Everyone was great at the dealership. I like how everyone worked together. When I set up our appointment Robert was going to be our main rep. When we got there (we were a few moments early) he was with another customer. Roger ended up helping us. When Robert finished with his customer, him & Roger worked together to finalize our buying experience. It was very nice seeing them work together and being considerate of the other.

Steve Smith was extremely helpful. It is always better when you have a person that is new and still enjoys listening to the customer and working with them. A lot of times some of the tenured individuals almost give the vibe that they are being bothered and that makes you not want to return to a company where you will spend money. He gave a person starting over and rebuilding their life a chance. Unbeknownst to him he took a huge weight off my shoulders and I can breath a little easier today. It took 2 and a half weeks to repair for supposedly a 9 hour job as promised. It was a delay after delay and waiting for parts. When they called and said the car was ready, I still had to point out an area where they failed to repair. I would have thought they should replace the part and just not to buff the headllights. The damage is still visible.After receiving the car, we noticed the following as well NOT working properly when they were properly working before. The power lift gate, power lock on the passenger side is not working properly.It is impossible to prove that they were working before, but it is the honest truth.We took the car back but they will not repair it unless the insurance can prove that it was their fault.In the end, now we are stuck with a faulty car that was not how it was before repairs were done.

Great service the staff was very pleasant and helpful even though they were extremely busy and understaffed. The only reason for the 4 star is that I waited in my car for about 40 minutes in a long line of cars waiting for my turn to get into the bay. Then, a service technician never came to the car so several customers and I had had to go find out what to do to get help. A sign or one person directing us would have been helpful. After that was settled; everything was great.

My visit to the service department was good. The new policy for oil change is, slow up, no appointment needed. As I pulled up a service tech approach my vehicle, took the keys, I signed the paper work and I watched the news in the rest area. Twenty minutes later, I was told my vehicle was ready. I paid the price they had quoted, walked to my vehicle and drove off as a happy customer. I must say, the service technician did not try to sell me some unwanted future service. That was refreshing.

Chevrolets plastic DASH is a defective and sub-standard product. Not helping Chevy Owners to replace their broken dash components (which was broken at less than 29K miles when I bought vehicle) undermines customer loyalty when reported to the dealer nothing was done via warranty, etc.

Then a come home and my fiance shows me they did not fill the washer fluid after on the ticket it says the technician checked all fluids, so makes me wonder what else did not do, not very happy

Purchased a vehicle from Sandy Sansing used car dealership very dissatisfied with the service. Before I took the vehicle home I wanted to back out of the contract I had an uneasy feeling about the purchase . I was told its too late I had signed the papers. I begged them to let me out of the deal I was told its too late. Very unhappy I took the car home only to find out it has roaches. Yes roaches. Ive used a can of raid and also about eight little roach baits inside. I was told that they will buy the car back from me and keep $2,500 out of $5,000 I paid them. This doesnt seem very fair. Just wondering what mister Sandy Sansing would think. I have photos of the roaches in the car.

I believe it is all in the approach. My husband and I both visited on 2 seperate days and felt that the customer service was nothing like those across the street. (They are Definitely a 5). I walk in and wait for my turn. I am asked what I need. I explain I need to get my new key fob programmed. ITS GONNA BE $100. Ok I say. I give them to him. WHERE DID YOU GET THIS? Very short and confrontational. Here! ( my husband came in on Saturday and bought it then was told no one there could program it.) After this everything became more like day to day business. Customer service was neutral on both occasions.

I couldn’t believe that the total for changing my battery was $495.00. I wanted to be sure that all of the warning lights were checked out-there was one I did recognize. But I could have had D&C change the battery for half that price or maybe even less.They also said they called me several times, but I had zero missed calls from them on my phone. I could have said time and money going to a place I knew and trusted. Sandy Sansing has disappointed me. I purchased this car from them in 2011. Do not take your vehicle here for repairs!! It was a complete nightmare from the service manager and the technician. The service manager was very unprofessional and rude with no respect to a customer and should be fired!! The technician was lazy and not very knowledgeable and only wanted to do work on brand new Chevys. So much for assistance after the sales. I purchased three vehicles from this place. I went to this dealership for service on my 2020 Kia Optima. The Kia dealership down the street was backed up with upcoming repairs and they were not accepting any more customers until the end of next month. Well I kinda need this oil change and tire rotation done now lol. So I went into the Chevy dealership and saw Ms. Roberta Stuart and she welcomed me with a smile on her face. Great customer service here!! She told me it would be about an hour and a half max to have service done on my car. They had my car ready for me in an hour. Not only did they rotate my tires, they also put air in all four of them. That is very much appreciated!! Sometimes its the small things that mean a lot. Ill be back for my next oil change in 5-6 months.
