Exceptional experience... Hailey got me all the info I needed and video of the motor running. The most amazing part is that I had the motor at my shop the day after I ordered it from Florida to Houston. I have ordered engines from all over the country and have never even heard of that. Im sure that cant happen every time but just that they had the motor palletized tagged and turned over to the freight company the same day that I ordered it means that they have a well organized machine over there. The fact that the motor runs great after install is the icing on the cake. Overall great experience. Thanks!!!

This is a hard review for me because everytime I call I get someone that is nice and polite and gets me the exact part I called about the first time I paid in advance and they tole me to pick it up at a certain time and when I got there it wasnt ready... its 44 minute drive for me and I told them that so I had to hang out in pensacola till they got it pulled... the second time I didnt pay for it In advance and they told me I could pick it up in milton the next afternoon when I called the next afternoon they still hadnt pulled the part so I had to drive all the way to pensacola to pick up the part right at 430 the time they said they were closing... I like the place and they always have what I need but they need to do better on the times they tell customers to pick the parts up

I own a repair shop in rural New Mexico. Had to find a transmission for an 09 Hummer H-3. I did a nationwide search to find the best deal for my customer. After comparing & checking & calling different places I decided on Butler. They werent the cheapest. But they had the lower mileage part. 1st time I ever dealt with them. Very professional. They made the shipping and core charge very easy. Then came the part and install. Everything went smooth and came out perfect for my customer. I waited a month to post this. I have had no complaints. I would recommend Butler. And would use them again when needed.

Dustin was amazing! First engine we received had issues we were unaware of until after we removed the intake. Sent pictures and spoke with Dustin and he had another motor at my door within a week. I noticed a review about 4 months ago from Hannah Rich and such appears to match my situation spot on. I am from another state than this company, a company which lists parts on eBay. When inquiring information about a used part, my response from the company was perhaps I should look into buying a new one, as theirs was not perfect. Doesnt seem like a good way to obtain customers to me. Based off this interaction, I would not recommend this location.

I recently needed a radiator for my sons truck, after calling local new parts stores and getting prices of around $170, I called Butlers and they had it for $70. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave me suggestions of who could do the labor for me. I will definitely check with them for any parts in the future!

Personally I am upset, confused and misled by the characters/professionals portrayed here. Such a kind-hearted person was wronged today over a clerical mistake that leaves management at blame. Someone who worked hard to prove their position and wanted to impress the owner! Brought customer service around and solid performance to the table. Look at all the positive reviews that state her name.. Well, trying bit that person and the good christian yet professional passed the blame, never counseled only praised about doing well. Maybe management should look at their deals closer or re-access the blame. Someone who mand up to their mistake, did you? Also, was only told to report to the superior who was the owner Jim, yet Summer who is HR was very verbal, rude, negative and seemed personal. Screamed all the time and quite frankly left feeling harassed coming home crying. This kind of behavior is tolerable, but a simple mistake on paper is not? We can take up the harassment later ;-)As a Professional who knows this industry, helping thousands in the community. I cannot and will not recommend this place of business because of ethical reasons and business practices. The shiny front and smiling faces all disappear when the curtain is dropped.This is not how you treat people!Should be ashamed. Gideon or not... I can pass the man in the mirror test. Can you?

Bought an engine and a fender from Jason. When asked the condition of the bumper I was shown one small dent. After paying someone to drive there and back to pick it up I seen that there was 3 areas of damage. One big gouge and two dents the one that was shown to me was the minor one. Had I seen the damage I would of never bought it. When I called and talked to Jim butler he would do nothing to help me . Charge me $400 for something that was in worse shape than what I have now. Something that’s going in the trash. I am disputing credit card charges. But wanted to warn others. Shady business.
