This was among the best dealership Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. From the start, service was superb. When given our desired price range and make, we were quickly guided to the vehicles that matched our desires. We werent shoehorned towards different or pricier cars well over our budget. We were given the service record of the car we were looking at immediately, without even having to ask. There were a few delays that stemmed from my behalf, and I was walked through each one concisely. Whenever there was a delay, I was informed of it and the cause for it was explained to me. Buying a car from this dealership was in no way a hassle, it was easily the best experience Ive had at a car dealership.

From the very beginning of my car search I knew what I wanted. This was the first lot across the gulf coast that respected that and went the distance to help me get approved and into my perfect car. Kevin was an amazing sales guy and really understanding in why we were in a crunch.Its been 6 months and we just had the free oil change on my Jetta. The service side was super helpful and didnt do the usual woman treatment with me. Definitely a place I will be sending people, even from out of state.

I’ll start by saying I am no relation to the Allen Turner - Turners. Ha. It’s necessary to establish this because I have NOTHING but GLOWING reviews for this dealership. From start to finish, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Paul Brown was our sales consultant; he was everything you’d ever want in a salesperson. He was patient as I walked the lot and tried to find the right fit for my needs and my budget. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or skeptical. He was a straight shooter, professional, and super kind. The finance office was no different. They didn’t keep us there endlessly haggling, and they weren’t pushy about warranties- yet they were very informative. All in all, they listened and were beyond accommodating during both of my visits to shop and ultimately buy. Thank you for a great experience! Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have purchased two cars here. Sadly, my sales rep left and the guy I got was terrible. Disinterested in me even being there. He even passed me off to someone else (The new guy was quite nice.) Weirdly, they would not approve me without me putting down a huge down payment. Yes my credit is good. The car I wanted had too many miles on it, but I liked it. Unfortunately, it wasnt meant to be.Good fortune a week later, I went to Bob Tyler Toyota and bought a Jeep. No down payment. Under my current car payment. A great percentage rate. No issues at all. The people there were happy, they were honest and they got two purchases. My girlfriend bought a car too!

We had a lot of help along the way but much needed! Our family friend recommended Chris Jones, when we contacted him he was quick to respond and literally had everything ready for us at the dealership. He was respectful of our requests and communicated that with his colleagues. Brad Woodruff had the car we were interested in at the front door ready for us to see and test drive. Brad made the car buying experience hassle free! We came in at 630pm and left at 730pm with a new car! The paperwork was easy, the communication was even better. There was no stress of having to buy a new car, which personally makes me very nervous. It was quite the relief to get exactly what we wanted and for the price we wanted it for.

Should have left as soon as the sales rep demanded my information before he would even show me any cars. I verbally gave my info but before I signed I said I would like to see if there is even a car I want to buy before I make a hard inquiry on my credit. There was nothing so I left. 2 hours later I am notified after I left and without my signature they ran an inquiry anyway which is ILLEGAL. Manager says It was a mistake and it will come off in 2 weeks anyway but it can stay for 2 years. One point is not a big deal but the deception will last forever. BEWARE they dont want to find you a vehicle in your budget they want to push you into buying the most expensive car possible by any means necessary!

They ran my credit without authorization. They also said any credit checks would be a soft inquiry, but it came up as a hard inquiry. This dropped my credit by 3 points. Also, the car they pushing me to get had a check engine light on it already, and they did not care. The sales rep just kept trying to push us to buy their car regardless of what I wanted. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE. But if you do, COME PREPARED TO SAY NO. Stick to your guns.I would have bought a car from them, but they lost a customer after this.

Unfortunately, my husband and I had the misfortune of experiencing the unprofessional business practices of this dealership today. Whether it was miscommunication or a greedy salesperson, the fact remains that this dealership dropped the ball today. I bought my first car from Allen Turner Pre-owned and had a fantastic experience. However, that was overshadowed by today’s events. My husband and I were pre-approved for financing and found a truck on the Crestview lot that we were interested in. We spoke with Shannon who informed us that they could have the truck transferred to Pensacola and we could make an appointment at our earliest convenience to view the truck and discuss purchasing. We set the appointment for today (Saturday) at 9:30am. Dave, our salesperson, followed up to confirm the appointment. My husband was called into work this morning, so I contacted the dealership to ask if an afternoon appointment would be possible; if not, I would come alone at 9:30am. I was assured that an afternoon appointment was no problem and that their job was to make the process “easier for us.” We arrived at the dealership at 4:30 only to be told that they had sold the truck an hour earlier...The truck that was brought to Pensacola that we had an appointment to see. That is shoddy business practices at best. After our appointment at 4:30, if we did not purchase, then the truck should have been made available for the next interested party. Allen Turner has lost my business for all future purchases.

Today my partner and I went in to sell his beautiful vehicle and to take the cash and run. (The check, really). However, we met Preston Eibeck the second we pulled onto the lot for them to evaluate his instant cash offer for the Kelly Blue Book program. Preston was immediately engaging, real, and super easy to talk to. We literally planned to purchase a car from Carvana because we wanted NOTHING to do with going in to a dealership. Really, its annoying and a full day process. Preston bent over backward to make sure that we got a fair price for the car we were selling and connected us with Mike (he worked the numbers and got the bank approval for a new car). Yes, I said it...They showed us a 2019 Hyundai Kona...We planned to buy a Fiat, Mini, or Audi....BUT Preston showed us this grayish/blue Kona number and frankly....we were sold. We got a good deal on trading it in. Got a car payment we could live with, and drove off the lot tonight. I attached a photo of our littler Galant we traded in and our new Kona we drove off in. LITERALLY had zero plans to buy a car, but Preston was just great. Up front, honest, and frankly...he wasnt pressuring us and acting like a bully. You do NOT have to be a bully to sell cars!!!!

I have to say they ruined my new car buying experience I know that I should have done my research but I bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra! For my birthday in 2018 BRAND NEW CAR!!! I had only 6 miles on the engine I had never owned a new car so this was a very exciting time for me well when everything was said and done traded in my old hyundai elantra which I only owed 8000 for and pay $24,000 for what I thout was only going to be like $19,000 but what they did was talk me into buying an extended warranty, and first mile maintenance plan. My car that I purchased already had these deals that came with it so why I was told to purchase something the car already had I havent a clue.. but thats not it I took my brand new car in for its first oil change that I purchased also and on Christmas day my engine blows on my way to my dads. The service manager Barry Bouillon tells me that he was so sorry that his tech must have left the oil plug out or didnt properly reinstall it but I drove 2 weeks before this happened?? I havent seen a car yet that will go without an oil plug inserted in the oil pan!! The oil would have dumped immediately well when bringing up that I wanted a new car like I purchased for 24,000 I was told that my car already had high mileage and that their was no way I was getting my car replaced with a new one so after several months of going back and forth I finally gave in so Allen Turner replaced the big block in my car I still had isssues that they would patch up and say that nothing was wrong. Well I had a flat tire and had to use my spare tire in the trunk upon removing the tire I noticed some mud and leaves and what appeared to be a waterline mark I thought that to be odd. So I did some research and come to find out the1st Hyundai elantra that I also bought from Allen Turner that I traded back into Allen Turner to purchase my new car was indeed a flood car!!! Not one person at that dealership disclose to me a carfax nor did they say that my car had a salvaged title I found this out through my lender . So their is not one doubt that my new car was also a flood car that they passed off to me not knowing!! I feel I was taken advantage and lied to since iam a young female!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALLEN TURNER HYUNDAI !!!!!!
