Audi Pensacola always has wonderful service but I was especially pleased when I was treated by Megan today. She is enthusiastic, polite and and overall kind and easy person to speak with. If she did not have an answer for me she was honest about it and found someone who did have the answer. I truly appreciate her time and look forward to working with her again in the near future.
Lack of communication was a major issue. I understand there have been issues with availability due to parts shortages, but that’s no excuse for not keeping the customer informed. I made several calls to the dealership asking for information and not having those calls returned. Worst of all, when I actually signed the purchase agreement I made arrangements with the dealership to have tinting done. I was quoted a price that was agreeable. A few days later, I get a call from parts demanding payment for the tinting at a price 50% greater than I was quoted. I had no choice but to pay it and try to get resolution through the salesperson who quoted me the original price. I called him and he said he would look into it. He never contacted me again. Recently I called the parts department regarding a question about an Audi accessory. The parts person said they would get back with me but they never did. Customer service is severely lacking.Update: To the dealership’s credit, the general manager has since contacted me and made a respectable effort to address the issues.

TerribleMy car was taken to Audi for a coolant leak / timing belt change out/ valve cover gasket replacement for leaking oil. Audi had my car 4-5 weeks. During this time I was told they couldnt reach me yet Ive had my car serviced multiple times. I picked up my car and paid $6125.00 for the repairs. While looking at the bill I noticed that the thermostat was not changed out during the timing belt/ water pump replacement. We were told that the thermostat checked out okay so it was not replaced even after we asked to make sure that it was. Audi assured us it was okay. Driving home I noticed a noise under the hood. It was my battery cover broken off and moving around under the hood. I called Audi and asked about it and they told me that they would fix it. On top of it, Audi had my car for another repair which ended up having a wire cut too short which was to be part of the repair for the battery cover. Made the appointment to fix the battery cover and fix the shorten wire.Within a week my check engine light came on. Called Audi back and they told when I drop the car off for the battery cover repair, etc. that they would look at the code (thermostat code). After dropping my car off for 6-7 days I called Audi and asked if my car was ready. The man I spoke to didnt seem to know why my car was even there? Unreal. I picked the car up with a few choice words after Audi informed me that they hadnt fixed the battery cover, or the wire and that for $1800 dollars they could change out the thermostat. Unbelievable. I will never bring my car back to them again. I have all the receipts available showing the charges.

This was the 1st time I had 1st time I had dealt with this dealership and it was an amazing experience. I worked with Nick Mason, Who was an amazing representative for Audi. He didnt push a sale on me he was very respectful. There was no back room where you go when you sit for hours which was a wonderful experience. From the moment that I sat down and did an application to buy my car till the time that I left was I left was about an hour. If you are going to buy an Audi I would definitely recommend going to the dealership they took care of me.

One of the easiest and best decisions I’ve ever made. I bought my daughter a 2010 Hyundai Genesis. The price was more than fair and I test drove it twice before making a final decision. It had 2 small cosmetic issues, paint missing from the front bumper and drivers side headlight cover had a film over it. Audi had the front bumper repainted and removed the film from the headlight. The car was then washed and detailed... It looked BRAND NEW when I arrived to purchase it. Nick was agent who sold me the car. He was knowledgeable, attentive and genuine. I plan on purchasing another vehicle in the near future for myself and will without a doubt go back to Audi in Pensacola.

I took my car in for a regularly scheduled service. It took about an hour. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My husband and I had a few questions about a new set of tires and a few other things. The service manager gave us a quote and was knowledgeable about the other items as well. My A6 was returned washed and ready to go.

Dreadful experience. The dealership refused to negotiate with us beyond cutting out the cosmetic warranty packages we had no interest in, and thought instead charging us for a second key would make us agree to their deal. When we answered no, it would not, the salesman, who I will not name out of curtesy, became impatient, rude, and short tempered. He was borderline loud and aggressive. Myself or my father did not do anything but ask if they could alter the price a bit. He (the salesman), proceeded to tell us that the car we were looking at would be easily sold and that coming back would be useless because it would already be gone. The car had been on the market for a month when we looked at it. According to this dealership, all SONIC car dealers have a set price that the dealerships are not allowed to alter. I guess this is what happens when you go looking at a used car at a luxury dealership- they ask a high price and treat you poorly when you try to negotiate. Needless to say, we left empty handed and will not be returning.

