I took my vehicle to a another shop. Here in Pensacola after it had started running ruff. The mechanic at that shop told me he could fix my car for 1500. As a women I felt like I was getting taken advantage of. I pulled up to B&B Auto service. A gentleman name James is who I spoke with. I told him what I had going on. He checked it out right on the spot. Told me the problem. Wich as a fraction of what the other shop had quoted me. He was able to get it done the same day. He even gave me and daughter a ride home. And picked us back up in a couple hours. And my car was running better then it ever had. Thank you Mr. James for everything. Your shop is the most honest and trusting automotive shop I as a women have ever been inn. Thank you again Mr.James.

Dont let the rough exterior fool you. These guys do top quality work. Ive been using their services for nearly a decade and have had 0 complaints. They wont play games and take advantage of you. Im working here and from out of town. I chose the place closest from my hotel. The employees were honest and courteous from the beginning and it turned out to be only a minor issue. He tested everything and fixed the minor issue and had my truck up and running the very next day! I would recommend this business 110% of the time. They can fix what outher shops have tryed to fix but failed.. also they dont try an up sale parts that you dont need. They fix whats broke with OEM parts only. I will be takeing my car back to BanB for all further repairs.

I work at a repair facility in town and had a vehicle that had previously been worked on by B&B. We were having trouble with bleeding a clutch they had previously replaced. I was able to call and talk to them. They answered all of my questions and even offered to come to our shop and take a look with their Technician. They came out at the time they said they would be here, tech brought all of his own tools and fixed the problem for us. I was so impressed that they were willing to take time out of their day to help another shop out. Based how they communicated with me, their knowledge and willingness to help I would definetly recommend the folks at B &B Auto Services.

B&B has done a great job on my breaks. I had a hard time finding someone to work on my car, but they said yes and did it without questions! The breaks needed a readjustment after a few hundred miles, but they offered to do it as soon as I called. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car!

I dont normally write reviews but I have never met a shop owner as nice and sweet as Mr. Jimmy and his son James. They worked diligently to diagnose and fix my sons car. When my son went to pick up his car the invoice stated no charge. What a blessing this was to my son when he didnt really have the money after getting the raw deal from previous mechanic work. To this father and son team me and my son greatly appreciate and them dearly for their hard work and compassion shown towards us. Thanks SO much.

Came in from PC and had no idea where to go for brake repairs on my 2006 Honda Civic and lucked out finding this shop because they were extremely helpful and honest. AC and brakes were fixed, I paid less than I was quoted elsewhere, and we swapped hurricane stories. Real, honest people, that I would recommend anyone in Pensacola to. If I have any other issues to take care of with the Civic I know where to go before I leave.

My wife and I were on vacation in Pensacola when the brakes on our car started grinding and making tremendous noise. We are a long way from home (Wisconsin) and dont know where to go and who to trust. I am pretty car savvy and if I was at home, I could fix them myself. We called a few places and their tentative estimates over the phone were quite high. We call Jimmy Ds and they spoke honestly over the phone and gave us a reasonable expectation of costs to repair. (Still uncomfortable, but hopeful). Went there and dropped the car off. He said 1.5 to 2.0 hrs. Stopped back in 1 hour, car was done. Rear axle pads and rotors at 1/2 the cost of 3 other estimates. I was blown away that there are still some honest and well skilled mechanics around. TRUST THIS PLACE, as a fair and good mechanic!

Thank you for the awesome services on my car Im very happy with the job couldnt ask for a better service staff is always friendly and kind they kept me updated on my car. Very affordable price would of payed way more to go somewhere else the son is very pleasant when speaking to you. The owner of the shop help me to hunt down the special parts I needs for the make and model of my car over all bested shop I ever been to so thank you very much. They also help me last year with a hit and run accident on the front of my car when my insurance refused to pay for parts I needed to fix car they had personal talk to the adjusters and shows them the parts that had been damaged and got them to cover all the damage for the wreak they were a blessing at that time to help me with problems I was having with insurance and to make sure I got what I needed to have a safe car for me my family wouldnt choose any where else to take my car so thank you for always having such a great and helpful staff.

I went in to the shop after reading all the good reviews and my experience far exceeded anything I expected. I had an issue with my Honda passport not starting, it was an abnormal issue that turned out to be a starter interrupt malfunction that they resolved free of charge. I can not thank James and his Father enough. James was very respectful and knowledgeable and kept me updated the entire time my car was getting looked at. Ive never been to a more honest shop, I would recommend B&B Auto Service to anyone.

I loved the service I received here. They were not only friendly but the prices were very reasonable! They did Not try to take advantage of me being a woman in a mechanic shop. And they even helped me pick up a rental from down the street and drop it off. i couldnt have asked for more.

Horrible, horrible shop. I should have suspected as much judging by the exterior of the place that I would receive the service that I did, but I went there because of the good reviews on google. Afterwards, I am suspecting that these reviews are written by the store owner, or are fake because this place has hands down the worst service I have ever had.The owner will quote you one price, but then charge a completely different (much higher) cost when you go to pick up the car. He is terrible when it comes to communications and does not reply to phone calls or texts promptly (took him more than a day to get back to me, when the car wasnt even supposed to be there for more than a couple of hours).The interior of the shop (if you can even call it that) is disgusting. Dirt and grime pretty much in every inch of the place, papers all over the place, extremely unorganized. Worst of all, they dont even take CARD PAYMENTS. What kind of automobile shop in 2018 doesnt accept card payments? He didnt even tell me they didnt accept cards until after the job was done, forcing me to go out of my way to get them a check. Absolutely ridiculous.The kicker after all of this? The car continued to have the same problem I brought it in for the next day, and it was even worse than before. What exactly did they even fix?Stay far away from this place, and dont trust these google reviews or you will be as badly burned as I was. I would rate them zero stars if I could.

I have a Volkswagen, and this day and age, it is hard to find somebody who is reasonable in price, but also does a fantastic job. Jimmy Beal at B&B Auto Services and his team are highly skilled and have the latest computer software that all of the big repair shops have. The owner Jimmy, is such a nice guy, and they do a great job!

Very unorganized feel they really dont want your business I ordered a part to be installed which was by tracking was told the day it was going to be there when I went to have it installed they couldnt find it after asking where was the part the owners son asked me to leave his shop.Which Im glad because. I dont think they could have done it and found Paradox Emports which it great

The wonderful people of the B and B auto went out of their way to stay after closing hours to fix my vehicle. Not only that they had it fixed fast and at a good price.

My Grandfather is restoring a 1972 VW Super Beetle. Hes had a bad experience with some local people who were supposed to be current in VW repairs, especially engines. After months of struggling he found his answer when took the engine to the wonderful people at B &B Auto Services, and they solved the problem in a day. This Father and Son operation is too good for words. They are honest and reasonably priced. We absolutely recommend using them, especially for Volkswagens.
