Driving around Pensacola and found this gelato place to explore. The space is shared with a record store. They sell vinyl back there. Gelato is absolutley delicious and homemade. Owner took care of our group and she was friendly and knowledgeable of the gelato process and making it. Great experience passing thru here. Enjoyed some great creamy gelato that wasnt overly sweet.

I attended a drag show here and it is really the only cool place in town with the best vibes and such a beautiful atmosphere. I love the frozen alcohol drinks they keep on tap !

This place is amazing ! Great little shop perfect for the hangout, coffee bar, alcohol bar, and my favorite ice cream parlor! Did I mention it has the best local art? How about the fact that it has a great selection of old records and new records? Cassettes? Its full of adventure and fun. I was greeted by the tender with the name of John he was one cool dude with a sincere southern hospitality! I plan on taking my friends when they come to down. Hands down a hidden gem! Go see for yourself!!

The decor and ambience were awesome! Very cool atmosphere. But the gelato, the entire reason for coming, was subpar. They have very interesting and unique flavors, but only allowed you to try 2 which made it difficult to be happy with your choice. Between our family of 3, we had 5 different flavors, all of which had a weird consistency. Perhaps the refrigerator case was not cold enough? Or they had melted and refroze? The flavor selection seemed interesting but the taste of the 5 flavors we tried was only ok. The chocolate was so plain and disappointing. The gelato also started melting IMMEDIATELY and was so messy, but they are VERY stingy with their napkins. The napkins are laid out individually on top of the cold case, and I was given dirty looks for taking another. We also moved outside as the guy at the counter and his girlfriend seemed to be breaking up or having a moment which made it awkward to sit inside. I saw 2 bottles of wine but no other sweet treats or snacks as advertised. We were not offered a menu nor saw one anywhere. If you do visit, just know this place is NOT handicap accessible by any means and the light for the bathroom is outside of the bathroom.

Really cool vibe and nice staff - but the gelato is not actual creamy, thick gelato. They have interesting flavors that would be 5 stars if it wasn’t such an icy-milk consistency. Will definitely try again - hoping this was just an off recipe!

Great place to chill!

Downtown keeps adding new and wonderful businesses. The ice cream is delicious. We tasted several flavors. All were wonderful. I had a coconut ice cream that was unique and tasty. If I wasnt on a diet, I would eat more!

Open before 9? What? YES. Had some dark roast, had some medium, enjoyed both at a reasonable morning coffee time.Loved this funky little joint full of random greatness even more. Chatted with the owner who was excited to explain the gelato flavors and what makes her stuff so unique.We had a taste of the lemon basil mint straight out of the machine, and it was bright and tart with a finish of fresh sweet herbs and smooth texture.Glad I dropped in and looking forward to coming by again to try other flavors.

Small was too small and medium was too large in my opinion. The flavors were decent and the area is really cute. I would love if this place used metal tasting spoons for samples in order to cut down on disposable plastic spoons.

Got there about three, it wasnt crowded. The staff was sociable and attentive. This place has a good design.

Best gelato I’ve had east of the Mississippi. The flavors are unique and made with high quality ingredients. Sorbet there is so good, and the atmosphere is very eccentric and fun.

Location is great, it is right next to the regular weekend festivals or walking distance from Palafox.Flavors seemed very strong and maybe a little strange, from my perspective. They also serve alcoholic versions.Service was sharp, 3 samples per person allowed.

The selection of Gelato is limited. I chose Peach flavor, but it didnt really taste much like Peach. The texture was good, but needed some peach pieces in it to help with flavor.The person behind the counter was very nice and accomadating.

D&G is Awesome with great history of their building and surroundings.They MAKE the Gelato themselves and it is always so Fresh and Good especially now that summer is upon us. Brenda and Gary are imaginative and creative in their delicious creations and I am a Better Person for indulging. Coffee is really spot on too.

OK... so this place is fantastic... It is one of the most creative and a bit wild fun place with the most amazing that you would think would never taste any good, but they are fantastic!!! Go figure. I recommend this place.

This is an eclectic little joint with unique gelato flavors. The Mexican chocolate had a good amount of spice and cinnamon, exactly what you’d want when you think Mexican chocolate. Downside is the price; making it a “special occasions only” stop for me.

My husband and I recently stopped by here on our vacation to the Pensacola area. What an unexpected gem this place is!!! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious gelato (very fun and creative flavors), excellent coffee and truly delightful atmosphere!! Not a good first impression...Both numbers arent working (one on Google says voice mailbox not set up yet, and one on Facebook says theyre not accepting calls at this time which is what my old prepaid phone said when I didnt pay my bill).Im wanting to check it out but theres two different addresses listed too. I tried calling to see what the correct address was but cant get ahold of them.Very hesitant to even go driving through the two areas to find it.

Great Gelato and coffee. They even had a sugar free gelato flavor made with stevia. It was so good.

Absolutely fantastic gelato in a super cool kitschy atmosphere. The gelato flavors were delicious (Banana pie & and pineapple passion fruit were Amazing!) the sugar free options were so good we couldnt tell we were missing anything! Great service & all the nostalgic artwork was an experience to take in while enjoying our scrumptious dessert! Well be back!

Meh its okay. Nothing too exciting here. They only have maybe 8 selections. Only gelato place around. The store itself is very quirky inside. The decor is random and fun. The price for what you get is average. The flavors I sampled and then different ones I got werent anything Id be dying to go back for. If you are bored and downtown its worth a shot to go a little further out of the way for. But like I said, Im not dying to go back.

This place is very cool! The interior design is so kitchy and fun, its just my style. I tried a few different gelato flavors and ended up getting the miso carmel flavor. It was very unique and so tasty. Ill definitely be back!

Finally stopped by Dolce for the first time today and it is oh so nice! Love the iced mocha that she whipped up for me and the cheesecake brownie is divine. Now if they could just open up a wee bit earlier so that they could be my morning coffee stop, it would be perfection.

Excellent! My friends and I have been eating here for a while and I love everything about this place, from the delicious and creative gelato flavors, to the friendly customer service, to the beautiful location in a historic home right across the street from the historic Pensacola village, walls in the interior cleverly decorated with campy retro kitsch. What is not to love about this place? Highly recommended if you are downtown and looking for a place to stop in for a treat, and it is a good place for wine, coffee, or flatbread sandwiches too!

I love going here when its super hot, and the aesthetic of the place is great. The one blonde guy who occasionally fills in can make a mean Italian Coffee too :)

This place is fantastic! You need to go in and check out the decor and of course try their gelato! Even the bathroom is crazy! They also take cards which the old owner didnt take. Another awesome thing theyve added is hot food! I had a cheese plate and a flat bread pizza and boy was it good! My girlfriend was impressed. lol. Its nice having food next to the brewery as well because we always get the munchies! Go check it out!

I am really loving this place! The Strawberry Basil Gelato is a must try! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of their products. This is a small and eccentric little café, perfect for grabbing coffee or gelato while you enjoy a nice book. They also offer free guest WiFi! It definitely demands a visit from locals and tourists; its great!

Eh. Its trendy and cute, which doesnt mean much to me. I was hoping for somewhat authentic gelato, but was disappointed to find super sugary americanized gelato. I understand that its hand-made in Pensacola, so I guess I shouldnt have expected anything authentic.