From the moment I made my first call for a service appointment I felt comfortable and in good hands. Richard Lord made sure that he and his associates would take care of our questions about our Audi Q5. Our sense of arrival was smooth when we arrived for our appointment. He carefully reviewed our list of questions and expectations; told us how long he felt it would take. He realized we traveled 70 miles for the appointment and offered transportation to leave the dealership to get lunch and texted us when the job was complete. Upon return he carefully reviewed the service and explained the cost. Bottom line an excellent experience that my wife and I will share with our friends.

As with any car buying experience, service after the sale will make or break a dealership. Audi Pensacola will never have a problem keeping customers due to the continuing excellence and professionalism shown by Rich Lord, Rich invariably has a solution planned for any issue, quickly getting things resolved including working with multiple vendors if needed, to take care of his customers and get them back on the road as soon as possible. As modern cars are getting more expensive across all makes, several other local dealerships could learn from Audi Pensacola about customer service, Rich’s straightforward and honest approach to his customers is an example to them all of how it should be done.
Here is the Deal- Everyone thinks its the Dealership that rips your head off Anytime they get your Car in the Shop- This isnt at all true about the Boys and Girls at Audi of Pensacola. We had a Long (miles-wise) trip coming up so I brought our Audi in for a complete check-out, Fluid Levels, Air pressure, Oil Change (if needed) etc.. I told my wife Lets see what they say it needs and go from there- hopefully we wont get blank checked. Exactly the opposite, Ronnie (Service Director) and Rich (Advisor) and their team did the full service, called me back when it was ready and I can honestly say It was cheaper than if I took it to some quick Lube place-PLUS I HAD THE EXPERTS crawling all over it!! Dont Trust your Car to anyone else!! THANK YOU- and Yes, you Guys passed the Trust Test with flying Colors!!

I was contacted to purchase my car by Audi of Pensacola. I agreed to come in and also purchase another vehicle. I scheduled an appointment to meet the Sales Manager on site for today and was told that we would complete everything when I arrived. I drove from Alabama to sell and purchase. When I arrived to Audi in Pensacola, there was an gentleman on site purchasing the vehicle that I was suppose to purchase. This is TERRIBLE business etiquette. I understand “first come, first serve”, BUT this should have been communicated effectively and a courtesy call would have been professional. The manager stated “this happens all the time”, and then we were asked to purchase another vehicle. If I wanted another vehicle, I would have made an appointment for that. I normally do NOT write reviews, BUT I feel that this was completely unprofessional.
Excellent customer service from the initial call to pick of our car. Christina, our service rep, was wonderful - thorough, courteous, and making sure we had all the info we needed. They did excellent work replacing two damaged tires and restoring the car to great driving conditions.

My saleswoman Kayla was awesome and the buying experience was amazing as well. However when I test drove the car the wipers smeared water really bad so I requested new wipers. I was told no because the wipers “passed” inspection and that they’d rub them with alcohol and it would fix the issue. After I drove home i checked them and the pipers were separating and ripped. I also received a clean car fax but also I found paint bubbles in the paint from being re painted and also after spray on and in the cracks of the bumper reflectors.
Very easy buying process. No high pressure sales tactics and no pushing the extras. Clearly explained the options available and choices in financing. Kayla was helpful through the process and we love our new Audi!

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!!! Their incompetence almost caused me to be arrested in front of my sons school. They failed to transfer my tag and registration. When I called with the two police officers on speaker, who of course thought I could have stolen the vehicle, the team member acted like they didnt have a way to verify that I bought the vehicle from there and that there was NO way they could have made a mistake. Guess what!!!! It was on the dealer it dropped through the cracks while they moved systems. I get making a mistake, but then to treat a loyal customer like this is just outrageous!!!! No call from the deal or corporate after logging a complaint. These people wont care about you after you give them your money. RUN RUN RUN!!!!!

