Ridiculous!!!! They had my truck for almost a month and did not fix all the problems. Unacceptable. I can take my money and business to someone that values me as a customer. No excuses
Its never a good thing when you have to put your new truck in the shop especially when it should be covered by a warranty over a faulty switch. I have to say through all the frustration in dealing with the GM warranty center, that I am pleased with the service I received. More specifically, I commend Robbie M. (Service MGR) & Samantha H. (Service consultant) for the excellence in customer service that I received through this annoying event. They went above & beyond to deliver the best customer satisfaction possible. Sandy Sansing has two great assets in the service department. Thank you, Robbie & Samantha!
Terrible service my vehicle sat on the lot for 3 days and diddnt even get looked at nor informed. If you diddnt purchase your vehicle here your last priority. I got my keys and took elsewhere.
