This is a must go to beauty supply. Jr and Sr are helpful and when I was short a few $ they extended me a military discount. I also was able to order some beauty items that I could not find at different store for same price. It is a staple in our community and right around the corner from my house so easily accessible and convenient. This establishment rocks.

I appreciate that the store itself had the items I needed at the time, however the associates could use some training in interpersonal skills, they are extremely rude. I felt as though I was being followed around the store which made my overall experience uncomfortable. Usually when I shop, I’m asked if there is anything that I need by store employees, however on this day I was ignored. Perhaps

While the store has a variety of products the sales associate/cashier was speaking to me in his native language while laughing and did not tell me what he said. I am always pleasant to others, so I didnt understand the blatant rudeness: it is terrible manners to speak to someone in a language she/he does not understand and not tell her/him what was said. I think he may have been insulting me for some reason. I will not go back here and I recommend Beauty Town, Queen Bee, or Peoples.

I purchased a 14in closure and 3 bundles ranging in lengths from 24 28 and 30in I was told the grade of the hair was a 10a. The 30in shedded bad it’s very short now when I was told that it wouldn’t shed which was a lie and I paid a total of $320 which was a waste of money.

My neighbors recommended this location to me because I was driving out to another store in Brownsville. They told me that this Oasis had everything that I could need in beauty. They, more importantly, mentioned that the shoop owner was pleasant and treated his customers with dignity. Everything that they said was true. Affordable prices... wide selection...good location and pleasant owner. Found my new shop.

We came and told the dude he didn’t give us another earring he got loud at us for no reason, my first experience here i hated it! He also in his words “I’m gonna get the gun” said this. it was rude and i honestly took it as racism.

This store has terrible customer service. The worst Ive seen at beauty supply store. The man whos the so called manager just sits behind the counter on the phone and does not ask if you need help. He does not know how to run a business. He needs a second person working in the store helping customers while he runs the register. (If he not on the phone of course) Also the wigs on display are hard to view, and there no prices on his wigs. This store is poorly managed.

Friendly..You have to understand that they just sale products..You cannot expect them to be able to tell you how to use them. Anything I asked for by name he helped me find..when I purchase in large quantities they discount it graciously

They have everything you need. I needed a brand that specializes in hair but Sallys beauty supply doesnt carry this company. They have it. Plus they had it cheaper than any company online. The store has a great selection and free samples at the counter of different top brands.

Affordable and very clean and assorted. I found all what I was looking for. Some of my favorite products were cheaper at department stores because they are some of the most commonly found products. Apart from that if you know what you are looking for and know your stuff step in there look around before you do your final sale.

I went in to look at wigs and received no help. Gentleman was on speaker phone having a normal non business phone call with another gentleman. He did ask if i needed help i responded yes Im trying see what you have in wigs. He said ok and walked off. All wig are behind counter and not accessible to public. He had several customers in store they had to walk to front ask for prices ... he NEVER hung up phone and never took phone off speaker. I will not be back and at this point do not recommend.

Im not knowledgeable about purchasing hair and staff wasnt either .. staff foreign accent was strong and I didnt know about the NO REFUND policy when I made the purchase of the incorrect hair and what I needed was not compatible and didnt have in stock compatible item

I got some hair there 3 bundles and I got my hair done and a few days later..I noticed the ends were already dried. I went to the store to tell the owner that this isn’t human hair and he said it’s my fault the hair is like that. I was so disappointed because I had purchased the hair the week before..I will never go back there for hair anymore

Loved their value pack of itch-free and pre-stretched braiding hair. Cost more than the cheap packs, but worth it.

No variety in braiding hair but they have a ton of products.