I bought my car 04-10-2021 the CARFAX given was clean however after my purchase I noticed some cosmetic flaws that are visual signs of an accident. I contacted Audi about it and was told it’s where they sprayed over marks to freshen it up. The fender also has a gap where it meets the bumper and after inspecting under the fender I could see where the finder was once smashed in and straightened out and there’s paint run all around the emblems and paint bubbles on said fender. Along with over spray on the reflectors and head lights. Audi was supposed to fix it so I left my car with them for a WEEK just to get it back with nothing fixed on the paint and it’s now worse since they decided to add more paint and paint over the existing stuff which looks awful. They even left some painters tape behind. and they also looked at my creaking seat and now the back of my seat has fell off. My sales experience was awesome and so was my saleswoman Kayla but the service department isn’t all that great. I will never purchase another car from here. Had I known the car had been wrecked I would’ve never purchased it and now I’m stuck with it. Manager said to bring it back for a second time and they’ll fix it “correctly”.UPDATE! Audi went above and beyond this time to repair everything correctly! I am so thankful for the awesome manager Ernesto for making sure the quality of the work was where it needed to be and a HUGE thank you to Jason at allpro for performing the best paint working skills to make things perfect! These guys are awesome! Thank you Audi of Pensacola!

Extremely dissatisfied in this dealers ability to forecast maintenance requirements. During the past two visits, Ive wasted two complete days of work due to service mismanagement. The most recent visit, my Q8 dash was replaced due to pealing. I was provided a loaner with an understanding that it would be fixed same day. At the end of the day I was notified that it would be at least another two weeks as the tech was busy. The car remained in the parking lot for 11 days per the locator app, before moving into the bays for service. Why bother with appointments? No rush to get the work done, but once done, they wanted the loaner back within 24 hours.Additionally, during the previous visit, they only rotated half the tires on the vehicle as the same tread wear was on the tires on complete opposite corners of the vehicle. After requesting a refund for work not completed, the service manager blamed the alignment, and then my driving style, for the odd wear pattern. We will not be back to this service department.

