They have been dodgy with the issues we have had with them. It’s not acceptable. My husband bought a car with them a few months back, which he got into a wreck in 2 1/2 weeks ago. The car we bought from then was 2 years older than what they sold it to us as. The air bags didn’t go off causing my husband to be in the hospital. At first they kept saying they were getting us a rental which never happened. They then said they had a car for us after talking to them on multiple occasions. Now we have been told multiple days in a row it would be ready. It still isn’t ready. We have a 1 1/2 year old and we can’t even get the things we need because they keep being dishonest. This is the poorest customer service I have ever had. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM !

I do not normally leave reviews but after going to a lot of other car lots searching for vehicles i found the perfect one right here. the staff is amazing. Simeon helped me get the type of car i was looking for with all the safety features i wanted for a fair price. i let them know about my bad credit and it wasn’t an issue! i was able to get the car fully in my name with no co signer. it’s almost like getting a second chance. plus they do report to all three big credit bureaus so it actually HELPS your credit when you make payments, not all places do that especially at “buy here pay here” type of places. Brittney was also and amazing help. they explained every detail to me and answered all questions i had. they were not pushy or aggressive about the sale. for the actual financing process the woman who helped with that part explained everything in FULL detail before i signed anything on the paperwork. i would definitely do business with them again.

When I first got the car I had to take it in to have something fixed. Today the car broke down, I haven’t even had it for two years yet. It’s been kept up on oil changes and well taken care of, yet the car broke down. Probably will be too much to fix. Shady place.

However i do want to point out that it is the biggest pain to get ahold of the service department. I have called n called and one time after no answer I immediately went up there to see someone sitting at the desk. Dont really understand what the issue is there but hopefully you guys can fix that in order to be even better than you already are.

Honestly this is the worst dealership to go to my interest rate is 24% paying $16,000+ For a 2006 vehicle. Only reason I went here is I had no other option. I lost all my income at the beginning of the pandemic, and still had to figure out how to make payments at one point I had to go a month without paying the rest of my rent because they said either pay it or we are taking the car, so now it’s go homeless or go without a car. My car is the only transportation I have to get to and from work I have no other way. So not only do they put you in a bind with your payments but they also put you in a bind by making you choose between essential living needs. I’ve gone without food in my house, and without paying rent because I had to pay them. This isn’t a credit builder. Even now I wouldn’t be able to go to an actual dealership and get a car. Credit builder? Unless your satisfied with your credit score only going up 60 points while making absurd payments then hey this is the place for you. On top of having to replace all the coils and catalytic converters a month after getting the car. They paint the interior to hide it from its normal wear that it had before it was brought there. Take some water and wipe it off the interior door or steering wheel and it comes right off. My car ever since I got it constantly says tire monitor fault or tire sensor fault. Mechanics have checked them and they are okay. So now you have an internal issue and these people don’t tell you anything about previous accidents or issues with the vehicle. My friend got a vehicle from them as well and her car kept smoking and breaking down so many times on the Side of the road they took it Back to be told that if they wanted another vehicle that one would have to be completely paid off before they could get another one. Cool so I’m paying for a car that doesn’t even run. This place is nothing but a SCAM and it’s full of SCAMMERS. If you don’t have the money for a payment be ready to do anything and everything you have to in order to pay it because they don’t care. They want their money and that’s it. I will never ever use this company for a car again. Please don’t ask me to call you cause I hate talking to you guys as it is already. The same repetitive BS every time. Not to mention when I went there they had a lot full of cars told me I could pick from any car on the lot every car I bought oh no that’s not ready to be sold oh no that’s not either oh we still have to service that. So take it out the front and put it in the back. Came down to me having two choices that were the same exact make and model. The people are ridiculous
