By far the best experience I’ve had at any car lot ever. What made the experience so good was my sales professional Andrew. Andrew helped me out so much. He was extremely responsive and since I was coming from out of town to purchase my vehicle, he FaceTimed me and my wife and walked around and showed us every detail of the vehicle.When I showed up the vehicle we were going to buy was detailed and ready to go for me. I went on a test drive and Andrew was very knowledgeable about this particular vehicle.The purchase side was easy as well they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of warranties and all the documents were e sign so the process was very smooth.This happens every now and then but as soon as I went to drive off the lot I had an issue with the blinker staying on. Things happen sometimes but what made my experience so great is they immediately ordered the part I needed, filled up my gas tank, and they are getting it fixed ASAP. I did not have to call back a single time to get an update Andrew was keeping me in the loop and reassuring me that it would all get taken care of in a timely manner. I understand that I’m buying a used vehicle and there might be some issues but I feel completely safe buying from this dealer because of this experience I’ve had. I will continue driving out of town to this dealership to purchase vehicles here on out.

Incredible. The Service Department was absolutely incredible. Were from Louisiana and were taking a trip to Florida when our vehicles A/C went out. After calling, they had our vehicle in the service dept being looked at within 30 minutes. Cliff took us in and was super understanding and nice. Before we could even leave the dealership, Jonathan was working on the vehicle and went beyond to help us understand what was going on. We left to go have breakfast while they were working on our vehicle and before we could be seated at the restaurant, the service department had the issue fixed. Thank you again for saving our vacation. The quality and speed of service is unmatched.
I had an excellent experience at the dealership this time. I went for an oil change though I could use more work it wasn’t in the budget at the time I was there. Which was fine with them. The waiting room was clean though the outside leather chairs where amazing with a gentle breeze coming off the gulf and a warm sunny day and comfortable chair to sit in makes one fall asleep waiting. Seems like it only took a few minutes to get an oil change and it was done.
First off to be meet by Don F. with his awesome enthusiasm after having a really rough morning was perfect way to start my service requirements at the dealership. Then right off the bat I get the ever smiling DeSean to get checked in so I got get in and out quick was most appreciated. What team work the best right off the bat! Top Notch!

Although I did not purchase my vehicle from the dealership, they treated me like I was their best customer. My engine light came on and I was due to go out of town. The service rep I spoke to on the phone said that I didnt need to make an appointment, just bring it in the next morning. I did and my issue was resolved that day and was under warranty. Michael King was my sales person. I talked to Michael over the phone about what i wanted and where i needed for payments. He had the truck i wanted ad he talked to his bosses and called me back with the numbers for the truck. The wife and i got in my car and drove to Pensacola to look and test drive the truck. On the way out we filled out the application for the loan approval. When the wife and i got out to the dealership Michael got us the keys to the truck and we went for a test ride. We love this truck. Service was probably good but way too much time to get an oil change and tires rotated, may try Sandy Sansing and if they can get the service done in a reasonable time will go there instead of your dealership and takes too long on the phone to set up a service.
Customer service and vehicle service were outstanding. Very professional folks. Best dealership service department i have used. Didnt try to push unneeded services on you like most other places. Great from arrival until departure.
Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere while waiting. I was concerned that I was not being taken care of when I was sent home with my car that would stall out and shut off while driving down the road. I was told that nothing could be done since a code did not show up when diagnosed. Seemed dangerous to me. Thankfully a code popped up after another shut-off while driving. Took our vehicle back and it was looked at and repaired. Trusting the issue is fixed.

I was impressed with how fast my repair was complete. I was passing through Pensacola when my gear shift button broke. I explained it to the service writer that I was traveling from Virginia and he said, “We will take care of it” The pre appointment line was long so I thought I would have to stay all day or rent a vehicle. I was shocked that within 2 hours, I was notified that my vehicle was ready. Great customer service throughout my whole experience with the dealership. I can tell that employees have a high level of dedication in performing excellent customer service.

