After 12 years of reliable service, my wife decided it was time to let go of the 09 Acadia. Stopped by Sandy Sansing Nissan at the recommendation of a friend, intending to get an idea of what they had on the lot. Kevin Jardine, our sales rep, greeted us and brought us in to chat about what we were looking for. He was extremely patient, and took the time to really listen to our needs. After looking at dozens of cars, we happened to find the perfect car (it had just come onto the lot that same day). Although we hadnt planned on it, we snatched it up right then. The sales manager, Dominic, worked with us to meet our budget, and helped make the process quick & easy. Contact signed, we left for the day while they completed their inspection, with the intention of coming back in a few days to pick it up. A couple of days later, I get a call from Dominic out of the blue and he asked: Where do you want me to park your car? Yes, he delivered it to OUR FRONT DOOR. Hows that for service? Google needs to add a sixth star for these guys. Great team, great service, great cars.
Amazing service! My adviser was Scott and he was just so wonderful went above and beyond, didnt do any work unless he came and talked to me about it first to make sure we were on the same page. He was very professional and friendly kept me informed the whole time I was there. I was there getting my headlights cleaned and when I say they made them look brand new it is not and exaggeration. Absolutely just a great experience i will never be taking me car anywhere else, from the friendly staff to the amazing work they do. you truly cant find a better service department around here then them.

The agents that assistant they were great! However, my car is a 2017 I was very displeased to find out that my windshield wiper motor went bad on such a fairly new car. I was also very unhappy when they told me a windshield wiper motor was almost $500 and thatβs just for the motor not the labor. But overall the people that assisted me were very nice.

I called....... they said things are slow around 3pm. Pulled up to Express at about 3pm..... they guided car in.. I waited in a nice break area. Got a full report from manager on oil & filter change along with tire rotation. They answered all my questions. I was in and out less than 30 minutes. Great service. I was really comfortable with this. Will be back in another 5k miles.
I scheduled to have some recall services taken care of on my car and for an oil change. They not only completed the requested items, they did a full inspection and gave some recommendations, topped off all of the fluids, put air in the tires, and even washed my car and cleaned up the front floorboards. The level of service exceeded my expectations, and I pulled out of the lot a very happy lady! Kudos to Sandy Sansing Nissan for going above and beyond.

Shopping experience was very good but the customer service was terrible. Car was supposed to be detailed. It was only a lite wipe down. We ended up doing a complete cleaning of the car our selves. After a couple of days we had an issue with the drivers seat. After contacting them and having the shop look at it,because it was a used vehicle they would not fix it. If customer service is important to you shop a different dealer
It wasnt cleaned at all. There was trash and coins left in the center console and when I looked at the spare tire it was completely flat. Also found trash back there.

I evacuated from New Orleans after Hurricane Ida on 9/1/2021. I was unaware my tires were in poor condition until I arrived in Pensacola to stay with my spouseβs grandmother. She has always sung the praises of the service Dept and how well her car is cared for and she is treated. I spoke with a service representative over the phone on 9/2/2021 and requested two new tires ordered. We made an appointment to present on 9/3/2021 for 0900 at the suggestion of the service rep. When I arrived with the 85 year old grandmother the tires were not there. We were told to return after 1400. When we returned there was only one tire delivered. I was alerted there was a special on tires βbuy three get the fourth for a dollar. I requested the order of three tires totaling four so I could return safely to New Orleans. I was informed with the Labor Day holiday there would be some delay. I requested the tires for Tuesday so my spouse and I could return to New Orleans on 9/8/2021. My spouse and I both work in hospitals and needed to return to work. I called on Tuesday 9/7/2021 and was informed of the delay in the tires. I was informed to present on 9/8/2021 at noon. I called at noon and the tires had not arrived. I was informed to call back after 1300 to see if they had been delivered. This was too late and too uncertain. My spouse and I needed to return to our jobs. With all the dealerships owned by Sandi Sansing I hoped for more expedient service and a little more effort toward helping medical professionals trying to return home safely after a catastrophic hurricane. I am incredibly disappointed in this experience. I had to return home on less than safe tires and now I cannot qualify for the tire deal at my local Nissan dealership in New Orleans with the one tire I purchased from Sandi Sansing service Dept with the assumption three more would be available.

I contacted the office to schedule an appointment to bring my car in after noticing an oil leak. Dwayne in the service center was extremely helpful and flexible in arranging a time for me to drop my car off. They discovered the leak was due to the previous auto shop not installing a drain plug washer when my oil was last changed. They cleaned it up, changed the oil and installed a new washer.The process was quick, easy and hassle-free. I highly recommend using Sandy Sansing Nissan for your service needs, regardless of make/model!
I arrived without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed there was a recall on a brake part and theyd check that as well. While attending to that, they notified me my rear brakes would need replaced soon, so I asked if they could do that while I was there. They took care of everything in one trip and kept me informed. They are great people!
Unfortunately Weve had to spend a lot of time and money on a used vehicle (not purchased at SSN). Our service advisor, John Chambers, is hands down the BEST! He has worked with us to help make some of the major expenses not so painful and just been there when we needed him. And, Mr. Pat, one of those guys you never see, but oh so thankful for him, his time, and his knowledge - and for him taking extra time with me to take my vehicle out for a drive when I was freaking out about its performance after a major repair. π Its people like these guys that keep us going back!!

