Costumer service was wonderful. I explained what it was I was looking in a bed. He explained to me with no hesitation what bed would do what I was looking for. I was hesitant at first because of the price. He could see that with my hesitation to jump on taking the first thing offered to me . I was showed a few more that was in a better price range that came close to what it was I was looking for. I went home for a and for a week I looked into the some of the same beds. Now I have been looking on the computer for a while doing research. Narrowing it down on what to ask for prior to going out and just laying and moving on a bunch of beds. I found myself going back to the first bed I was told I would not find anything better to fit what I wanted in a bed. Today with that same wonderful person who talked to me last week at Mattress Firm on Airport Blvd in Pensacola Fl, I found myself telling him he was correct. I wanted that bed . It was the best fit for me . I told him how I went out and sat turn twisted and more all over maybe around 75-100 different beds in th last week and nothing touched what he shows to me in the first place. Because of how accommodating he was and friendly I remanded loyal to him and came to purchase the bed from him . He was a wonderful sales associate and just a over all down to earth person who did not try to push a sale down your throat just to make a sale. Thanks you Mattress Firm. My nights sleeps is now a good nights sleep.

GREAT experience ! This was my first time purchasing a mattress and I had no idea what to look for. My sales associate Paul Cunningham was extremely helpful ! My visit was great, great customer service! However, upon unboxing the mattress there was a blood stain in the corner and the mattress did not look new. I called and told them about this and they got me in that same day for an exchange and at a low price! I love the Mattress Firm in Pensacola off of Airport Boulevard and Davis .. Worst customer service ever! Ordered a bed the second week in December, was supposed to be delivered on Jan 1. At 6 p.m. the night before I received a TEXT stating it was going to be another two weeks. I decided to cancel that order and put in an order online for a bed advertised for immediate delivery. That was also projected for another two weeks. Again, that was postponed for another three weeks. At least that time, the TEXT they sent me came two days before the bed was supposed to arrive instead of the day before. I canceled that order too. I, however, did receive the rails that had been set up for two months by now. I tried to return them, but the only way I could talk to someone is with Live chat, which is the most useless thing ever. They could never understand what I was saying. I called the store to explain my dilemma the man that took care of me said that he would return my money for the rails. He apologized, profusely. I am still waiting on that refund and it has been a month. Called again yesterday, was told I would receive a call from the manager. No one called. So, I called back. Was given a number to live people, and that be could do nothing for me. This was untrue. More live chat garbage. The whole thing has been blamed on the stuff that has been going on in Texas. Called a different store today, he told me that he refunded the money and it should be back on my card in three to five days. We will see.

Stopped in looking for a new mattress. We have needed a new one for a while. Nate Burks was very helpful and help us with purchasing a new bed.

Absolutely the worst “customer service” ever. Not just bad service, but flat out lies. I called on Monday, 04/12, to inquire about a mattress. After speaking with a salesperson, via text, I asked my wife to stop by the store on her way home. She looked at a couple of mattresses and purchased one. I had been told delivery would be between 24-48 hours and this was confirmed at the store. Wednesday comes and no delivery or phone call. Thursday, no mattress or phone call. I contacted a female salesperson by phone and she stated there had been “a mixup” and the mattress could not be delivered until Friday. It will definitely be delivered on Friday. At 2:45pm today I contacted the store and spoke with Brad. Brad tells me that delivery is set for 04/23 as the warehouse won’t deliver to them until 04/22. He also states that the store received an email on WEDNESDAY giving them this information. So the sales staff knew when I called on Thursday that a Friday delivery was impossible yet they assured me it would happen. When I was speaking with Brad on the phone today he had a very “could really care less” attitude about the entire situation. I canceled the order and was told it would take up to 5 business days for the refund. I guess in Mattress Firm time that means I will get it sometime in the next two months!! I would not suggest ANYONE ever do business with these liars.

Paul was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking for a two matching mattresses on short notice, while we were in town, and he worked with us to get us exactly what we needed - in our budget and in our timeframe. We would gladly use them again for future purchases!

Please beware!!!!!!!!!!!! Ask if your mattress that you are buying is new or used. We walked into the store to purchase a new mattress. Not an outlet or clearance center the actual store. Well we asked about any deals. And was offered nearly half price on a bed. Clearance at Mattress Firm means they are selling you a used bed. How this is even legal during times like these is crazy to me. So just make sure you know what your buying. Read the entire ticket. To the saleperson you should be open and upfront about what your are selling is used. There should be a requirement to sign a document to ensure you know they are selling you a $6000 used mattress.

We impulsively stopped at Mattress Firm on Davis Hwy in Pensacola, FL on Black Friday 2020. Paul serviced us with focused attention and great patience (we had our 6 year old and 8 month old daughters along). We ended up purchasing a fabulous bed set about which both my husband and I were very excited. Alas, we ended up doing some research and found a better option for us, but we werent sure we could cancel our order without penalty. After speaking with Paul about our decision, he graciously canceled our order from the warehouse without penalty! Paul not only gave exceptional front end service, but he also followed through after the sale, even though it meant losing a sale. We went to our local Mattress Firm on Sunday and we were mainly looking to get an idea of what was out there. We had talked about an adjustable bed as our son had one he purchased from here as well and was so happy with the service and the bedding set. We walked in and was met by Paul Douglas Cunningham, and explained what we were thinking. He showed us all the options that we had and helped us decided on which mattresses to get. I was planning on purchasing the base at another store but he was able to show my husband and I, without pressure, the differences in both units. We purchased the base, 2 twin (king bed) mattresses and the bundle and we are completely happy. There was no pressure but genuine want of helping us decide the best options. Paul amazing and we talking enjoyed working with him and will recommend him and mattress firm to anyone we know that is looking for a new set up or just a new bedding set.
