This establishment is top of the line for repair and customer service! It is quite popular. Therefore expect about a week after your car is in the shop. They work with you to keep your costs down. We had a flat tire the day before we were headed back to Memphis after a lovely break. We called an hour before they closed, they fixed our tire and got us back on the road in no time - all during a Tropical Storm. I would recommend these folks to everyone I know!!

Update -Changed from 1 star to 3. Returned and they looked at issue at no charge, i still feel handles poorly initially.640$ for a compressor and install . On way home started to blow warmer and warmer.Then loud pop and hardly any air blowing from vent. Spoke with them, stated not related to work done so new service more money. Will not use again and will make sure to direct people away from them.

I took my 5 speed manual in for a broken motor mount, and a water pump replacement. $500.00. When I picked it the shifter was so out of place, 2nd gear was 2 inches into my seat, and 4th pinched my fingers against the seat. All the gears were spongy, and difficult to “ get”. I took the car back, and they told me my bushings were worn out, and it wasn’t their fault. It absolutely was their fault, as I took my car to a trans specialist who SHOWED me how they had twisted my shifter, a common issue, and did not realign it. They refused to fix the damage they caused. I was not allowed to speak to the mechanic who did the work.

Needed valve extensions on my RVS rear duals. The lady I contacted took the time to listen & understand what I wanted. She had me txt pucs to help her find a solution. When I showed up for my appointment (early), I got to speak to the Technician who was doing the job. He was very friendly and polite. He did a great job taking care of the issue. II was prepared to take a major hit in the wallet, but to my surprise, the cost was well below my expectation. Would I recommend these folks, heck yes I would!

Great coordination between mechanics and front desk- they answered all my questions immediately. I got to go in the back where shop manager Eric explained everything going on with my car. No issues whatsoever and they were respectful and transparent on everything.

Really a great experience here. We are in the area for work and the back bearing started getting bad. Fearing it wouldnt make the 10hr drive home we looked around for a shop, many wouldnt even look at it for weeks, called here and they said they could get us in within a couple days. After looking at it they called us with their quote, we thought it was just the cost for parts because it was so much lower then expected. By the next morning it was done and the bill was a third of what we expected. From the service too the friendly front desk ladies, this was a great experience.

I called Blue Angel Tire & Automotive, told them l need new tire due to tire belt broke. I gave them size of tire & name of tire needed. They ordered tire the same day, took car in for repairs & next day they called & stated car was repaired. I didnot need no alignment as kia dealership stated l need. I just discovered this place trying to find somewhere that could replace a tire that had a screw in it that couldnt be repaired. I called and was informed by their super friendly staff that they unfortunately didnt have the tire size I needed but they could have one for me that day. The staff in front and the gentleman that changed my tire were both so friendly and helpful and I was back on the road again in right around 20 minutes! Very reasonably priced also so I was extremely pleased with my visit here and will continue to use them for future needs.

From the very knowledgeable front office staff to the technicians, this automotive shop is all around great. They have excellent communication and kept me up to date during the entire repair. The technicians are honest and know what the heck they’re doing. These guys and gals get it right the first time. When they received the parts I brought my car back in and had another minor issue I requested them to fix and they took care of it all. Couldnt give no stars, customer service is garbage. They scratched two of my black rims and had the audacity of trying to tell me I did it. Wouldnt give me a refund and wouldnt replace the rims. Why would I scratch my own show car rims? Only solace is knowing that deep down they know they were wrong just didnt want to live up to a mistake.

Ive tried almost every mechanic on the west side, perdido area. This is the only one I TRUST to do the job right at a reasonable price. I did have a problem with them one time put of dozens. They reimbursed me for something I had to have fixed in Georgia after a road worthy checkup by them.

Had my vehicle serviced and it was returned with a missing engine cover. They tried to convince me that the cover was never on the vehicle, but it is a pretty big item to miss. They admit that their mechanics frequently misplace engine covers, but they are usually found in the shop. Out of all the vehicles they service, they distinctly remember that my particular vehicle had no cover. Would not recommend this place.

While we haven’t used the auto part of this business, we were told we could use their parking because the condo we rented didn’t have enough. I called two different times to try and get info on what we were to do when arriving after hours, We had MAJOR problems trying to get a parking place! Unfriendly, not helpful female staff!

Had my Honda Civic towed in to Blue Angle Tire and Auto on a Monday and the vehicle never got a diagnosis until after I initiated a phone call the next day. Car never moved for two days and I had to initiate all communication with Blue Angel. Eventually moved the car to another auto mechanic. Poor customer service and a waste of my time. shop needs to be honest and better communicate with the customer. I wasted four days of my time being told that a technician would fix/work on my vehicle and ended up having to have my vehicle towed to another repair shop.
