Was looking for a cigar place when I was on vacation in Pensacola. Ran a search and Cordova popped up. Drove quite a ways to get there and was kind of put off by the curb appeal of the place. Ventured inside anyways and was dead wrong.Very large humidor with a very friendly staff. Fair prices all around and a very put together inside. So, if you were like me and had a second thought about how the place looked, throw your preconceived notions out the window and go right in. Thank me later.

Great local tobacconist. Sticks are always properly cared for and in great shape. Knowledgeable staff, great selection and military discount. Highly recommended.

James is an encyclopedia of tobacco, and a great cigar slinger. I have only met one other tobacconist that can sell a cigar to me like he does.The business has a few lounges, lockers, a small but nice selection of beer and wine, and most importantly a great selection of cigars in their large humidor. Weather permitting there is also a great grotto walled with bamboo and seating at tables with umbrellas.Most cigar lounges are inviting, but this one more than most. There really isn’t a better option in the Pensacola region.

Friendly and unpretentious in service. Decor was comfortable elegance. And single malt,unfortunately not available for onsite consumption. Fortunately, excellent selection of wooden cigar boxes. Reasonably priced and very good selection.

Selection for a tobacconist was limited and almost no real pipe tobaccos whatsoever. Not very knowledgeable staff, however friendly.

Great selection, you’ll find lines like OpusX and some higher end LFDs occasionally. Private rooms, lockers, TVs. Lots of seating. Staff is great.Outdoor seating is my favorite. I like coming here for work and for bringing my colleagues to grab a smoke and drink and relax. Would recommend

Knowledgeable employees but slightly limited selection re: pipe tobacco and just a little bit pricey but you wouldnt know this until youve made your selection since the items were not all marked. However, it is called Cordova Cigars. Easy enough to find, pleasant experience over all. Would probably visit again.

Easily the largest humidor in the Gulf Coast area along with the comfiest chairs. Kick back and enjoy a stoagie, youve earned it.

The staff only cares about COVID precautions when it suits them to ask those who practice good measures to leave.Dont expect them to wear a mask or wash their hands after the fact. The selection is top notch however; The room isnt humidified and the only staff member uses a single, one use grade, medical mask bwtween all of his customers.

We traveled from out of town. We called and were told that the brands we were looking for were present and then some. No one informed us that the hours from the website were changed. They advertised to be open until midnight. We showed up at 8:30 and they were already closed. Such a disappointment as we are about to move locally. Not sure we will use this business even though the website and reviews were great. If you’re going to change the hours, adjust on website or inform callers.

Cordova is by far the best place in town to relax and smoke a premium cigar. Their extensive selection of craft and premium beers as well as fine wines and ports only heightens the experience. Plenty of room for relaxing and watching football on their big screen TVs. The frequent cigar events include great food and raffles for awesome cigar accessories and featured cigars. They do a great job making it comfortable for men and women.

Great shop, lots of seating, friendly staff who let us stay past closing. The have davidoff, so thats nice. It is not near the beach. Its about 20 minutes from the tourist areas

Stumbled upon this place by accident and was glad i did. Was only in Pensacola for 1 night and found this place after coming out of a restaurant a few doors down, popped in as i needed a new cutter.Walked to be warmly greeted by a youngish but very friendly and helpful guy. As i was from the UK he was super helpful and took the time to have a chat and show me what they had to offer.My only regret is i didnt have longer to stay as this has an excellent lounge area, great range of drinks and a very well stocked humidor. Got exactly what i wanted and more. Fantastic service, thank you

After visiting many cigar shops all over the US and the world I can say with confidence that this cigar shop is one of the best! Wonderful selection as well as a phenomenal atmosphere for all styles of smokers. Wanna sit outside? You can. Want to feel like your on your back porch at the house under some shade trees? You can. Dominos? Yes relaxing TV room? Yes and even a sitting area for just great conversation and talk about anything you want. The humidor is wonderfully cared for and full of cigars from all around. I mean the variety really makes this shop a must visit alone. Also enjoy a beer or wine as you enjoy the game on tv, dominos, chess, or just as you smoke your cigar. First couple of years it was open, was great service and you were treated well when trying to find a good smoke, but now its like your treated like you know nothing about cigars, if youre help at all, I say this to the point I was smoking cigars before most of the counter men were born. As my old New York license plate read 1 CIGAR, still a place to find that smoke.

This place has a lot more selection of cigars than Cigar Factory on Palafox. It has a whole display case/humidor of Davidoff. It doesnt have the luxurious feel to it. Instead, it has several smaller rooms which you have privacy of chilling with your friends or having your own tv to watch. It also has outside seating to chill outside.

I went in to buy cigars which I usually do every other month. One of the the employees followed me in to the humidor and pretended to be busy thinking that I might be stealing.i am 70 years old and a retired doctor. I resent that I was treated rudely and like a common criminal. I will never go back to them and discourage all of my friends to not shop there. A terrible place and experience.
