I’ve been through hell and back the past few days and it started with a lost of trust because of Sandy Sansing Mazda Service Department telling me I needed to change my rear brakes when I went in for my 15,000 service and each service since then. I’m now at a different Mazda dealership and they clearly told me at 30,000 miles, my rear brakes were fine and clearly still in the yellow. I’m frustrated because I had a gut feeling this service department was regularly suggesting maintenance on a vehicle I bought from the dealership in order to profit of someone.
Great staff. Super helpful with all my questions. Since my vehicle was still under manufactory warranty, they were honest about the cost to service my vehicle. I appreciate their honesty.
Long review but Ive been coming to them for 3 years nowFirst off, I wanna say I wish I can bring Sandy Sanding Mazda to Virginia when I move there. Especially Tracey from the service shop office. She was ALWAYS extremely helpful, outgoing, and made sure I was taken care of 110%. She truly did care and was worried for me as I went through an emotional rollercoaster due to my car issues. For 3 years I have gone to no one else except for this shop because of her customer service, the great work from the mechanics, and the piece of mind I had with them. I had way too many issues when I went to Pep boys prior to coming to Mazda. My 2003 Miata was due for a full checkup and replacement of a few things and pep boys never helped. It was old and needed some extra loving care. New clutch, new everything almost. They only made matters worse. Tracey assured me I was in great hands once I came to them from pep boys. Finally after 2 years of fixing what my beautiful Miata needed fixed, I felt like I was in a brand new car. We also finally found and fixed the fuel smell we couldnt pinpoint. 2 weeks after fixing the fuel smell and driving what felt like a new 2019 Miata, someone decided to cut me off last minute and my miata was done for... Tracey was the first to know about what happened. The crash couldve been worse if they hadnt found the fuel leak. It seemed like she was more worried than I was. She truly is a beautiful soul.At this point it was time for a new car and here comes Demarcus!!! The best salesman of Sandy Sansing! He took care of me and was also extremely outgoing and caring. He got me in a new CX-3 and I was in love. After a few months I realized I may need something bigger in the future and decided to trade it in for something a little more fitting for my plans. I didnt hesitate to once again sit down with Demarcus and talk about getting into the Mazda 3. I couldnt be happier with the process for the second time!! And if I need to trade again or buy another car in the future, rest assured Ill have no problem making a trip to Pensacola to come see him again.Demarcus, Tracey, thank you thank you THANK YOU. To all mechanics that worked on my babies, thank you!!!If I can bring Tracey and Demarcus with me to Virginia, I would. 20/10 recommend seeing them for your needs.These guys need one of those cool wooden plaques.

I recently purchased a CX5 from here. I love my car, it is evident that the car was cared for and maintained by the previous owner. The customer service Ive experienced at Sandy Sansing Mazda has always been pleasant, however, the customer service I experienced after the purchase was disappointing. When I began to notice high pitched squeaking right after purchasing it I called my sales rep about my concern. She made it clear that if I had problems with it I could call her. I ended up having to call three times about my concerns only for her to say she would contact the service center and get me in. This never happened. After the second call, I called the service center myself and left a message. I never received any follow up from either the sales rep or the service center. I took my car to Pro-Fast in frustration. I ended up having to pay them to replace the brake pads and rotors on the front axle and have them remove and grease the pads on the back axle because that was causing the high pitched squeaks. I am frustrated about having to do this because I purchased an extended warranty and the car was inspected by the service center and checked out....it should not have with break problems. In addition to this, my 30-day temp plate expires next week and was told that my plate has not even been processed yet. I am happy with my car but very disappointed with the lack of customer service received and the cost of replacement parts. Even if there was nothing they could do, it would have been nice to have someone contact me and communicate that.
Terrible service. Picked up car saw tire was flat had a nail stuck in tire. First of all took 4 days for an oil change and car detail. Then the service person not named Tracy tried to tell us that the nail had been in the tire a while. Which is not true it happened at their shop. Will be looking to go to a different shop.