Tge sandy sansing Nissan dealership in Pensacola Florida took advantage of my 19 year old son. If I could give 0 stars I would. The sold a used car to my son. They didnt do a full inspection on it. Paid $15,000 for it and it broke down soon as he got it home. Now they refuse to fix the problem and people are avoiding me he has to pay for a car that doesnt work. This is not right.

Had my Nissan Murano to SandyNissan after being told by trusted mechanic only dealer had the electronics equipment for the job. In the nutshell the service manager I got stuck with was less than proffessional. Always promising to call and keep me updated........he failed. Spoke to mechanic Axel. Super customer service and expertexperience who took time to give me the information I needed to make finacial decisios. Ended up with a 7000 dollar bill . Car runs fine thanks only to Axel. Other than Axel I would never return to Sansing Nissan .honesty and integrity.

My husband went at 9 am. Appointment time. The purpose was checking the engine light being on. After an hour they came to tell him what needed to be done and the price. He said ok go ahead. They knew he was waiting. He sat there till 4pm. No one ever came by to give him an update of time frame. If we knew he would be there all day, we would have left the car. A bit disappointed.
Tommy and Ryan are the most knowledgeable and friendly salesmen weve ever met and treated us very well. They went above and beyond helping us find financing and then Ryan spent almost an hour explain the features we have in our new car that we would have not even known we had if he hadnt taken the time to show us. We arrived at 2:30 p.m. The bays are super clean, and they seem well staffed. My car was worked on immediately. Ive waited about a week to post my review. I am not one to leave reviews, in fact this is my first one. I visited Nissan looking to buy a car. I dealt with a younger salesman with a last name of Dean, I dont remember his first name. He was rude, inconsiderate and in the end could only brag about how much money he makes there. I would like to believe that Im a good judge of character and this man had none. I came to you guys because I was told you were the premier dealer in town. I ended up purchasing a slightly pre owned Altima from Pensacola Honda. I dont post this with the intention of getting the young man fired but I would suggest additional training for brand new staff.

My wife brought her 2020 Altima to the service department after having battery issues and it leaving her stranded twice. Service department says they cannot help and sends her to the express lane. After the technicians tell her everything tests fine she informs them there is clearly an issue. Finally after a fourth test they say the battery needs to be replaced. Service manager/employees have always been rude anytime she goes there and not willing to help, telling her that the battery isnβt under warranty even though the Nissan warranty paperwork clearly states they cover batteries for 84 months and she also has an extended bumper to bumper warranty we purchased through this dealership. You almost have to argue with them to get them to willingly do anything to help you. Finally she was able to get the battery covered under warranty and she was on her way.

I bought a used car with some body damage. It has a missing passenger side mirror. I was assured it would be replaced within 2 days after purchase. Three weeks later, no mirror and no return phone calls. Also, my salesman assured me I would get the car for a few hundred under asking price since it needed collision repair. The contract was written up for the original price... I ended up getting the car for $100. under asking price. Also, why sell a car before its cleaned and repaired? The salesman told me that by law, the side mirror needed replacing before they could sell it. Ill call one more time before I take the car elsewhere for repair.

I have had my 2013 Pathfinder in Nissans service department at least 20+ times with what seems to be electrical issues and they havent been able to fix them.I bought the car, used, because of previous issues with my Xterra and the service department rigging some trailer wiring. I was lied to about when a transmission was changed in my Pathfinder and the lie caused the next three to come off of my warranty.The service department was not sure what to do to fix my, still existing, electrical problems, so they just tried things, again, using up my warranty. Its a longer story than I can put here. The dealership has totally refused to provide any assistance in correcting the issues. Im currently researching what options I may have.

Not happy with Nissan services. Used the key drop box to have my vehicle serviced for a factory recall update and to get a quote on what it would cost to get my passenger seatbelt detection sensor reset. I clearly wrote this information down on the key drop sheet. Well I never received a call from Nissan until my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon picking up my vehicle up I noticed my passenger seat belt sensor was still on. Nissan had my vehicle for 6 hours and they only updated the factory recall. Their customer service is subpar and they did not complete the requested action. Bad service.

So initially I was hesitant to go to the dealership because every time I go to buy a car it just takes so long and I hate being there all day anyway if your looking to get a vehicle right now you should go there my salesman Brandon was very nice not pushy at all he got me into the vehicle of my dreams I didnt even think I could get a car like I did I arrived at 9AM and was out of there by 1:30 PM I am very happy with sandy sansing not only did I get my car from there my daughter did too and her experience went just as well.
