My Mom and Dad went into the store looking for a bedroom set. We were greeted at the door and asked how can we help you. Our salesperson was a gentleman named Fox. My parents being older, Fox was very patient with them and took his time to explain what they would get with each bedroom set. He answered all the questions and never once did he rush them or wondered off. Fox was very pleasant and very good at his job. I walked in trying to buy a washing machine my wife had looked at earlier. The store rep would not sell it to me. She claimed it wasn’t in the system even though it had a price tag on it 3 hours earlier. Said the manager had to sell it. Came back the next day and it was gone. Clearly lied for friend or family so they could get it. Just shady. Never again.

We just bought a bed from Kenyaka at store # 4058 on Davis and she was so sweet and so amazing!!

It’s just so ghetto. The appliances are lacking since takeover from Sears outlet. There is NO WARRANTY on appliances. No returns... this place is bottom of the barrel. This also will be my last visit there. The staff was too busy texting to even acknowledge I was in the store. I was in there 15 minutes, not a word nor greating.

Sadly over priced for low quality scratch and dent appliances, and they intentionally record the wrong serial number for service plans so they can refuse service. EDIT FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I have called and left messages for the store manager, still no return calls. Today is 9/3, and its been three weeks since my first message. My oven has been unusable since June.

Purchased a washer and dryer set December 31st for $1668 I cancelled my order January 5th because I was initially told the apartment I was moving in had washer and dryer hookups but it was a new employee that was misinformed and upon moving in I realized there weren’t washer and dryer hook ups so I canceled the order January 5th and was told I would receive my money within two weeks I’ve been on the phone numerous times with the store manager who treats me as if I’m a nuisance for wanting my money back and the number I was given for corporate I’ve called numerous times and spoken with their representatives who tell me they don’t have a boss or manager I can speak with 🤔. It’s now February 17th so it’s been 43 days and I still haven’t received any refund and have only been given the run around repeatedly and told by store employees a lot of people are dealing with the same issue. This is no way to run a business and very unprofessional my next step will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Sears outlet was great. Now that they have rebranded, the sales people are awful. The service is the worst. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Or call you back. Do not purchase an item online with out looking at it first, as it is highly misrepresented. I purchased a dishwasher online. It was sold “new condition out of the box”. This was a complete lie. It was a 5 year old heavily used dishwasher. The manufacture date was 5/20/15. It had food and rust in the bottom. Cracks in the frame Damage on the front that was so severe it should have been in the landfill. They told me there’s no returns and no warranty on the product, except the manufacturers warranty - which has expired years ago. I did not take delivery of the product, I left it in the store. I was promised a refund. The product was financed. 3 weeks later I have not received a refund and a payment is due on the product that is still sitting in the store showroom!!!! I had to involve the finance company to stop additional charges on my account. They can’t cancel the charges without the local store cancellation. The local store keeps me on hold, promises a call back but never does. Tyler is the worst. Snake in the grass.

EDIT- Doug was really helpful and helped us with the range. We exchanged it for a new one that works great and he made it painless. Thanks for understanding how stressful it has been just to have a reliable range for Thanksgiving.EDIT- Went back and got a stove. It hasnt worked since we got it more than 2 weeks ago. Weve been told we would have it repaired on 3 different dates only to have each one cancelled. Dont EVER use Sears repair. Happy Thanksgiving to us.Great experience! This store is in Pensacola Florida. I thought originally that all the Sears outlet stores had closed, however this one is doing business! There were a lot of kitchen appliances available for sale, such as refrigerators stoves, washers and dryers. Just went in to look did not purchase anything. However I did notice some of the refrigerators had very big dent s in the front of them. They were stainless steel fronts so it showed up really well.

Walked in the store and not greeted by either clerk for several minutes. The one clerk had her back to the door while leaning on the furniture checking her phone. When the one clerk finally acknowledged me I was halfway through the store. I was the only person in there!! Prices seemed high for the quality of furniture. Not real impressed.

Had a great experience with a lady named Diane that works there. She was very patient and helpful during my refrigerator buying experience. Originally was trying to order off the website but the website wasn’t working and Diane tried walking us through it and was super patient, ended up going to the store and dealt with Diane directly and she was wonderful!

Great deals, great deals, did I mention...great deals!! I could care less if my washer and dryer had a scratch or dent. The money discounted was awesome and both units worked flawlessly with a full warranty.

I went there looking for a fridge while i was there i saw washer and drier the i needed so i ask the guys if i can talk to the manager? To make a deal for the 3 items she agree and helped me to get my appliances for a fear price i recommend you to go there if you can before you buy the items on other place .they had scratches and dings here and there but they work fine for an affordable price so just be aware they can help you but dont expect to get them for free or thinking they do miracles i definitely recommend them i didnt get their names but this is for the store on Pensacola

Was looking for a new couch set, was told about the financing available and the sales girl said they wont deny you based off your credit score...well they sure did deny me. Wasted alot of time in there when she could have told me the truth. Either that or she needs to read up more on their policies and such...ill just stick to Badcock

Horrible customer service. Waited for a long time for a rep to help us. Rep didnt know any helpful info and the washer I wound up with was severely damaged. I would not recommend for sure.