Im not sure if this service department is just dishonest or ignorant. Either way I cant recommend them. My mother purchased a vehicle from this location two years ago and it was in recently for 2 warranty concerns. The paint on the roof had failed in multiple spots and the manager claimed it was sap damage and would not be covered. I detail vehicles, and have taken care of her car for the 2 years she has owned it and can confirm this was NOT caused by sap. Eventually after pulling teeth they agreed to do a goodwill claim.Fast forward to this month and the vehicle begins stalling out AT SPEED, I dont have to stress this but the car became extremely unsafe to drive. She took it in for diagnosis and they told her the oil needed to be changed and that could be the cause of the stalling issue, which if you know ANYTHING about vehicles (and they should as they are a DEALERSHIP) you know that oil that is due to be changed will not cause a vehicle to stall. I will also note that I perform oil changes on this vehicle and use OEM spec oil and filters and service it BEFORE its even due for the oil change. It is WELL taken care of. Worse yet, she has free oil changes for 2 years and they tried to charge her for the oil change! Not even a week later the vehicle continues to stall out and she takes it back again. Right away they tell her what the issue likely is...literally the exact issue we suggested when the problem started occurring (a known issue with this vehicle). Its concerning that they would let anybody leave their service department in a vehicle with such a dangerous issue that could have been resolved upon the FIRST trip, but was not due to dishonesty or ignorance.I see a lot a good reviews for this dealer and thats great, but this experience was horrible and others should know. Be informed and dont get taken advantage of.
The service I received just couldnt have been any better. Jonathan Sparks was my service advisor and he took great care of me and my car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Buick GMC Pensacola. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

Every one was extremely nice and friendly and helpful. However, I was on vacation miles away and you was supposed to rotate the tires and you charged me for it but the tires wasn’t even touched. So I had to pay for them to be rotated again.
Friendly staff, clean comfy waiting area, and the service tech kept me informed along the way.

Drove up to see what they had. Was greeted by Paul Squazzo. He showed me around, let me check things out with no pressure. Came back the next day with the wife to check out a particular vehicle. I called Pail to let him know we were interested in a particular vehicle. We got there and the vehicle was parked under a breezeway because rain was coming. We took a drive and everything was great about the vehicle. We went inside and negotiate the price where both parties were satisfied. The whole purchasing experience was great with no snags or long waits. All the vehicles in the lot were quality vehicles with no wear and tear. Pensacola Buick-GMC-Cadillac still has the values instilled by the Whibbs family.

I took my truck to them to have some engine work done. There was a lack of communication with me and the guy that was handling the claim for my truck. Everything he took off work the mechanic took off. My truck was over there for almost a month before I was able to get it back.
The dealership was most helpful and professional in closing this car (truck) buying experience. The market adjustment upcharge kept the rating I gave a 4 stars instead of 5.

We left Louisiana at 4:30am to pick up a piece of equipment in my 2016 GMC Denali 2500 diesel. Before Mobile, AL the message”service diesel exhaust system, speed limited to 65mph in 99 miles” appeared on the dash info panel. Our speed was progressively limited to 65 then 55 mph. Got an 11am same day appointment. Steve Smith was our Service Consultant. He got us a ride to the mall to wait until a tech could look at it. Changed the defective Def temperature sensor and got us back on the road by 5pm. Steve did a great job of taking care of a problem that could have cost us a rental car or hotel stay. He kept us informed during the process and did what had to be done to get us back on the road. Would highly recommend Steve Smith and Buick GMC Pensacola.

Then he drove my old car back to Ft. Walton Beach for me. This is only the second new car dealership that I have rated this high in my lifetime...and I am 60!
They had my vehicle 3 times for a week each time. We have spent over a $1,000.00 and it still is not fixed. We were told no matter what it took they would fix it. Laughing here yeah right. Maybe I should have taken it to Sandy Sanding for service. I am very disappointed it wasn’t like this when the Whibbs owed the dealership.
Honestly... Im not happy at all with my experience. . While I understand that you guys are busy, I feel that commication about what was going on with my vehicle and the issue was terrible.Im grateful that the issue was covered by warranty, but it would have been nice to know what was going on.I was told it was motor issues all to find out the day that I was contacted for pick up the car that it wasnt issues were completely different then what I was told.Then I was told that if I waited until after 1pm to pick up my car I would receive a complimentary wash and vacuum.Well that wasnt done at all, more so my car had a white/gray lubricant like substance splattered all over the interior of the driverside of my car .Very disappointing considering I waited additional time to come pick up so that my car would be fresh and clean.I personally paid for the vehicle to be towed and found out that I should have been reimbursed but wasnt offered that either.The service provided this time absolutely makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

