Scheduled an appointment to have a single tire replaced. Salesman started with the we really like to sell tires in pairs…I insisted I only need one new tire since my current tires have less than 20,000 miles on them. Then the salesman walked to my vehicle and told me I also needed to replace my brand new spare tire (less than 15 miles). Came inside and again they attempted to sell me 4 new tires. I don’t hate on businesses which attempt to sell their products, however my appointment time was scheduled before I arrived, yet at my scheduled appointment time, my car sits. Waiting to be see how long this is gonna take.

Who says customer service don’t exist in 2021? .... well go here and see Cameron. He went above and beyond expectation!!! OUTSTANDING! Okay so they’re the only tire place I’ll ever use. I won’t buy tires or windshield wipers anywhere else. They stand by their warranty without any hassles or trying to weasel out of it. The gentleman changing the tires are extremely polite, knowledgeable, humble, friendly very efficient. Wonderful customer service all around. I was also surprised how they manage to keep their lobby and restrooms so clean. Stopped in yesterday inquiring about some new tires. I was helped immediately upon arriving. Very easy transaction and was even offered to have the tires put on that day! I had plans so I had to come back. When I came in for my appointment I was in and out within 30 minutes and they even put gel on my new tires!! Wow!! Great customer service from these guys! Discount Tires called me in the morning and offered an upgrade or a reschedule for the next day. I took the upgrade. Arrived early and staff met us at the car and took our information. I have to say I absolutely enjoy bringing my vehicle here for services ! Started off originally by needing a plug on my tire, (no charge) the rep had mentioned the condition of my tires, so I had them replace 3 of my tires a few weeks later, with the warranty. About a year after my original purchase, they replaced the 4th tire. During this service they took the time to rotate all 4 tires, no charge. Today I had to have one of the tires replaced under warranty…. Let’s just talk about how easy it was. I scheduled my appt with them earlier today via phone my car was in and out the bay within 30 mins, and these lovely gentleman that worked on the vehicle took the extra two mins to put tire shine on the tires, and I’ll just be honest I was 100% needed . It was literally the first thing I noticed walking towards my car. So far every rep I have dealt with, phone or in person has been exceedingly friendly knowledgeable, and fairly quick with updates . seriously, do they put happy sauce in the coffee or something??? This is my cars forever home . Lol

Honestly, for a place called Discount Tires, I expected less. Went on Wednesday to get a new set of tires for my SUV. When you pull up, they come out to your car to help you and figure out what you need. Can’t remember the name of the employees I talked to, but they were very helpful and professional. From the time I dropped it off to pickup was roughly two hours. What impressed me was that they were swamped and they stayed open an hour after close to make sure everybody got what they needed. Drove back to the house and the next morning I wake up and one of my tires is flat. I throw the donut on and head back to Discount Tires, I told them what was up, and the supervisor Kris was real polite. They found a broken washer on my TPMS, didn’t charge me anything for it and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Definitely going back to them for all my tire needs in the future.

I had purchased a set of four tires from here back in November, and was very pleased with that experience. They were knowledgeable,friendly, and efficient. On top of that, I saved well over $200 in rebates and other in-store discounts that they had at the time.Fast forward to this past week, I began having some issues with my front driver side tire. So I called to make an appointment & was told No appointment necessary Just stop in and ask for Kris So I did just that and was very pleased with the level of service and care that I received. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes even though they were very busy. Kris personally brought my car into the shop where he and his team did an inspection on all four tires and decided to buff out the erosion on my hubs (from northern winters past) & replaced all of my lug nuts for free and made sure everything was torqued on by hand. Kris was apologetic that I had to come in and this was All done free of charge! I felt like I should tip him or take him to dinner or something 🤣 So once again, great service, I highly recommend anyone take their business to this store!

