Maggie helped us during our visit to the Pensacola Sleep Number Store. She was not high pressure and took her time to explain all the different features and answered all our questions. We ended up taking advantage of the current specials and feel we received an excellent deal on our new bed. We are excited and eagerly awaiting the arrival of our new bed to experience the benefits of tour new smart bed! Thank you Maggie for the outstanding service!
The store has great customer service, however, when they were suppose to deliver my bed, they were running behind. I waited until 6pm and still no delivery. The service department then notified me that they were really behind on deliveries for the day, so they were unable to deliver my bed. Mind you, my bed was on the truck. They informed me that the next day they could deliver it was a MONTH OUT. Unacceptable! I bought a $10,000.00 bed and because THEY were unable to deliver it on time, they couldnt reschedule me within the next few days? I told them that was unacceptable and all they could say was, Sorry, but thats all we can do. We have not openings. I asked for a refund, which they gave me. Unbelievable that they are willing to give me back $10,000.00 rather than deliver my bed in the next few days. You would think that a big business like this could plan for instances like this and correct it. Unreal! They actually told me that they have to ship my bed back to South Carolina. There is no way for me to pick it up myself. Poor customer service!
Elizabeth, at the Pensacola Florida store was incredible. She was so patient and helpful with all of our questions and even stayed way pass closing time to finalize our purchase and make sure that we were completely comfortable with our decisions. Shopping there was a very pleasant experience and Elizabeth gave us white glove treatment through the whole process.
If I could rate a zero I would. We were supposed to have our bed delivered today and it was cancelled again. First delivery was scheduled for 8/30 and was put off until today and was cancelled again. Were getting our money back. Beware you probably will never get your bed
Our sales representative, Clay, was outstanding. He explained every detail and answered every question excellently. Initially, before going to the store, I was Leary about purchasing a sleep number; however, after going to the show room and speaking with the salesman, Clay, were extremely satisfied and happy.
If I could give ZERO I would. I ordered a sleep number bed in may. Wonderful person that sold me the bed. It was to be delivered 06-09-2021 between 3pm-7pm. At 2:35pm I got a message that said keep your original bed JUST INCASE yours cannot be delivered. I called the delivery person as was told that my bed was on time would be between 5:30-6pm. Not 20 mins. later a lady was calling telling me they didnt have my bed. I called the person that told me they we having a product supply problem. They should have called me 3-4 days before. WRONG THEY WAITED UNTIL THE 11TH HOUR. SO I decided to cancel the bed. They told me that they couldnt get my bed until 07-31-2021. NOT ONLY NO BUT WELL YOU KNOW. Never never never never again.

Melissa was very nice and polite. Her presentation was informative and not overwhelming. She let me take my time to try out the C2 and C4 beds so that I can make a decision. Did not feel pressured to make a decision. She walked me through the aspects with delivery to make it easy for me to make necessary schedule changes since I will be closing on my house in a couple of weeks. Little nervous making a big purchase like this but couldn’t pass up this sale.Thank you Melissa!

I was on a mission to find the best bed ever for the best night sleep of my life. I went to the Sleep Number Store and met Trevor Webb. You dont meet many people as kind as him. He was so patient with me and my gazillion questions which he did answer every single one. I left there skipping for joy! I took my husband and sister the following day and he was just as patient, kind, knowledgable as he was with me. Im thrilled to say we bought our dream bed! I cant wait for delivery day so I can start dreaming in my sleep! Thanks Sleep Number and Thanks Trevor Webb! Yall are the best.
Terrible customer service. They didnt bother to show up for the first delivery appointment window and didnt bother to let me know that they werent coming. Wasted a whole day waiting around for nothing.
Very nice people and great service. Deborah was very helpful in explaining everything to every question we had. They were pretty busy when we arrived and only had 2 workers that day but I was impressed on how they handled it all with great attitudes and still greeted everyone that came and helped everyone in a fair time frame.

We had a wonderful experience with a knowledgeable sales lady. We will be getting our second sleep number bed with extra features. Our old one is still good but we needed to upgrade to one that raises your head. I cant wait.

From the moment we walked in all the way through the purchase this was a spectacular experience. We spent two hours in the store trying out different models and options. The staff was wonderful. I strongly recommend Sleep Number and this store.
Do no waste your money.The warranty they offer is a lie. after two years of ownership they prorate your bed at a insanely high rate in there favor. Its a rip off when there product doesnt work you pay out the nose for it.I do not recommend them at all it is more cost effective to purchase a bed without so many moving parts that can and do break.

We have had our bed since 2004. This year (2017) when we thought we might want to replace it because it was worn, the terrific sales person at the store recommended that we just replace the pillow top and the foam. Cost was less than expected and our bed looks brand new. My experience with the manufacturer has been nothing but great. Originally ordered the wrong pieces, and the call center was great about helping me get that corrected. I have recommended this product and would do so again.

I went in to order a pillow as a gift. They don’t have them in stock in the store so they have to deliver to you. I specifically ask when it would ship out and I was told that day or the next. Since it is a gift I needed to know if I would receive it in time (9 days out) and was told yes that I would have it in 3-5 business days. After 2 days I hadn’t received an email stating it had shipped so I called the local store and was told “ it hasn’t shipped, here’s the number to customer service “ I called customer service and was told it wouldn’t even ship for 5 days and it would be UPS ground ( unless I wanted to pay for expedited shipping). I then ask about a refund and was told it would take 10-14 days for them to return the money to my card. Customer service said that the representative at the local store was incorrect to say it would ship immediately that it usually takes 5 days before it ships and I found that odd because the representative at the local store was a manager. Long story short, thanks for messing up my gift for my wife, guess she can just open a receipt on the day of ! Very disappointing that nobody cares at Sleep Number about customer service after they take your money. I won’t be back.

I wish I could tell you how Sleep Number has changed my life. My husband and I purchased a split king I8. The sheets we ordered from them, AT CONSIDERABLE COST, were not available in the store. We did not have and did not want to spend that same CONSIDERABLE COST for a second set in a color we did not want. At a certain price, you expect to get what you request. This was just after Veterans Day and before Thanksgiving. It is now February 10, 2016. I still have no sheets. Delivery dates have been delayed time and time again. I couldve had somebody make me a set sheets and it been a lot cheaper and with the same bells & whistles in the amount of time we have waited.We have also already had to replace a part on the FlexFit 3 foundation about two or three weeks ago. It was an easy fix. My husband did it himself and we get a gift card. But if the card can only be spent in Sleep Number, Ill give it to someone else.My husband doesnt complain. I dont...until its ridiculous. You are a big company. Can I please get my sheets. You really ought to send me a second set free for all the hassle weve had. I really cant fault the local store, this is above them.Sincerely,A customer who would love to love her bed.UPDATE...It is now February 22nd. When I wrote the above review, that same day, my husband comes in with a set of sheets for our bed from the local sleep number store. Again to their credit, they are trying to help resolve this issue, but, they are not the color I ordered, want and paid for. A local store cannot sell a product that is not supplied to them. I believe the local store has done all they can. However, SHAME ON YOU SELECT COMFORT CORPORATION!!I have had none, nada, zero, zilch contact from ANYBODY who works for your company at any level other than my local store (which is great). You are forgetting we pay your salaries by investing our money in your products. Unless there is some sort of resolution to this issue, I will NEVER recommend your beds and products. Whether the bed sleeps well or not, the customer service at this company is horrible!Again wishing I loved my bed.