Waited for 20 minutes for someone to come help and answer questions. No one can. After 2 minutes stopped an employee walking by who said he sent someone. It seems he did not. So he finally answered my question in less than a minute. And he did not have what I need ed in the appliances. Poor service. I watched people after me get help. I believe he forgot to send someone. I also watched 2 other customers that waited as long as I did that gave u and left.

I bought a Kitchen Aid dishwasher and refrigerator! The sales staff worked together and were very patient and accommodating! The prices were good! I have decided to purchase the range and hood next week to go with my other appliances Keep up the good work!

My wife and I went in for patio furniture. We were very pleased with the selection and quality of the furniture. Nick advised us if we used our Sears card we’d save more money. We were grated for his knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend Sears Outlet and Nick at the Pensacola store.

This locations customer service is second to none. I will buy here first whenever possible.We couldnt beat the price on their washer so we bought one used and it flooded a good portion of our first floor. Tommy, the manager handled everything quickly and professionally. We ended up getting a really good deal on a new unit. It turned out to be a big mess, the shipment of the new machine got delayed so we have been almost 2 months now without a washer, but, this Sears outlet did everything they could to keep us as customers.

I highly recommend this being the first place you go to when looking for appliances. We got the newest model Samsung fridge for over a thousand less just because of a small dent. The salesman are very polite and knowledgeable. However, they still let you look around and dont harass you the whole time. After getting the fridge home we noticed that the leveling legs dont work. Called the store back to let them know. They were extremely helpful and we have another one coming soon.

Sales manager Ryan was so helpful and attentive. We bought 2 stoves that day. We were only going to come there to buy the one stove for my mom. But he was such a great salesman that I decided to buy one for myself as well! I am coming back to purchase a washer dryer combo from him soon. Ask for Ryan when looking to purchase any appliances and he will make sure you are more than happy before you leave.

Had a nice experience with Roger, he went over and beyond in helping me get the best pricing and quality within my budget. Even if it meant buying an item online or from a competitor. DIANE was our Super hero!!! We lost everything in PC with hurricane Michael! We moved from the Midwest 1 week before Michael hit. We have never experienced anything like it in our lives. We relocated to Pensacola to start over. We went to Sears outlet where we met DIANE. She was a lifesaver..she was the most caring and compassionate sales associate we have ever met. She was understanding of our situation, and hooked us up with appliances within our budget. She checked and rechecked everything for us. She did not try to sell us something we could not afford, but most of all she was honest, and she took her time with us, even though she worked over and seen the sale to the finish! I was unable to access their website to say how professional they were.All in all, this was a very good experience for me.

Not impressed. Drove 40 miles to the store. We were looking for a Kenmore washer that I had seen online related to this store. We Walked The store and could not find the washer or anything close to the price. We were not greeted by anyone or helped at all. It would have been nice for one of the busy sales reps to at least acknowledge we were there. There were many appliances of various brands in the store. I specifically wanted Kenmore.

The purchase I made with the Sears Outlet in Pensacola was riddled with mistakes and complications; however, the store manager was more than helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that the products I purchased were delivered as quickly as possible and were correct. The staff there made me feel like a very valued, high priority customer, and you cant get that at a lot of merchants these days. I will definitely be going back if I need anything in the future.

I purchased a deep freezer chest. For a few little dings, the price was unbeatable. I paid for a Saturday delivery however, through a “computer glitch”, my delivery never made the list. When I called the store to find out information, the employees and manager worked together to arrange for a delivery since the third-party truck was in Mobile. An associate with a truck came in on his day off to make sure the deep freezer was delivered, as promised. Most stores would’ve just said “there’s nothing we can do” so I’m super impressed and appreciative of the level of customer service shown. Thank you, Sears Outlet.

My experience with this particular location has been amazing. The management is very friendly, especially tommy, and the employees as a whole are excellent at helping the customers with any need they could possibly have. They are definitely doing something right!

Always a pleasure coming here. I’ve always been able to find anything i need and whenever i am unable to, there is easily someone available to assist me. I never feel like i’m being oversold, and i am glad i am able to find good quality products at a good price.

The people at the store are kind and helpful, but whatever you do, DO NOT buy the master protection plan. We bought a washer and dryer from this store 1 year ago and they use the actual Sears company (not the outlet) to go through for the warranty. The dryer broke and we had a repair guy come out to fix it 6 times. They never figured it out and then the warranty ran out. We purchased a new plan for $100, and they still wont replace it. Today I went to the store and they gave me a number to call. I called the number 5 times- each time getting hung up on. Finally I reached a lady (after being on hold for 30 minutes) named Jennifer who said they will send out another person to fix it. We are very frustrated and I dont recommend anyone having to go through this process.

Diane was super helpful! She gave us expert advice and helped us find exactly what we needed with professionalism and courtesy. We came in right before closing because we really needed a dryer. Even then we received spot on service, got what we needed, and delivered within 2 days! It doesnt get much better than that.

I went to several places looking for a gas dryer and nobody had them in stock. The staff was very helpful and they had many different models. The dryer is working great, I will also be back for a microwave in the near future!

Large selection of appliances with excellent pricing. Staff is friendly. Bought a $1850 stainless double door freezer on bottom maytag for $1050 because of some scratches on the side also bought whirlpool stainless door dishwasher for $310 saved $200. Also bought a Kenmore top load washing machine for $390 saved $200. Look here before you buy elsewhere.