Always had good service at this location for many years. Took my vehicle in to get wheels balanced and I guess they had some new people working that didn’t know you shouldn’t put the balance weights on the face of a split spoke wheel. Didn’t notice it at first so I brought the vehicle back to show them. Of course the younger counter person didn’t have a clue, and said “that’s the only way to balance the wheels.” Yeah right! Luckily the other counter person came and offered to redo the balance by split-spoke method, the right way. I came back another day to have the balance redone. The balance was great! The weights were behind the spokes where they should have been. Only thing, he had the younger guy take the weights off the face of the wheel and clean off the adhesive. Big mistake because he already didn’t want to do it. Was finally able to washed my car finally after all the rain/cold weather and saw that where he removed the adhesive it discolored the wheels. All the wheels were scratched pretty bad not happy about that at all. Haven’t even had these wheels for 2yrs yet and now they look bad in those spots. This is not to bash Discount Tires. This is just to share one bad out of the several good experiences that I have had at this location. I believe the younger counter person needs to be coached on how to handle situations better. Having an attitude when a customer is bringing a concern to his attention is not good customer service. Will be contacting them to see how they want to take care of this. I can’t let this go!Update 05/07/18Update 07/05/18In April they gave me an option to have the wheels refinished or get a new set. I chose to have the wheels refinished. This was around April 18th. They gave a card for me to contact the person that does the refinishing. Odd! I contacted him on the 20th and he said that he would contact me on that Monday 23rd. Didn’t hear nothing from him that day and to this current day.I go back to the store on June 13th and talk with James and let him that the refinishing person they referred me to never contacted me. At this point I let him know that the wheels need to be replaced. He agreed and wrote down the information needed to order new wheels and said that he will call me they arrive. That was June 13th, it is now July 5th and no call yet. It’s just really frustrating so I guess I will have to be the one to contact them.

I called just before the shop closed on a Thursday. I had a nail in the sidewall and had a cross country trip planned to start on Saturday. Never travel long distance without a spare. They didn’t have my size tire in stock. John ordered the tire and scheduled me to come in 1:00 pm Friday. He said if the tire didn’t get delivered to come in anyway and he would figure something out. The tire did make delivery. He called me to come in at 11:30 am, 90 minutes early!! I was in and out of the shop in 25 minutes!! You don’t see this level of professionalism often.

This location was amazing and the staff were so incredible and kind. My boyfriend and I are new to the area, so we didnt have a usual car place yet. When we had a sudden flat this afternoon, they were able to get us an appointment within an hour. John was so kind and helpful! We are college students on a tight budget, and John was very understanding as we weighed our tire options and called parents to explain the situation. We were in and out very quickly and loved every staff member we met. No condescension, no upselling, just nice, helpful people. We will absolutely be back for all of our needs in the future. Felt bad because I showed up less than 45 mins before they were due to close, but I had a flat I was dealing with for the past few days and all my tires were pretty old to be honest. They got me in and out by 5pm. Everyone was friendly and the tire prices were great. My salesdude didnt try to pressure me into buying more than what I went in for. I appreciate places like this. Theyre ok. Ive only been to this location once. Big national store with the nation wide customer service and support. It was busy, and they move a lot of customers quickly. The staff here was not empathetic regarding my concerns with my wheels. They kind of blew off my concerns and didnt give me confidence that they cared. If there is anything remotely wrong with your tires (even minor) they are very pushy and cocky about your vehicle that there is something wrong with it and pressure you to get replacements. I have lifetime balance and rotation on my current set of tires. Discount Tire has good tire prices, but I am not sure if I will get my next set of tires from Discount Tire, especially because all they do is mounting, balance and rotation. Usually any time I buy new tires I get an alignment, and any mechanic or car enthusiast would recommend that. Cant get an alignment done here.

Ive been to Discount Tire many times. Ive never been disappointed by the service or quality of work. The Store Manager is always willing to help if you have an issue. Everyone seems to be happy to do their job with happiness which is why I keep going back. They also seem to have a lot of energy and a good attitude. So glad theres one in town. They will be opening a 2nd Discount Tire in Pensacola on the West side.

Bought Michelin tires and could not rid the the jiggle from the vehicle. After third try swapped out for Bridgestone and now the ride is smooth as a frozen lake!Impressed with the way they are well organized and customer friendly.Thats what you do and will refer anyone with confidence.

