Great service department. Chris and Christina did a wonderful job. Jesse in service was extremely helpful in explains my service and repairs needed. Couldn’t ask for a better service professional to help me out. The coffee was hot, the service was sweet. Would recommend.
We brought our vehicle in for regularly scheduled maintenance/service, and Rich always takes great care of us. We waited in the dealership while our vehicle was serviced, and did not have to wait more than a couple of hours. As always, they did a thorough and outstanding job. Overall we have been pleased with our care since we started working with Pensacola Audi just after they came to the Pensacola area. Rich is knowledgeable, friendly, and always takes care of our needs. I highly recommend Rich and the Audi Service Department.
Horrible experience!!! Part was back ordered and I was repeatedly given the run around. Everyone said something different. The part is here, the part is arriving this week, the part is not here, now we need another part. There are no loaner cars. My car was at the service center for 2 months, only got a loaner for 2 weeks.My car was only 5 months old, and a computer chip malfunctioned. Thus no functioning air conditioning in the summer, while in Florida. This SHOULD NOT happen to a new car.Horrible experience with the Audi Q5 hybrid, horrible experience with the service department of Audi Pensacola. This will be the LAST Audi I ever buy.
As a first time service customer due to my move to the area, I was highly pleased to discover that your dealership offered a first class service experience. First, I needed to reschedule. That was simple and pain-free. Then when the time came, all went perfectly. Kudos.

This experience started rocky with covid restricting how soon Audi can get parts and I know they were in need of help in the service department. Rich helped turn it around ! Audi did their best to get my vehicle repaired quickly. I appreciate this Audi team ! Thank you for the updates while my vehicle was in the service center. They are very professional but, it does appear they over book their service teams and it takes a long time. Everyone is very nice, professional and helpful. I completely understand staffing issues these days as we are all facing this issue. Communication is key and perhaps back off on bookings.

Audi Pensacola had my 2014 Audi A8L TDI for over month to get several things taken care of on it. Parts had to be ordered and that took a while. Understandable, given current logistic issues. My tech advisor was good about keeping me updated and they worked well with the extended warranty company. Things were satisfactory until I finally picked the car up. One of the things that I asked them to look at was funtional when I took it in, but had a minor issue in operation. After discussing the issue with the tech, it was decided to hold off on getting that particular minor issue fixed. It didnt seem to be anything catastrophic at the time. When I picked the car, the work they did do was good, however the other issue discussed was now completely broken. Brought that to the attention of the tech advisor. His repsonse was that they could give me quote to fix it. Expressed my displeasure with that action. I dont expect things to come out worse off than what they were when the car went in. Especially when it hasnt been in my possession for a month. The tech said that the serivice manager had left for the day but that he would have him call me the next day to discuss what could be done about it. Nobody has yet to call and its been a few days. That was a dissapointing ending to what had been a fairly decent experience.
I previously had a bad experience with Audi. The dealershipreached out to me to remedy the situation.Audi was fantastic! I took my car in and got it back inagreed time frame. The guys were wonderful, professional,and Audi lived up to their reputation. I have a lot of respectto the team for making a bad situation good. I wouldrecommend this team to anyone.
Great service visit. Rich Lord is always extremely professional and easy to work with. Regardless of how busy he might be, he always takes time to welcome us and communicate the game plan for our vehicle.
Good customer service. Took longer than expected to replace a tire. Interior of car did not appear clean. I was given no paperwork on the tire replacement or checking the car (fluids, tire pressure, etc.) which normally I receive when my car goes to an Audi dealership.
Rich provided Exceptional service! We were traveling in from DC and had an appointment with Audi Montgomery to have a set of tires installed. My tires weren’t ordered and we had to scramble to find a dealership with my tires. Rich and Audi Pensacola were able to work us in their schedule and that was amazing! This will be our new servicing Audi location!

I scheduled an appointment with Audi Pensacola for my A8’s 30k scheduled maintenance service. The appointment was set for 11:30am on Monday, November 1st. Because I was flying out of town for a business trip early on Monday, I made plans to use the key drop on Sunday afternoon. I received no communication on the day of my scheduled service about my service. And the service wasn’t completed on the day of my reservation. When I returned from my trip on Wednesday, the car still hadn’t been serviced and I still never received a single call in response to my emails & voicemails. My wife eventually waited long enough to get someone on the phone and was told they would try to do the service on Wednesday afternoon but it wasn’t completed. In fact it wasn’t completed until Friday around noon. Through the whole week the assigned service technician NEVER called me. Eventually the service manager returned my call for an explanation on Friday . Obviously there was no reasonable explanation for zero communication throughout the week on the delays. Disappointing service delays and absolutely horrible communication that you don’t expect from Audi.
