by the next time Im in town.

Not GAS RV friendly At all! Tried twice to get in to fill and with a 38’ RV plus a toad it was impossible without blocking many areas! Newer RV’s have fill in the back not side.Recommend a RV pull thru section. Going down the road with my couple hundred dollars!

This is one of the best gas stations. Always very clean, great snack options, pet station that’s always clean with lots of grass, and so much more. I especially recommend this place for those who have a pet. We always stop here on our way from Washington to Idaho.

Overpriced stuff and then want to charge me $0.05 for a bag to carry my overpriced stuff in.. no thank you. I will pass on this place from now on.But the best part was when I asked why do you charge for a bag. And she replied because all the other places around here are doing it. Yep I should have kept on rollin. Ill know better next time I come though here.

Quick on and off the highway. Filled the tank, washed the bugs off the windshield, and used the restroom. I was back on the road in just a few minutes.

They held my id after selling me a shower. Towels dont absorb water, paper floor mat, no shower door, no where to keep things dry. Im not sure how they acheived it but they made pilot showers feel like luxury.

McDonalds allows walk in service but the DairyQueen across the street does not (drive-up only). We have a big rig and the biggest problem we had on our trip was inside dining.

Used to be one of my favorites stops, But ever since the mask policy their quality has gone done. The pumps became real slow, and usually there is two to three that are not even working. clean showers and there is a few good employees left there. But I think the mask is blocking oxygen to their brain because quality has gone way down ever since.

An amazing place to stop! Fun things for the kids to check out like the Giant Yeti statue and the family of bears. They have educational and Interactive things set up by the McDonalds inside. There is a penny rolling machine as well to take a cheap souvenir home. The restrooms and showers were clean and the customer service was top-notch! Lots of different kinds of souvenirs as well as local novelty type foods to take home. They have your standard hot and cold drinks and food to grab for the road. If you want to go to the casino they have a service phone to let them know you need a ride Free ride over! They have outdoor picnic tables and lots of truck parking. :-)

Good stop on the way - fun staff, clean facilities, options for coffee and beverages and prices arent too bad for a travel plaza. The fact that its run by natives is a plus too - need to see them running more businesses.Reducing one star for really slow service. Dont know if it was that one night but did two transactions that took entire 300 seconds of wait each. Or so it seemed.

I love this place. Large parking lot, lots of fuel pumps. Showers, laundry, drivers lounge, travel store, gift shop, knife and sword area,and Mc Donalds. Have a shuttle over to casino...gotta stop!!

Man in blue shirt at 9:12PM tonight decided to leave the bathroom without washing his hands after using the urinal. As he walks out of the bathroom without washing his hands he starts coughing. This man then proceeds to the McDonalds lobby to order his meal with his germ infested hands and money.

Not pet friendly. Black, hot asphalt parking lot. NO MASK. NO SERVICE. If you are not wearing a mask they will not take your money.

Arrowhead Travel Plaza is still one of my favorite stops when I’m looking for a place to relax for a day or two (taking a 34 hour reset here is like a vacation). The driver lounge has great recliner chairs, a big screen TV and they have lots of good food options. The casino next door is always fun!!Great place, thanks for providing us a fun place to stop !!

I had to wait in line for 15 minutes. When I finally got to the pump and ran my debit card the pump display kept asking me for mileage, ID number, add odometer reading. After several attempts I went inside and had a prepaid $70. When I could finally thought I could get my gas the pump stopped working and it hung up on me before ever pumping a drop. The place is too busy with bad programs and their pumps dont work.

I stayed at the truck stop there. It was nice view of the mountains.

This is one for the best stops off of interstate 84. It is one of thoes wonderful places in Oregon where you can pump your own gas. There is a large store and a McDonalds.

Nice place for a 10 or a 34. I simply LOVE the view of the Western toe of Cabbage. It is simply beautiful here. So much nicer than the dull drab scenery you get at most truck stops. Parking sometimes fills up, but not as crazy as the PFJ or Loves down the road. Also, a casino next door with plenty of parking, so if they are full here, you can go park next door at the casino. Never seen the casino parking fill up. Otherwise, good clean store. Showers are good ($8 with $5 key deposit), restrooms are clean. UBI (Useless Bit of Information), they sell cases of Dasani water here. Im kinda picky about my water and like Dasani (My brother-in-law works for Coke, so buying Coke products is also a family thing). Most truck stops dont stock Dasani water in cases. Coffee is also decent. Only reason not giving it 5 stars is food options, in my opinion, are limited. They do have a McDonalds here.

Really great place to stop for some last minute souvenirs for family members. The place is really clean and the staff was friendly. I was in a hurry. Wish I would have had more time to browse all the cool stuff they had. Cheap gas as well!!!

Terrible showers. Floor was ice cold and water was not hot. Barley above cold. I should be able to enjoy a shower. Not rush through it because Id rather be in my truck because its warmer

Cool gift shop. Very clean. Really high prices on cigarettes and other items though.

