I was in town from New Orleans and this is the 1st place I headed too. This location is smaller than our location in the French Quarter,but the atmosphere is the same. Its a great place to kickback and enjoy a stick and the staff is all nice. The selection in the humidor is pretty much the same as the New Orleans location. Its mostly the house blends with some small selection of well known name brands.It doesnt have the rolling station,but I think a lot of things make up for that.I thought the woman that was on duty was probably one of the most knowledgeable cigar shop workers I ever came across.

Anyone giving this place less than 5 stars is not a real cigar smoker or was not there to even indulge in smoking a cigar. My favorite spot in downtown Pensacola besides Jacos. This is what a cigar lounge is supposed to look like. They have a great selection of spirits and a great staff. If you are in the area and just want to lay back and smoke a nice cigar, come to this place.

Amazjng spot. Great ambience and a very comfortable setting. The selection has a solid variety and Corey took excellent care of us. He was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable and makes an amazing old fashioned! Thanks for such a wonderful afternoon!

They focus on their own brand with a few name brands added in. I had one of their brand cigars. It was ok. The first half was very one note. The roll seemed loose.

The atmosphere is very welcoming to newcomers because the staff is happy and eager to teach you about cigars and make a recommendation for you that isnt influenced on getting a high dollar sale. You can kick back and watch some TV on the lounge chairs and have a great time!

Seemed like a nice place from the outside, but never made it inside. Employee met me at the door and asked how he could help me. I told him I wanted to look at some cigars. He asked “What kind?”, to which I replied, “Padrons”. After he asked me what type of Padrons I would like, I told him I wasn’t sure that’s why I wanted to look. He explained I couldn’t come inside without a mask. However, there were 6-7 others inside clearly without a mask on nor in hand.I appreciate and respect standards for health control, whether or not I agree with them.However, a double standard is discrimination.

The cigars was okay but the guy come in with a substitute Drake was not

Ive been buying my cigars from CI and Cigar Bid for years. Now that David has opened his shop on Palafox, I have a new place to stop in for a smoke, drink and good conversation. His cigar brand is as good as any of the brand names, in fact, better than most. Cigar factory cigars are hand rolled so expect to pay a little more. And remember, you get what you pay for. The shop itself, has plenty of comfortable seating so you can watch your favorite sport in the comfort of leather furniture or sit at the bar and enjoy a good smoke. Located in front of the downtown parking garage makes it easy to find a parking space.

Every staff member Ive met has been friendly and accommodating. Theyre very kind to first timers and made me feel right at home. Classy vibe and great selection. I would highly recommend the house blend vintage perfecta 👌🏼

Cigars are excellent, and the employees are more than helpful in directing you toward something you like in case you arent sure.The ambience is just this side of perfect for me. The scent, the music, and the people. It all combines to a fantastic experience.

Cigar Factory is a great addition to the entertainment scene on Palafox St in Pensacola. How frequently do you hear about a smoking establishment opening these days? It’s nice to be treated as an adult without the nanny state government telling you what you can do with your spare time.Cigar Factory has their own line of cigars, but they don’t mind you bringing your own to enjoy. There’s a large humidor, two separate lounge areas with big screen TV, plus the full-service bar has two screens as well. Very knowledgeable & friendly staff tops off the experience.The marketing manager Anthony informed me they have an upstairs lounge opening in April 18. It will be open to the public on weekends but reserved for special events during the week at no charge, as long as you purchase $500 of drinks or smokes. What a great way to attract new clientele.

The atmosphere was very relaxed. The cigars and liquor were pretty good. But it was mostly the atmosphere that really appealed to me. Definitely making a comeback to this establishment next weekend.

We enjoyed having a cigar with friends and family but the staff that day was very rude. Almost like we were wasting there time when I asked about the cigar selection. We did not have enough seats for our group of 5 so one of us grabbed a stool from the bar and one of the employees came by and grab it when my friend got up to use the bathroom I said hey we dont have any more chairs he said cant use bar stool even though they were empty.

Congac was great at a fair price. Dipped cigar was well made but wasnt aged enough to be mellow. Staff was great.

Had a STELLAR experience! Joe gave me a tour of the cigars and really helped me find the right flavors I was looking for. Never have I ever been so adequately taken care of @ a cigar shop. I ended up purchasing a special 20th anniversary cigar for my connoisseur of a friend. I can’t wait to take them back!He also made a mean old fashioned cocktail. Thanks again!

Fabulous selection of hand rolled Nicaraguan and Dominican cigars. Paired with a wonderful brandy. Ill be going back.

I’m a fan of the NOCF social club line of cigars. I travel to New Orleans from time to time and always stock up on a few. However I live about 40 miles the Pensacola,Fl. location And frequent the area often so I decided to shop the Pensacola location today. I have been interested in trying other NOCF cigars but I feel like I’m being rushed by the employees at both locations Decatur St. in NO and Pensacola. The employees follows you into the humidor asking lots of questions and then hovering over you as if you are taking up their time. Today I felt totally rushed by the employee at the Pensacola location as I did my last NO visit so I just grabbed three of my regulars and paid and left. I’ve seen other post from customers with the same issues. I appreciate good service but I feel this is more of a lack of trust for the customer as if I may attempt to steal something than a customer service thing.

I have been coming to this location for a year now, taken many friends here, and recommend this place to people from out of town. This past weekend I went inside to have a cigar and watch the game with my father, it was then that the employee told us that no one under the age of 21 is to be inside the lounge area. I am 19 years old and a cigar lover. He told us that I can still buy the cigar but I would have to smoke it outside. We left quickly and went to another cigar lounge. The employee said that the rule has changed due to an incident that occurred there. I’m saddened that I cannot enjoy the lounge due to someone else’s actions.

First things first dont tell my wife I was here but I definitely enjoyed the environment and the nice selection of cigars.

Top spot downtown for a fine cigar and quality liquor.

The staff is excellent the cigars are too. Primarily they sell their brand of premium hand rolled cigars. There are two reasons I cannot give the store a higher review. First off, I average at least one bad cigar (wont pull) that was hand wrapped too tightly per every six or so I purchase. Thats a high ratio for an expensive stogie. Secondly, the speed of my internet was faster with Earthlink dial-up in 1997 than it is inside the Cigar Factory. There is no excuse for 1 bar or less in todays world. I like to smoke and do work simultaneously and that is not remotely possible within your store.
