I bought a truck from this place and two weeks later had to put over $2000 into it. I contacted them to see if they would help with the cost and got the cold shoulder. The problems that had to be fixed were oil leaks. I was told when looking at the truck that it had been looked over and oil changed. You might want to take a mechanic with you if you plan on buying a truck here. Lost my future business.

I didnt want to publicly bash your business, but since you asked......My review was based off my 2017 Impala that looked and seemed immaculate (probably the only sedan on your lot at the time) that FIRST had the a/c go out 1 week later, costing me $1400 to fix. Tried bringing it back to the lot to get looked at right away, like I was told to, and the only mechanic certified in that, was out for the day twice.SECOND, had to frequently fill air in the tires bc they all had a very slow leak, due to the tires being too small for the rims and had a blowout on the interstate a month later and had to replace all 4 tires bc they wouldnt hold air AND had to get towed to a shop bc myself, nor any local place nearby, had a key to get the locking lugnuts off of the wheels & had to break them off. $Tires×4+new lugnuts$And THIRD, found out (as we got into the rainy season) that the trunk had a horrible leak, also causing the window to stay fogged up. Tried two different types of sealant and tore everything out to try and fix it. It ended up soaking and molding everything in my trunk and had to throw out a few pairs of shoes. I cant keep anything in the trunk now.Everything that happened with this car would have been very obvious and known, after sitting at your lot for so long. None of this was told to me. My main concern was being a single, working mother and needing something dependable. Your companys only concern was making a sale and getting that vehicle off the lot. Very disappointed in the vehicle Im still paying on.

Jared took care of showing us a used Tahoe, and answered all our questions in an honest, professional, caring manner. He handled everything quickly and professionally. I went in today and traded my Tundra for a 2014 GMC Sierra at an extremely fair price (especially in today’s crazy market) My salesman Jared and the owner Cory were fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They weren’t pushy in the slightest and really streamlined the process. After a test drive I went to the bank to pickup a check and when I got back my paperwork was ready and the truck was ready to go. Their inventory specialists Josh and Shayne were extremely helpful as well. If I could give 10 stars I would. Tires are my only grievance because rarely do you need aggressive tread in Pensacola.I spent 35k on a 2018 Silverado with 64k mile gas engine. I’d recommend this place and Spencer for anyone. Just realize a truck comes with cost.

Mediocre experience that cost me a very avoidable $200. I was working a car deal online and agreed on a price with the promise that nothing was wrong with the car whatsoever. I ubered the 60 miles to the dealership with the assurance that there was absolutely nothing wrong. When I showed up the car had the check engine light on, and the pop up headlight was grinding very loudly. Additionally upon driving the vehicle I immediately noticed that the first fear synchro was worn out and grinding loudly when downshifting or putting the vehicle into first gear. All of these things are extremely noticeable and I have never done anything more than change my own oil.In summary. They may sell good vehicles overall but they mislead me into wasting 3 hours of my day and $200 over issues that were very prominent with what I think was a clear attempt to bait me into buying the car once I was already there.Update: In response to the attempted discrediting of my review I have attached a portion of our online negotiations. I have hidden the negotiated price of the vehicle to allow them the opportunity to get their asking price.Of note: discounting a car $3000 for issues that you know about before the customer arrives while knowingly not telling said customer about those issues isnt doing anyone any favors.I dont care about the fact that it has issues. I expect a 16 year old car to have issues. maybe an alignment issue. Maybe an AC issue. Maybe even a turn signal operation issue. Maybe a window regulator issue. All of which this vehicle also had. Additionally, if you are claiming the vehicle was full of fuel then the gas gauge is also stuck at 1/8 full.What I do care about is the blatant disrespect of my time I could otherwise spend with my family while you are hoping I show up and am an uneducated consumer.While I am sure you have many 5 star experiences. This was not. Dont try and defend it by discrediting the reasons why our transaction failed.

Went there to look at 5 different listings because the deals seemed great. Not one of them on the lot, listings just made, nobody knew when they sold. Salesman, old dude with a mustache and bad attitude, seemed extremely uninterested in us being there to look at vehicles. Place sucked, no other way to put it.

