Always make a point to stop by for great beer and my wife and I are no strangers to this brewery. Would be more stars if the posted hours were upheld. Walked in on patrons enjoying brews over an hour and half before closing and our business was turned away. Maybe well consider coming again.

Quaint location, great staff, decent craft beer. I have only visited a few times, they have room for improvement, will visit again soon.

Great selection! Loved the fruity IPA. the bartender was very friendly & we had a great time playing tic tac toe, ping pong, and corn hole. Cute little place we’ll definitely visit again!

Cool local brewery with a great selection. Nice outdoor seating area. There is a cigar shop attached and cigar smokers on the patio area. If thats not your thing there is plenty of seating inside. Dogs are welcome, so also cool to go out for a drink and bring your pup. Staff was friendly and service was good. No real food options available but they do allow outside food to be brought in and/or delivered.

Great place to hang out for a bit! Ping pong, corn hole, picnic tables, inside you’ll find an air-conditioned bar area and cigar shop. There’s a Pensacola Pizza food truck outside in case you are hungry! Cool place! The blueberry wave is made from fresh local blueberries and it’s great! Mike got the tropical IPA And says it’s awesome!

Not the best brewery. Ive never been to a brewery where I dont like any of the beers (Ive been to a lot of breweries) and this was the exception. First of all, it was 8:00 pm on a Saturday and they were OUT of all of the beers I wanted to try on my flight so I had to try things I normally wouldnt. Second, I really did not like the atmosphere of this building/place. Go to Perfect Plain instead if you are looking for a brewery in Pensacola.

Great beer selection! Great staff! Ping pong table, arcade games, and corn hole available inside with a garage door opening. Patio has 4 picnic tables and a spectacular atmosphere. Check it out!

While traveling through the area I stopped into Gulf Coast Brewery for a quick drink. I had the October-fest which was one the best I have ever had. The tasting room is nice, and the staff was friendly. I wish I could of had more and spent more time there but I was on a tight schedule. I would definitely stop in here again. Cheers!

Love this place! Very welcoming and great beer choices. Bill is rather knowledgeable and obviously passionate about brewing. Makenna was super friendly. Loved swapping stories with her (see you at the next potluck 😂). Thanks for the salads... Will be back soon!!!

Always a good selection (though sometimes the varietys are more flavorful than other times - not sure why) & staff is always super helpful and friendly. Fun venue too - its a regular stop every time we visit Pensacola.

I really like that you can pick your preferred four 5oz servings for a tasting flight! And chillax for a Friday night ping pong sesh. Kinda enjoyed it more after the live music stopped. ;) This pic was taken right before closing time so dont judge the crowd. Was a lot more even just a few min ago.

Always a pleasant place to stop into. I like that dogs are welcome and also you can easily bring your mature child.

Good craft beer and stuff to do also. Nice bar area with at least one TV. Or go play games and stuff in the warehouse area or sit in the patio area. Nice venue and easy to get to. I saw an earlier comment about the tack-on fee for using a credit card, there are clear signs everywhere that they offer a cash discount so if you use a card you are going to pay a few cents more, but Im surprised more venues dont do the same thing given how the CC companies are raking businesses over the coals.Also, a few of their mainline beers are distributed locally. I always prefer local beers when I dine out.

Great Beer menu, vast choices. Waitress brought out samples to try to help make a decision. Food was delicious and prices were very reasonable. They have a rewards program that is well worth joining. A must try restaurant. Great staff.

Golf coast has a great location. The bar and gaming area in the brewery are lots of fun. Great bartenders with fast service. Only bad part was I only liked two of the six beers I tried.

Great atmosphere, excellent service, mediocre beer. Love the corn hole and arcade games, all set on a nice patio and alongside some brewing vats. The service is the best Ive had in Pensacola, very kind, considerate, and passionate about their establishment. The beer was mediocre at best. We each had a flight, and maybe 2 of the 8 were considered good. They lacked carbonation and the flavors were off. But dont forget the great atmosphere and employees!

They do the little things right...mohagany, stone, granite, oil rubbed bronze, coffered ceilings. Not to mention fantastic craft beer from the microbrewery and high quality cigars for great prices!

Let me start by saying I dont drink. I dont, at all. However, I travel with a boozer who hits every brewery we drive by! (She enjoys craft beers and always gets a flight.)This was a very nice space and was right across from our hotel. It was friendly and welcoming and my boozer-bud said the beers were great. Bartender was very nice! But, better than that, we were here on a night where they were having a benefit for the Pensacola Humane Society. Everyone was encouraged to bring their 4-legged family member, they had Santa there, and you could take your pic with your pet and Santa (free, and they asked for donations). This is MY kind of brewery! It was so much fun and there were so many dogs and everyone was having such a good time. While I cant speak for the beer, I can say that I appreciate a business that supports any kind of animal rescue - thats a REALLY good thing. My friend enjoyed the beer and I enjoyed taking photos of all the dogs and their humans. Win/Win! It was truly great night and I am so glad I got to be a part of it.Parking was free in front and the space is nice and clean, and theres a big glass window where you can see the brewing. All good!!!

