Had such a great experience today in this store. I haven’t worn makeup in a year due to illnesses. So she was late like 10 minutes and then spent 1 1/2 hrs playing make up with the associate. It was great. I felt special and really taken care of. Thx Sephora for hiring this lady. Great experience

I was just in this store and I wandered in there fir about 15 minutes. The young lady working there never acknowledged me or asked if I needed any help. My goal for coming out in the cold today was to go to Sephora and to replenish some products that I have run out of. I am very disappointed. I left without making a purchase. I usually spend about $100 or more each visit, but not this time. 😞 VIB Member

Store nice is nice always, but it doesnt have that feeling that motivates the adrelinevwhen shopping. Good sales, clothes ate neat, some aisles look like congested walmart aisles. Good nice merchandise, cant find dales personnel for help.

I LOVE this store!! It always has great rewards that the other Sephora store does not and it gets new products in first - always!! More important then any of that, is the people who work at this store. They always greet me by name, ask about my girls and show me whats new. I can always count on their honest opinion and advice, they never just try to sell me something. I have seriously enjoyed having my makeup applied at this store by the associates as well. They constantly have brand launches with special events to try out the products with their help, which is extremely fun and informative. I can call anytime and they will look for products for me, anything I need - they go above and beyond. This store is much further of a drive for me but the 5 star treatment I get at this store is worth it.

Clean store courteous staff

As a veteran, it is pitiful to have fought for a nation that continously sees me as less than because of the color of my skin. I was followed around sephora today as if I couldnt afford anything and would only succumb to stealing. Sephora should be ashamed to have such people on their payroll. To make matters worst, the associate was not knowledgeable about items in the store. I was in the store 03/29/19 between 1800-1920.