Where do I even begin? Hurricane Michael destroyed my community in October. I had a nice little F150 at the time, but I knew with the work that would need to get done, towing a dump trailer behind it would not be optimal. Searched online for trucks all day on a Sunday, found the perfect one right off of their website. It took 3 days for my bank to work out the paperwork needed, but on Thursday I drove all the way to Pensacola to meet Mr. Sandy, whom Id spoken quite frequently to on the phone each day for three days, sometimes multiple times with my questions about the truck and making sure it hadnt sold. You see, I wasnt about to drive 3 hours to find out the truck had been sold before I got there and I was skeptical about giving a holding deposit for a truck I hadnt even given a test drive to, so I called EVERY day. Mr. Sandy is a patient saint! Never before have I given an online review, but this company deserves it! Hands down, I would drive to them to buy another vehicle. I recommend them to anyone searching for their perfect vehicle. Thanks guys!!! 2 months later and I am still in total love with my truck :)

Easiest, most hassle-free buy Ive ever had. I had seen a truck I liked parked on the road and had looked it over from the outside. I went inside & talked to the lady, told her I was interested, & she had the keys to me within 2 minutes for me to go test-drive. I brought the truck back & asked her about the price. I went home & looked at my budget, and gave her the price I could pay. She got it approved for me within hours, and I went in the next day to sign the papers. It was missing a rearview mirror, which they ordered & had installed for me within a couple days. They did all the registration, tax, and tag paperwork, and even put the new license plate on for me! The truck was detailed 2 times as I was looking at it, and couldnt have been cleaner. I have now owned the vehicle for almost 2 years, and have had to do nothing to service it other than routine oil changes, etc. I traveled to Ft Walton (worst idea) and other places before I luckily drove by this place & saw the truck I wanted. Not to mention their price beat the exact same truck I saw in Ft Walton by $5K! If you do not want a confusing, aggressive, pushy salesman & want a real person who actually cares, I would definitely recommend these guys. A+, to say the least.

I just recently bought my 2011 GMC Sierra from here and I dealt with Sandy. I’ve bought a ton of trucks in the past and I just say this was by far the best experience I’ve had at a car lot. Sandy never pressured me into wanting to get in something I had no interest in or anything. I told Sandy I was looking online a few nights before so when I got there I knew what few trucks I had in mind. Sandy gave me the keys to the few trucks I was interested in and said take your pick and go drive around for a while and come back and get something else and take your time and that there was no rush which I like because most lots the salesman rides with you and make you only drive a few blocks so you never really get the experience in the test drive that you want. I was pre-approved before I went and looked so I already knew my price range which also helped out but it was also nice getting good money on trade for my motorcycle that I was no longer needing. But like I said and I’ll continue to say it, by far the beat experience I’ve had at a lot. There was a few little issues I wanted worked out on the truck and Sandy never batted an eye, he just said yessir I’ll take care of it and he stuck to his word. I purchased a truck from Pensacola Auto Brokers. I was in a hurry, and I came from another town. Mr. Red Snapper aka Mike Porter, was great to work with. Well being in a hurry, I didnt check the truck out very well. I already purchased the truck, and was heading home. I called them up and relayed the problem, and no hesitation, they said no problem lets get it fixed asap. Well they did to my surprise. WOW! Florida is a As Is State, which means, they didnt legally need to do anything. But these guys are very legit, and me being a mechanic by trade, makes me not trust any used car sales place, but I feel like I could send my daughter over to them alone to purchase a vehicle without me. Hey its not often you find a place like this, so lets keep these guys in business. I bought a car here about a month ago and Otis was very helpful and kind! The atmosphere was so relaxed and not stressful which I appreciated because this is the 3rd car Ive had to buy in less than a year. It was very smooth and easy. He even sent me to a mechanic to have the tires rotated free of charge and to have the car looked at to make sure there were no major problems. I bought an 2008 Altima and it was very well priced and mileage was good too, no over paying!!
