My wife scheduled a Covid test two days ago and received two confirmation emails for the appointment. She arrived 5 minutes before the appointment time and was told they had no more tests. A phone call or email letting us know would have been appreciated prior to driving an hour there.

Had a COVID vaccine appointment for 5:30pm on a Monday. Made the appointment online the day before. Super easy. Checkin was a little slow but lots of customers at the pharmacy at that time. I got my shot by 6pm. Took 2 seconds, didnt hurt at all. I think the lady who did my shot was named Hope. She was nice and I felt comfortable.

Worst experience EVER!!! Staff obviously has a problem with favoritism ESPECIALLY the little manage Krista! I’ve never seen such disregard for customers in my life😡. Been visiting this location for years and in my personal opinion the old management needs to be brought back because this woman is UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I will Never use this Pharmacy again!The pharmacists wont fill prescriptions until they want to. Playing GodWith peoples lives!

Management has took the position that Walgreens does not allow any paying customer nor any Transit person to use the restroom at this facility I inquired about why and they said management said lock the bathrooms and do not allow nobody to use them do all paying customers to Walgreens on Cervantes in the corner of pace do not use Walgreens because if your child has to use the bathroom they will do it on their self they do not allow you to use the restrooms and the CDC says were allowed to wash her hands but they Dont allow it Walgreens at walgreens

Pharmacist was super helpful and all the employees were very polite. Store was immaculately clean.

The lady in pharmacy is outstanding and very helpful I didn’t get her name but it’s 8:32pm on 2-14-19 thank you so much for explaining things to me the world need more people like her in customer service jobs 😍

The pharmacy is wonderful! The staff pretty much know me by face and greet me like a friend. Pharmacy waits arent usually any longer than 45mins or so... but it also starts at freezing temps inside the store!And dont leave your car parked outside with the windows down. On that corner, there are a lot of transient beggars that like to hang out and beg. They wander the parking lot and look into cars. Fyi.

DO NOT GET PASSPORT PHOTOS DONE HERE. We had to get them redone in the court house because they took terrible quality photos that I cannot get a refund on.
