Bookstore lost my ebook confirmation number and when I told them about it they made me buy another and said they couldn’t do anything about it, thanks a lot. Some college kids can’t afford things like this. Would be nicer if you could be more accommodating to situations students can’t control.

The staff are very helpful, and will help you find what you need.

Such a great university store! Definitely one worth going to due to the warming atmosphere and willingness of the workers to help when needed. Always a clean store and easy to navigate.

Nice bookstore overall with friendly staff and relatively cheap school supplies. But for textbooks just rent from Amazon or Textbook Brokers. Also pretty much all clothing or branded knickknacks are way overpriced.

This is a nice bookstore but almost everything is overpriced. You can rent from Amazon or textbook brokers for a fraction of the price. I still go here to confirm what I need and get access codes.

Clean and well kept. Expensive like any other University bookstore, of course. Better to buy the type of stuff that theyre selling at Walmart or Amazon or other places.

Go snails! I like to come here to pick up the latest and greatest UWF accessories. They have shirts, sweaters, umbrellas, footballs, etc. Bring lots of cash, cause it aint cheap.

This bookstore carries UWF apparel as well as books and supplies. There is usually a choice, new, used, or rental books.

They have a great selection of books and UWF memorabilia and fan gear. They prices are expensive, it’s nice they started selling Apple products. Wish their hours were longer.

Great costumer service

Books are naturally pricier as with any university bookstore and the student employees can vary on customer service but the head management is super helpful. They went above and beyond to solve financial aid problems for me.

The store is way overpriced, a pair of siccores $6, $40 sweatpants, $35-$40 hoodies 😪The store caters to medical degrees, Math, etc.The store needs to have more affordable supplies, offer material for art and graphic students that are affordable i.e. graphic pads, typography rulers, better priced accessories for MacBooks, etc. Amazon is way cheaper, but if you are a VA student or financial aid student, you will not be able to shop as wise for long trees growth.

Very unorganized and inefficient. I had them order a book and it took longer than a month to come in, and they were supposed to call that it came in and they did not. I went to the store and found it in a shelf

Store was very busy but it was very difficult to figure which line to get into. Also kept being referred to another line when something was wrong.

This place is expensive,but that is to be expected with college bookstores. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