I purchased the vehicle via their online car buying service and was quickly contacted via a personalized video message from Sarah. She connected me with the salesman, Danny, who was very timely in corresponding to negotiate the price and final purchase. He met me on the purchase day for a test drive and then handed me off to Lexi to finalize the paperwork. This is usually the most difficult part of the purchase, but Lexi was exceptional! She was very organized, thorough, and professional. All the paperwork was prepared prior to my arrival from Louisiana and I was in-and-out the dealership in under an hour.

Jonathan did an excellent job of taking car of our vehicle. The dealership gave us a loaner and did a major electronic work over of our vehicle. Everything went very well. We do have one remaining small glitch, but it is so minor that we will have it addressed at our next oil change. (Just so you know, I dont give max score for ANYONE. Theres always room for improvement.)

I brought my 2021 Buick Envision to the service Dept for a recall. I pre scheduled via telephone. I was told I would have to leave my vehicle, so I had someone pick me up. My appt was at 1:00. The check in was efficient, and the employees were appropriate. I was called about 4:00 and told my vehicle was ready for pickup. I picked up my vehicle at approximately 5:15. The check out process was also efficient.
They take good care of my truck. Answer any concerns and are very nice. They treat Veterans well. I was always the mechanic at these dealerships. Now Im seeing the other end of it as a valued customer. It all makes sense. From the sales team to the Service advisors and admin staff. I was treated well. Coffee is always on. Steve was great, but when I picked up my vehicle there were black grease marks on the door panel and also on my seats, I was charged for a tire rotation but it wasn’t done, I have a distinctive mark on my rims and that rim was never rotated, just makes me question other services that were performed, I even left the locking lug nut key for them to rotate, overall Steve was great and was able to get my aftermarket warranty applied to my vehicle
Great service! Even though we were from out of town, we were treated like preferred local customers. Nick communicated well every step of the process and help make sure our car was repaired on time. He even called our home dealership to compare service records with them! If we lived here, Pensacola Buick GMC would be our choice for a service department we trust!

Much thanks for taking care of my engine light while on vacation.Unfortunately, due to an extremely busy day for them, they could not meet their verbal commitment to quickly diagnose the minor issue and it turned out to be an inconvenience to me. All were helpful and professional but overall not as timely as I expected. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
So the experience in buying my new truck was pretty good. But 12 days after I bought a brand new truck the truck had to go to the shop for repairs, when I tried to reach out the the dealership it took two days to get back to me. But even then they were little to no help. Help me with a good experience so that next year when I am going to buy another new vehicle for me wife they may have been the ones that I would want to work with. No I will not buy from them again. They just want the sale to you then they are done with you. Regardless they should have done something for me, loyalty points or something that says we care that this happen to you!

So far so good; I hope to complete the buying process tomorrow and schedule delivery for my new AT4. I used the online purchase platform and have handles every aspect of the purchase from home. Of course, it makes it easy when you have experience with the exact vehicle that you’re purchasing. If I had never driven the vehicle before, I would definitely be going down to the dealership. In this case, though, the vehicle search, negotiations, and purchase was handlers on line and/or on the phone. I look forward to working with Buick GMC Cadillac Pensacola in the future.

Had appointment for simple oil change and tire rotation. After waiting an hour I noticed my car still sitting in the lot. I asked about and was told they would now start on it. I asked why it took so long and was told this is normal even though I had purchased my car here. Dont feel you should ever need to wait 1-1/2 hours or more for an oil change

They go above and beyond in the service department to get your vehicle fixed and or recall for warranty. When I explained I had a compromised immune system, they sent someone to pick up my truck and left me a vehicle in case I needed to go anywhere.
