Despite Mr Gordons review (all his reviews are neg) This place has some of the best deli food and burgers around for miles! Highly recommend this place. Costumer service is absolutely outstanding.

Every time we call and order food here they never pick up the phone. Their door dash timing is unreasonable being that it will take an hour to have your order ready. And when I do walk in to order they ask if I’ve called or placed an order for pickup!!! Serious lack of professionalism. Short Stop used to be so good.

BEST. BURGERS IN PENDLETON. PERIOD. Also the best tasting Ranch dressing youll ever eat (they make it themselves). Always good food, made right, served hot and fresh. $15 feeds 2 VERY HUNGRY guys VERY well including big drinks. Awesome! Keep it up! :)

Good food, but not worth the bad service from the older woman working here that I experienced today. Definitely not the best in town like these white people were all paid to say on here. Would not recommend if the behavior I saw today is continued. Very unsatisfied and unfortunate. I believe her name is Kathy, and it suits her well. Should have been named Karen, though.

Food was good but service was horrible. Older lady with short hair, all of the other reviews calls her Kathy. She was rude, disrespectful, and passive.she treated me like a little kid. I have always herd about the bad service and I now know why. It was my first time going there and definitely my last. Im very disappointed.

Best burgers in town, the staff is amazing, and the food is always so fresh and hot! Also it’s very convenient that there’s a drive through, especially for those with small children! Love this place! 👌❤️👌

I was asked if I had food stamps because the cashier thought I looked poor?? I should not have to be worried if I am dishevelled looking at a convenience store. This happened about 3 years ago so I hope they are doing better now but I do not plan to go back.

Took a solid 20 minutes just for two orders of JoJo’s and a pizza pocket, just to add insult to injury charged me for ranch but didn’t give me any.

One of the older gals, I think her name was Kathy, made very passive-aggressive comments due to me wanting to order my lunch at the drive-thru window. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. Just about every time I go through the drive-thru she always says something along the lines of “Did you call in an order? Well why not? You should’ve just came inside. Are you done ordering yet?” It took them a little longer to prepare my order but as she handed me my food I heard her say “maybe next time you’ll call ahead of time and we won’t be so long”. I was completely unsatisfied.

I called to talk to a mgr or owner, the cashier was extremely rude to me. She would not give me to the mgr or owner, nor give me their names. She had a huge attitude and then proceeded to hang up on me! My daughter and I shop there on a daily basis and today was the first time anyone has ever been rude, but she was rude enough that it will definitely make me think twice before going back or recommending them any longer! Very displeased, disappointed and very disrespected.......... APPARENTLY SOME PPL SHOULD NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC!!!!!!!!

You can never get through on the phone. When you call its just rings then computer says they have not set up voicemail.says they do

Why have a delivery service if you dont deliver everyday.

Possibly one of the best bacon cheese burgers I have ever had. But dont expect ambiance.

Service is good, staff is always friendly, bathroom is always clean.