Card reader at pump does NOT work.

Be careful if buying diesel. The large sign you can see from a mile away states a price. The pump states the same price. When you pay you get a $0.36 per gallon tax (done by state/) But they use this to lure people off the hwy. I turned around and drove back to loose an extra $10. Strictly the principal. Very deceptive.

Was asked to wear a mask. I told them I cannot wear one. They said, then we cant serve you! Absolutely despicable that accomodations could not be made.

No mask, no service - no 5 star rating. Im vaccinated, and its time to move on.

They were average. The person giving out the food messed up the order and then blamed us for the other person who didn’t get their order. Just make sure, from this place especially, you double check everything.

Stopped in for lunch. Checked out the laundry. Very nice. Folding areas, 2 desks w/ chairs and outlets, four working washers, and four working dryers. All coin-op. Coin-op detergent dispenser. TV room with theater style recliners. Deli area with sandwiches, fruit, veg, yogurt, cheese and eggs.

Best truck stop out there. Good fresh coffee and AWESOME BIG CLEAN SHOWERS . Always parking for big rigs.. wish other truck stops would take a look at this one and follow suit.

Sat march 7 2020 @7:55amthis place would be better if the woman behind the counter were nice. Each time we stop here(truckers) they never say hello, only stare blankly at me when I say hello upon entering the trucker entrance. I was looking at some souvenirs to buy for family and needed help, but didnt want to ask the employees because theyre not friendly people. :/

$1.50 washers & dryers, $7.00 showers, TV room with recliner seats, dish network, 70 TV, casino with 3 restaurants, shuttle, friendly staff, & newer facility not some run down dinosaur of a building. No mechanics or repair shop but this is the difference between a world class truckstop & just any other truckstop.

We always stop here on our drive from Washington to Idaho and one of the huge reasons is they let you pump your own gas here 😬😂Nonetheless, theres lots of parking and pumps, its right off the freeway, and its connected to a McDonalds. The bathrooms here have a lot of stalls (two handicap stalls), have always been decently clean, and have a changing table for the baby.My kids favorite part are some of the fun, large stuffed and standing animals like the moose and bear.

Excellent Truck Stop at the bottom of cabbage hill. This truck stop has a better selection of food than most other truck stops and a huge area for neat and unique gifts you wont typically find at a truck stop. Its also within walking distance (200 yards) of a nice casino (Wild Horse Casino)

Was refused service because i didnt have a mask on and when i informed them that i couldnt wear a mask because of severe breathing problem they said they didnt care. Having our kids love eight hours away, weve stopped at this Travel Plaza more times than I care to think about. The bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. Their store has a great variety of items for purchase, covering everything from drinks to snacks to shirts to electronics cords. Its become one of our regular stops when we are traveling.

Buyer beware...all sales final. Purchased tazer for daughter which required clerks assistance. The carrying case was switched and all attempts to reach store management have failed. There are reasons a person may want taser secure in belt mounted case rather than buried in pockets or purse. Thanks

Great stop. You can pump your own gas, and its usually a minimum of .10 cheaper than in town. Rest stop had good assortment of gifts and typical travel fare.

Great place for the weekend. Not only do you have a truck stop with a restaurant inside with some items to purchase and take home with you, but from a walking distance there is a casino called the arrowhead casino and there is a restaurant, movie theater, entertainment room, a little construction on the outside to make it more bigger, plus a motel with swimming pool and gym.

First time here today, loved it! Big, clean and full of fun stuff to buy. My kids bought themselves some cute souvenirs for themselves. McDonalds is attached also. This will be on our map for future stops for sure!

It has always been very clean restrooms, prices are high,( any kind of big truck stop like this is going to have high prices). but it is a nice clean area,nice place for kids and pets to relax, Play in the grass and just stretch their legs very nice area!!

I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask, which its illegal to ask for documentation or to ask what your condition is. Brian told me to leave his store and being on a indian reservation they do not have to follow the federal rules. Will never go there again

Went in and was asked to leave for not having a mask. Let them know Im exempt under the medical condition exemption and they said they arent following state guidelines and dont care if you have a medical condition. So much for being a travel center for all clients. Wont ever be back. Formal complaint has been filed with ada

The restrooms inside were nice and clean. The gas price was the same as other places. Beware that you have to pump your own. Easy to get on and off from the highway.

I aways stop here before or after the pass. Always clean with plenty of parking space and a designated pet area. As a non-Oregon native, I strongly prefer self-service fuel stations, which this is. If you do not want to get out of your car to pump your own fuel and wash your windows, check fluid etc, then this is not the place for you.

This place was way big, I was surprised.The big stuffed animals in the lobby were interesting... Bear, deer and such.The was a McDonalds attached to it.Restrooms were clean but busy.Prices were high, as one would expect.Some history of the local Native American tribe inside too.