Good beer/ wine selection, nice little cigar room and a fun atmosphere. The bartenders are top notch and friendly. They have corn hole, ping pong and darts to play while enjoying the drinks and company. The outside music was good and appropriate for the establishment. They have both an inside seating and exterior deck. Conveniently located behind the well known Irish pub in downtown Pensacola.

Bar is nice and clean. Beer is surprisingly good and they have a lot of options. There are complimentary games to enjoy (corn hole, ping pong, and checkers) there is a cigar shop and large humidor at the bar as well. There was a good truck offering pizza. Not sure if that’s a mainstay

Best brewery on the Gulf Coast! Been coming here since the first day they opened. Great beer, great staff... Cant beat it! Best part... They are dog friendly and do a lot to support various rescues and other charities.

Great new place. Pensacola doesnt really have anything like this. Beautiful bar area and fun game area in warehouse where beer vats are located. Only reason I gave 4 stars is they are still building their beer selection. The two beers Ive tried are really good (Red & Creme Ale?). Excited to try more beers as they come out. Great atmosphere.

Love this place, must go to while on vacation

Im not a fan of their beer. But Ive done what you should do, which is go try it for yourself. Ive been 3 times, once when they first opened and didnt have much on tap, again when they had more, and the last time when they were in full swing. I have never been impressed by their beer, but thats me and you may have different tastes. The brewery has a nice casual open space with some games like cornhole and ping pong. Inside the bar area is nice, but I think the cigar smoke could be a little more contained.

Very average to subpar beer. Cigar shop inside so a bit of a smiley smell. Service isnt to bad. Setup is pretty nice and typical for a brewery. They have bottles to go. But none of the beer was amazing to me. Good for the average beer person. Not the beer snob.

An hour before closing the pub stacked chairs on the tables and had trash and brooms out. An hour before is not appropriate!UPDATE: I received a response from the owner and he informed me that this is not ordinary and he will be reviewing the closing procedures with his staff. We all make mistakes. The way it is handled makes all the difference. I will be back!

Great brewery with so much to offer. Good for the whole family, including the 4-legged variety. Love the Cigar humidor and smoking room. Very unique touch. Cant think of a way to make this joint better. Kudos

My daughter and I took the brewery tour and sampled a number of beers. By and large, they were all great examples of each style. The atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly, and the brew master was both knowledgeable and engaging. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who enjoys good beer and good times.

A friend, the former head brewer at McGuire Irish Pub, once told me Pensacola isnt big enough to support more than one brewery. Pensacola Bay brewing & now Gulf Coast brewery have proven him to be so wrong! This is an incredible brewery that produces exceptional beers. Its also nice to go to a place that treats you like an adult by allowing you to light up a stoggie in the adjacent cigar lounge. What a great addition to the Pensacola brewing scene.

Stopped here while on vacation in Pensacola. They have a great selection of beer and the food was good too. Dont be afraid to bring the family because they have lots of games and theyre family friendly.

Pretty awesome place. Get the tropical IPA and the blood orange pilsner. You can play ping pong, connect four, and corn hole.

My wife and I went out to the fermentation room to play darts but all the darts were broken. The air was filled with cigarette smoke and there was gangster rap playing on the speakers. We figured the smoke was a result of the smoking deck outside. But then a group of five men who were either visitors or workers came walking out from the fermentation tank area while smoking cigarettes. So overall, the place looks nice and the beer is good, but Im not impressed with the fact that people can smoke in the brewing area. As a beer lover, it leads me to question the standards of the owners and their beer.

Do not buy cigars here. These cigars could be considered good cheese with the amount of mould on them. The smell of mould it’s overpowering in the humidor.

This place is great. Tried to go to Pensacola Bay Brewery but parking was a night mate. Thankfully i could this place. Relaxed bar, friendly service, locals and more. Come check out out. Beers are great.

I can say but little to add to all of the good reviews for GCB. It truly is a Gem. Great Beer, wonderful atmosphere, so relaxed, you cant help but chill. Tried a flight. The sour porter was most memorable but others not so great...bitter and some aftertaste. The atmosphere is terrible. You are greeted with a terrible cigar and cigarette smoke smell and the air is visibly smoke filled. They even let people smoke in the large room where the brew tanks are located. Only come here if you want to go home smelling terrible because of people who love cancer sticks and not so good beer!

Beer is okay. I keep coming back because its close enough to bike. Pet friendly outside.

Karma Drven IPA is very good. Unfortunately it took me 4 of them to find out . I picked up a six pack at Sams Club in FWB and the first 3 bottles I opened were dead flat.

KD-IPA 6.5abv pretty good, malt fwd low hop nose low hop full bitter finish (a throwback, from 10yrs ago, maybe?) 16oz ; Trop-IPA 7.0abv good, low fruit forward dank nose no bitter clean finish (cloudy, using fruit puree) taster ; B-Coff-Porter 5.8abv very good, low coffee malt nose and on the finish 16oz- good WiFi, good parking, outdoor seating, cigar lounge, while right on the street poor signage makes it easy to miss (in back of McGuires), serving sizes and prices are clearly listed, (18 offerings available today, 6 are adjunct/Belgo things)