Put us in any car we wanted to see, I think we test drove 4 cars. Never any question. All of our deals and offers were all done with him, all the way to the final paperwork. We recently purchased a pre-owned BMW X5 from Audi Pensacola. First of all I am in love with this vehicle. It was well represented online as we never saw it until it was delivered to us. Our rep, Kayla, went over the car and showed us anything that might be of concern such as a little tiny pock mark on the inside of the passenger door BEFORE we finalized on it. Then she met us in Fort Walton Beach being were from Tallahassee and were in FWB on business. We were able to take a final look at the vehicle before signing. Kayla was so helpful and that was so nice of the dealership to send her out to meet us with the vehicle. Everything was pleasant and straight forward from beginning to end. Thank you guys!
I was not happy with my first service at Pensacola Audi on my new A6, however I wanted to have good relationship with the service department and I left them positive feedback .The second service was even worse, now convenient entry and lane change warning are not working after software update. None of any issues during the second service were fixed and the service department does not respond to my calls or personal visits . My service advisor is not aware if the parts that they ordered are in the dealership and he does not respond to my phone calls. I even stopped by the dealership multiple times and he stated that he will call me back with follow up but it never happened. After the last software update my car is out of spec and safety futures are not working . Recently I was shopping for a new car for my wife and considered 2021 Q5, however after a horrible experience with Audi of Pensacola service department, I decided to buy a BMW X3 . I have owned 3 BMW cars in the past and the service the department was amazing- unlike Audi of Pensacola
I was served by both Nick and Ernie on purchasing an Audi Q7. Both were very professional. knowledgeable and communicated nicely. Dealership is large, clean and presented well.While I would be certain solace may be found with any of the salesmen at Audi Pensacola, Nick was fabulous. Knowledgeable with the Audi vehicle I was interested in purchasing and quick with a response, Nicks warm personality shined thru.As for the dealership, during a time of shortages of new vehicles due to computer chip supply, they had plenty of vehicles for selection, a stark contrast against other brands of similar vehicles. After being nicely greeted by Nick and asked about the important features sought in a new vehicle, Nick was able to show me one of the available Q7 on the lot. It was a great experience. In the end, I went home on the 2nd day with a great vehicle that I love driving. Its been a great experience.
Ernie was a great salesman that asked about our needs and wants, and did not try to push the sale of a vehicle for the sake of a sale. He was able to work a very good deal, but again he did not push it. The Q5 is a great vehicle with a drive that I call a driving experience. I would highly recommend Ernie and an Audi to anyone shopping around. When we showed up to get our vehicle after dealer prep, it was perfect. Ernie then took us through the basic training of the cars many systems and spent time making sure we had no questions. 5 Stars to Ernie and his Audi support staff!! Thank you!
We absolutely love our new Audi A5 Sportback. We looked far and wide to find the perfect vehicle. Nick Laino helped us not only find that car, but negotiated a good deal, had it shipped in and has also helped us understand all the new technology. He went over all the details so we understood how everything works. He even helped us out after hours on a weekend when we had “stupid” questions. This dealership has the most amazing customer service and really goes out of their way to ensure your purchase goes smoothly. Everything from start finish went as expected. They had the paperwork done up in less than 20 minutes, which is expeditious in my experience buying cars. I bought a used truck from them and they did an awesome job with the wash, detailing, and fixing up several issues before I bought it. I would have rated 5 stars, but they missed a few things that should be checked even on the most basic of vehicle maintenance (Coolant level was extremely low). However, everything else went fine and I would definitely buy used or new from them again.
Terrible, will never purchase vehicle from this dealership again. Purchased 2012 Jeep Wrangler 3-17-2021 and paid cash over $20,000. Was told every vehicle is serviced before you sell it to make sure the vehicle is good. On 4-30-2021 vehicle stopped while driving down the road. Had to get it towed. Had to have transmission replaced. Never once were we offered a vehicle while the jeep was being repaired, was without a vehicle until 5-18-2021 when we picked up the jeep. Never got to speak with General Manger although we asked several times, was originally told that if anything was wrong with the vehicle you would take care of it at your cost so it wouldnt cost us anything. After saying there was nothing wrong with the transmission and it didnt have metal shavings but you wanted to keep the vehicle a couple of more days to check it closer. It was then said it needs a new transmission and it will cost $3300. No offer to split cost or anything. Once the vehicle was repaired it was almost $3600. My coworker had the same problem with a used car from Pete Moore after 30 days. Pete Moore put her in a vehicle until the transmission was replaced and split the cost with her. A new transmission for $1700 and a car to use so she was not without a car. I would have expected more from Audi. You can learn a lot about taking care of your customers from Pete Moore. I will tell anyone and everyone to never buy from your dealership. I am from Germany and I moved here in December 2020. This would have never happened at an Audi dealership in Germany. I lived in Germany for 41 years and drove a VW which is sister company to Audi. We are in the process of writing Audi headquarters in Germany and the United States because no one should be treated like we were. When a General Manager will not even return your call he should be fired.
The team at Audi Pensacola is great. Customer service and how they listen to the customer is top notch. We came in for a beautiful pre-owned A8. However, talking to Nick Laino, Sales Professional and Ernesto, Sales Manager. They got us out of our leased BMW X2 into a brand new Q3. Rather than making our household three vehicles, that we didnt need to do lol. We just got the new Q3 and kept the our vehicle that we have. This was a great suggestion made by them.As far as the Q3, it is a great vehicle. We have driven it 600 miles since 5/27(started at 9 miles). I have to say that it surpasses the X2 in every way. The virtual cockpit is amazing. The interior comfort and ride is also amazing.You all keep up the great work.
Had a service issue but it was quickly fixed after I contacted Management. Looking forward to continued tip-top service at Audi Pensacola.

After relocating from Atlanta, Audi Pensacola is the closest dealership to me so Ive only experienced the service side of the dealership, which has been stellar!The Service Department has been quick to respond to any questions before my appointments, ready to address any needs when I arrive and kept me informed throughout the process. This visit was for an oil change. They were very busy when I arrived, but took my car in right away and it was done in the time frame they quoted. Everyone was very nice and explained everything to me regarding upcoming service work that will be required.

I was very impressed with this dealership. A young man named Chris listened to what I was looking for, went on the computer, and found it. Of all the places I visited and contacted in my car hunt, he was the only salesperson who really paid attention to what I wanted, instead of trying to talk me into a car they were trying to sell. I am very happy with the car Audi found for me!

It was great. They had a loaner lined up for me so I could go back to work since I work at Eglin Air Force base south of Crestview.This was my first time at this dealership and I have nothing but great things to say about you by comparison to the Ford dealerships I have had to deal with before owning my Audi. I like that my car also got washed after the service, too. I enjoyed getting the text message updates as well.The only things I would complain, and this is nitpicking, is I had to wait 2-2.5 weeks to get in because they were busy. The other would be that had I not requested a loaner or thought to, it seemed like you wouldn’t have had one available. Oh and I got an A4 (which actually wasn’t terrible) when I have an RS5 for a loaner, maybe at least get an A5/S5.Other than that, I look forward to continuing to being my car there. Thanks again and see you July 15th to have my recall fixed!

