Really good and honest guys to do business with. They were recommended to me and did not disappoint. It was a simple issue in getting a starter replaced which was turned around in a day at a good price. They will be my go to for any issues that come up in the future

Car was over heating, took it to Iveys after a suggestion from a family member, spent $700 to get all this stuff done to it so it wouldnt over heat, not even 2 months later it started over heating again and blew a head gasket :(

I took my car to two other shops before being recommended to Doug Iveys. I’ve been having some issues with my car after buying it used. After taking it to Dougs it feels 100 times better. They were able to identify the problem, and replaced my water pump system and rotated the rotors on my front wheels. Picking it up was the first time I’ve ever felt it drive smoothly and quietly. Needless to say I am very pleased with their services and will continue to use them and recommend them as well!

I have used a lot of mechanics over the years and they are the best. Honest, fair, and sincerely care. They have been repairing 3 of my vehicles as old as 16 years old for the last 10 years and I can only say great things about this company. This is my preferred place for car repairs. Good price, accurate estimates, no unnecessary work. You do have to leave your car for the day, though they have added a while-you-wait lift for routine work.

Had my radiator replaced here and they did a great job! The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. Very fast service as well. I highly recommend this place!

I’m sure they’re a good shop and there work is probably good but from being there for less than 5 mins and getting the treatment I did was uncalled for. I was recommended to go there by Tires Etc. & an told the mechanic the problems I was having. I was basically told that I would have to drop my car off and they would work me in and tell me what was wrong. They didn’t tell me what it might be didn’t ask what kind of car or anything. After that and making my way towards the exit I was then told “I didn’t know if you were expecting to whip in here and have someone jump on your car” I responded that I didn’t and didn’t expect him to be rude about it. They could’ve had better customer service for being around so long and have so many loyal customers. Not a good way to leave a first impression about a place and trust your car with.

Took my car to have it diagnosed after hours so the son could make some side money. Fuel pressure was tested and was told my aftermarket fuel pump was installed incorrectly (I installed it) or it was a bad aftermarket pump. I bought a new pump and even helped the mechanic install it, on top of that I even paid him more than I was quoted since I thought he was doing me a favor. Car ran ok for about a day and I started having issues with it again and it broke down on the side of the road, eventually I was able to drive it home. I deployed shortly overseas (active duty) and asked him if he could go to where the car was stored and re-diagnose since the car couldn’t been driven. Of course my lithium battery was dead so he tried using a regular battery jump box and fried my lithium battery. He never reached out to me with details just left me in the dark, I asked what happened and he blamed everything on anything but himself. I asked if he could at least replace my battery since he literally destroyed it and I was told “I ain’t fixing sh*t.” Of course I’m overseas and can’t do anything about it, car is still broken and I’m out almost $1000.

Based on my first experience with Iveys, I will return with future car repair needs. They charge a fair price and were polite. They seem to take customer service seriously and I felt like they would always make things right.

I bought an older car into this shop so he could tell me what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix. He went ahead and made the repairs with out consulting me then handed me a large bill that cost more than the car was worth. Never again. Becareful!

I had heard negative things about Iveys but decided to go anyway. They have been a long time established business and if Im correct, my father in law knows the Iveys. I took my car in for a new starter; they gave me a good price and got my car back within a day. Great, right? Ten minutes down the road my car overheated, theyd forgotten to refill the radiator fluid AND my car still may or may not crank. Not a good experience at all.

Went to get one new tire and a new tire on donut and. My car was. The air 5 hours and was charged 60 $ because their machine was. Broke and no new tires 😒

Horrible service and very expensive. I have a car that is having engine problems. After taking it one place (Henson Auto), they told me they were unable do the repairs on it.....they charged me $26 with tax for the computer scan and looking it over. I then proceeded to call around to find someone who could repair it. I stopped after talking to Tommy at Iveys.....I talked to him for quite awhile. I told him what the computer printed out and he told me they could repair it and the best day to bring it in was on Monday because if they needed to order a part for it, I could still get it in the same week. That was on a Thursday.On Monday, I took it in. Tommy did not remember talking to me and said it didnt make any difference because they would do a computer scan anyway. He then called me that afternoon to ask again what the car was doing. On Tuesday afternoon, he called me to tell me to pick up the car. He said they also were not able to repair it. When I went to pick up my car, then then charged me $93 with tax for doing the same computer scan I already had. Wont ever do business with Iveys again and certainly wont refer him.

He just charge me $41.39 for reseting my tpms system. Very expensive. Other guys repair my tired for $8.5.

Great people and good experience with them. Face it folks todays cars are expensive to maintain. The repair guys didnt make them that way, but they are the ones that help us out. Dougs is certainly one of the best shops around.