Great prices and great service. They will recommend tires based on what is best, not most expensive. They will not recommend new tires if you do not need them. They will order the tires you want if they do not have them. They fixed my flat for free several times on tires I did not even buy from them ... which is the service that convinced me to only buy from them now.

I have 225,000 miles on my 2001 Acura CL, but it runs like a top. But for how long??? Wanted used tires for her, but 4 places didnt have my P225/45R17s as used. Another place said cheapest new was 89.95 plus mounting. Ouch on my disability income. Talked to Nyk by phone at Discount Tire on Davis Hwy in Pensacola and he said 2 used for $59 each plus mounting. $30/tire cheaper for a 40,000 mile tire!Then it was Benjamin who made my ticket at the counter. Turned out they didnt have 2 of that specific tire brand so Nyk subbed in a store brand that runs $18 more per tire, at the $59 price! Another $22 for each tire mounting. Benjamin told me about their lifetime of the tire warranty, As long as theres still tread on the tire he said. Made a LOT of sense to me. The place was hopping busy at 11am and luckily Id brought lunch and sat there eating, chatting to other customers and reading while waiting. Yep, I went prepared! After waiting an hour (theyd said up to 90 minutes) I realized, itd be dumb to have to do this all over again for my rear tires and got Benjamin to write me a ticket for ditto my $206 on the front also for the rear. Not 5 minutes later one of the bay guys called my name to say I was done, but oops, Id hoped to catch them quick enough to do the back 2 tires. I figured on having to wait another hour as there were still a lot of customers there.😕 Only 15 minutes later, I drove away with 4 brand spanking new tires for a great deal, $206 x 2. They even hopped to hold the door open for me.STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! 5 STARS AND SPECIAL THANKS TO BENJAMIN AND NYK AND WHICHEVER BAY GUYS MOUNTED MY TIRES! HAPPY CUSTOMER out with 2 separate orders of 2 tires each in less time than they said the first 2 might take. 😋😊

Everyone was so friendly! I didnt catch his name but the guy who checked me in explained about the tire I ordered online was discontinued and I was ready to get some bad news but instead he told me he went ahead and ordered the new one they make for the same price so we would be all ready to go today. I just thought that was really amazing customer service. On top of that he just had really good energy and I always think that should be recognized when someone makes you feel welcome and stuff. On top of that I dont even think I spent 30 minutes there. I did have an appointment set up for my 4 new tires but dang....Im impressed!

The employees were very kind and helpful so that is why I gave 2 stars, however I found out later on that day that they had stripped out three of my lug nuts on my wheel resulting in the entire wheel hub having to be replaced. I have to be without my car for 3 days or so because of it and it is really inconvenient. They are paying for the damages at least but I dont know if Id go back. Proceed at your own risk!!!

I got 4 16’ rims but after discovering one of the rims was damaged, they upgraded my rim size for free to17’ AND gave me all new tires to fit the rim size, for free. I can’t even explain how thankful I am for this place these guys are amazing pricing is super reasonable I paid less than 550$ for all new tires and rims + labor together. Amazing

Please buy your tires from this nationwide store! The prices a near the best, but the warranty and service to fix tires is fantastic! They continue to stand by the warranty; no arguments, no paperwork, just results! Two different tires and two different nails the cost and pain of not using this company could not be described. I had a pretty frustrating experience with my most recent tire purchase, but I have to hand it to Justin (store manager) and his team. Once I addressed the issues with Justin, without hesitation or reservation, he went out of his way to address and correct the issue. I’ve purchased numerous sets of tires, and this was the first time having a problem and I was happy to give them the opportunity to make it right. Definitely highly recommended!

Staff was awesome, friendly, and professional. They were the one place that was able to get a set of toyo proxes r888r. Those tires serve one purpose and theyll honor the warranty if they get damaged from said purpose. Got it mounted and balanced in less than 30 min. Will be getting tires from them the next time.

Brought a tire here to get a new one and have the rim put on the new one. Left it here an hour ago. Called and asked if it was ready before wasting my time and gas to come back up here and was told it was done. Guess what, it’s not. Got told it would be 20-30 minutes. I’ve never had an experience like this until now and I will not be returning again. Thanks a lot for nothing.