I had a bit of a rocky experience to start but Nate really turned it around for me. He was incredible and it was by far the easiest and most fun experience I’ve ever had buying a car (and I’ve bought quite a few). I also had the pleasure of dealing with Rich in service and I have nothing but good things to say. We purchased a used vehicle for our daughter who is currently finishing college in another state. We are in the Florida, but Central Florida. On top of that, she had her own insurance policy, we had ours, ect... We were a very complicated sale. Nick made the experience extremely easy and we were able to be completely done in 5 days. She was able to get a flight to pick it up quickly and Nick handled all the paperwork on his end quickly. Was even texting and I believe he went in to work even on his day off. Excellent experience!

Had a 3:30pm appointment for changing a blown tire while travelling from Houston. Had to wait 3 days for them to get the Audi (installed at purchase) tire ordered. Left the dealership about 5:15pm, even though it appeared there were only 2 other customers present. Way too long to reinstall a tire! Waited another 15 minutes for the car to be washed. It showed up with water on the hood and the windshield still dirty.On the positive side the work was done correctly, the tire balanced and the spare tire deflated and replaced in the trunk area. Also the physical facility was clean and attractive with friendly service.

I rarely provide feedback beyond picking a rating box or in this case a star. I am making an exception due to the purely superb customer service I received from Rich. In this day and age, respect has taken a real hit and it isnt what it was when I was growing up. When respect is paramount, it is truly noteworthy. Link top-notch customer service with respect and youll understand my experience with Rich. He always goes above and beyond making me think my last visit would be hard to beat, however he did it again. My wife was impressed as well and she was impressed on how fast we were met and sent on our way with a rental. It was waiting on us to basically get it and drive off. BTW, kudos to Greg (mechanic) for taking time to explain one of the indicators, much appreciated.Yes, it is true people buy Audis because they are excellent autos. Your service department brings the customers back. Im an Audi driver for life.

Nate is top notch, if you need a car this is the place and he is the guy! After several poor experiences at other dealerships my daughter and I went to Audi to look at 2 cars. It is worth noting that at this point we were wary and tired of same old tactics. To our delight Nate made us comfortable right away! There was no hard sell or condescending talk as we had experienced so many times before. Nate was courteous, and spoke to us like we were people and not a commission. He actually helped us make a decision to buy a car that was less expensive than one of the cars we had come to see. He was honest and forthcoming letting us know that he thought the less expensive car would be the better car! We were sold right there and then. The service department is meticulous, the car was delivered to us detailed beautifully. Furthermore, Audi Pensacola stands by the cars they sell. We had a minor issue with the car we purchased and they were on top of it. Christina in the service department is wonderful! We are blown away by the folks at Audi and appreciate everything they did for us. We will be back!
Whatever they are paying Rich, service rep, they need to double it immediately. Not only did he hook me up with a great loaner, he kept me updated as parts were ordered and service was being completed. Facilities are top of the line, cleanliness a top priority and the people are genuinely nice and attentive. We are about to start looking at a 2021 Audi and we will bring it back to Rich for all planned service. Great job!
We have nothing but great things to say about Audi of Pensacola. William and all the staff involved were awesome to work with. We drove 5 hours (10 hours round trip) to make this purchase and would do it again because we are that satisfied with our experience. Very refreshing to find a dealer that is honest and centered on customer service. If you are considering a new or used vehicle I can’t recommend them enough based on our experience.
Very attentive to my needs. Christina iin service was very helpful and worked me into the shop schedule the same day. I had to tow my car there, as it was non-running. After diagnosing the problem, it was told to me that I had a bad G28 camshaft sensor. Sensor was replaced and car still would not start.I was then told my fuel pump needed replaced. I would have thought that the fuel pump should have been suspected first, then the sensor replaced if need be. I kind of feel the tech failed to diagnose the problem in it’s entirety first and I might have paid for a sensor I didn’t need to start with. Still, the repairs were done in a timely fashion and I received a size-able bill for both. I’m happy but thought the diagnosis could have been a little more accurate, from the start. I highly recommend service at this facility, as they were more than attentive to my needs. Sorry to say, my second experience here was terrible. NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER! Sorry I positively rated them highly the first time. A bad experience this last time, to say the least. Won’t return or recommend.
