Outstanding service. Every time I call, everyone is polite, even when its just the delivery guy answering the phone because the receptionist is busy. Lately Ive noticed that the local number rolls over to the national number after a few rings, where the staff are just as polite and helpful. I was able to schedule a refill and set up and online account in about 3 minutes. Awesome customer service! We need more of this these days!

First, AmeriGas is almost a full dollar cheaper per gallon. I purchased a home with a tank already here. Went through the process of attempting to replace the tank because it was very old and looked like it needed replacing. I was told that they couldnt replace it because it was full and would need to wait, but they WOULD charge me a rental fee ( even though this was already paid by the previous owner). The tank sprung a leak, but we thought it may be out of propane. The tech filled it and was out the next day. They didnt have the same size tank to replace so it took an extra 3 days to get a different sized tank. They charged me for new straps for the tank this size tank ( not my fault they didnt hav the same size) and to fill it. The tank I had that sprung a leak had propane in it, so I questioned why I was being charged to fill a tank when my other tank had propane in it. I was told, well that wasnt your propane and you should be thankful we let you use it. First, it wasnt their propane either, it was the previous owners.Completely unprofessional.

I have used Blossman Gas for 14 years. I have them automatically fill the tank so I never run out and I have the levelized bill which offers yearly service on my hot water heater and I get the best price on gas . I decided to replace my hot water heater because it was so old(preventative since I am now retired). The cost was less than half the price of the next lowest estimate.When it was installed there was a deficiency in that the drain pan was not hooked up to the outside. Turns out the new heater was taller than the previous one.Manager Bob Jones came out and looked at it himself and arranged for a plumber to come out and complete the installation at no additional cost. I also have been talking to Brenda in the office for years, with friendly and efficient service. Thanks Blossman, Brenda and Bob!

Called today with an issue, oh my gosh... I didnt think customer service like this existed anymore, you would have thought I was talking to my mom. Brenda was so kind in walking me through the steps to troubleshoot the issue myself, and when that didnt work she put in a service call. I had someone over in 2 hours, and they quickly were able to solve and fix the problem. This was by far exceptional service and if only everyone had customer service like this company... the world would be a much better place. Thank yall so much!!

Called on Tuesday for a delivery on Thursday, talked to Brenda.Waited until 4:30 with my gate open so I called and talked to Jamie and inquired if Ken would deliver today. She said their truck was broke down and said she couldnt tell for sure when he would be there, maybe Friday or Saturday.I asked to have him to call me so I could leave the gate unlocked in case I wasnT home. Waited all day Friday and still havent received a call. One would think over a 20 year customer would deserve a little respect. Guess they dont care because they dont have to.

Blossman Gas has been a great company over the years for me so when I found out about an automatic delivery on gas I figured it would be great.Heres what I found out about their Custom Payment PlanMy payment plan was Fixed Flat Rate 37.50 a month based on estimated usage.I signed all the paperwork that allowed them to charge my credit card once a month, time goes by no issue.My credit card gets stolen so I call Blossman Gas up and explain my Credit Card was stolen and gave them a new credit card to charge to.What they did not mention was to actually charge me on the payment plan was I had to go back in and sign another piece of paper.Time goes by I think nothing of my monthly statements because I called them and gave them my new credit card to charge.I open one randomly to check on my status and to my surprise I have a bill for 321.00. So because noone let me know that I had to actually go to their office and a new paperwork they just kept racking up a bill on me. No callsThis problem I could understand to some degree, what really made me angry was they took a new baseline of my usage and ramped up my bill to a Fixed Flat Rate 107.00 a month without speaking to me about the adjustment. They said they sent something in the mail expressing that if I did not respond to it they would hike my Fixed Flat Rate up to 107.00.So since I did not respond in a timely manner they hiked up my bill to whatever they estimated and went on about their day.I understand I that used more gas and I should pay for it and had they called and explained what was going on with my credit card and the uptick on my Fixed Flat Rate bill I would most likely still be a customer but for two problems and zero attempt at good customer service. I canceled my accountSo in conclusion these two problems happening at the same time isnt enough to call someone.It reminds me of when your own bank and others will send you deals and such in the mail and say If you dont respond to this we will do it anyways Have always seemed pretty shady.I suppose they where only using industry practices just not Best Industry Practices So I payed my final bill have closed my account with them.So now I return to the way I did it before.Whoever has the cheapest propane prices at the time I need it will get my business
