Such a cool, cozy place, but when it’s busy, it’s so loud and hard to hear since it’s such a small space. We went on a Thursday early in the evening and we chose to sit outside since it was packed inside. The food was underwhelming. We tried the mac & cheese of the day (just ok), 5 cheese board (the bread was the best part), chicken sliders (my husband really liked these), and the vegan cheezeburger (least favorite). We wish there was fruit on the cheese board, especially for the price. My husband enjoyed his beer. It’s nice to support small, local businesses, so I am sure we’ll be back to try other things on the menu.

Love this little house bar. Quaint and chill, with good beers and great snacks/food, bordering on the side of gourmet bar food. Had the cheese board last time and was amazed. It can get crowded though, so go on a weeknight or be prepared to duel someone for a good seat at the bar. Also, finally, great service from a helpful friendly staff. My favorite little bar.

Great music selection played by Pandora, fantastic beer choices with a few on draft and many bottled, and topped off with great food! We got the Mediterranean Hummus and a Spam slider with pineapple sriracha on a Hawaiian roll. That along with daily changing mac n cheese, this place is a must stop in Pensacola and will be a frequent stop for my wife and I.

This place is amazing! I wish I lived closer so I could go more often! (i.e lived in the neighborhood so I could walk to this quaint ‘neighborhood bar’) The beer and wine choices are amazing. The food is so delicious! Menu is small and it is perfect. I am never disappointed when we go here. There is always something new on the menu (daily special). One of my favorite places for date night!

Super hip cottage bar! If I ever opened a place Id want it to be just like this. Has outdoor seating, a bar to sit at and some tables inside. The decor is cool and the staff is cooler! Our waitress was very friendly and recommended the frozé (yum!) and the jalapeño popper mac and cheese (also yum!) which we got. I had the 3-cheese board and the selection was great. My group also got the chicken salad slider and the Hotta Lotta which was SO good-the olive salad and picked jalapeños were bomb! I will be back to explore more of their menu and their extensive beer and wine selection. Perfect little neighborhood bar that I wish was in my neighborhood!

Honestly, never have had a bad experience here. From the staff to the owner, everyone is awesome and welcoming. Love having wine here and enjoying the atmosphere, but the beer selection, its just fantastic. The food, holy hell, so good. Not a vegan, but their vegan burger was great. They also revived and increased my love for spam! Never thought Id eat spam again, but goodness can they make a spam slider and a darn tootin amazing spamwich.

I absolutely LOVE The Magnolia, but something I love more than their mac n cheese and famous froze is their responsible decision to close yesterday amidst the COVID spikes. Thank you so much for caring for your customers, team, and the genuine health & safety of the community. Can’t wait to be back!

I cannot recommend The Magnolia highly enough. Its a small place with big heart. Good selection of beer. Varied selection of great wines. The food is clearly made with a lot of passion behind it. Thursday night is ladies night with great wine specials. It gets packed quickly so get there early to snag a spot. Great place for an evening out with friends, a date, or even just to sit at the bar and read a paper for awhile.

I love this place! They take the time to get to know your name and are very knowledgeable about the beer they serve. They offer suggestions if you’re stumped. Great atmosphere and food, especially the rosemary chicken salad. The daily soup I had was very different, a smoky chicken stew, and it turned out delicious. Excellent drink selection, with several great beers from Alabama/Florida. The owner works behind the bar, introduces himself to everyone, and really went out of his way to make us welcome. He had great recommendations for other weekend food spots too. Cant recommend this place enough!

Curb side pick up was quick and easy, pull up in the back and the server brought our food right to my car door, awesome! food great as always, mac and cheese and the spam sandwich, will be orderIng to-go again soon!

Me and a few friends had walked in and immediately turned around and walked out after seeing the small dining area. We all agreed to give it a try anyway so we went back in and it was the best decision we had made. Beers were great, service was great, and the food was amazing. I couldn’t recommend this more for a relaxed night out.

Hey, do yourself a favor, go have some mac and cheese and a beer at this joint. Ask for Brandon, hes the best. It might be a little small but a great vibe with lots of micro-brews, wine, and elegant food choices without being pretentious. I get this feeling this place is probably a locals go to but if you are in the area it is worth a stop.

Very interesting place. We decided to go so that we could try something different. They have a small menu of more progressive foods and craft beers. The crowd is neat...you are in very close quarters. There are a few tables out front. Its very laid back and relaxing. You do pay a little more for their items. But the atmosphere is worth the price.

This place reminds me of the many small neighborhood eateries of New Orleans. It is a cozy place, tucked away and easy to pass up if your not paying attention, but once you find it you will most likely be back. Limited wine list but the few they had were delightful. They had a good selection of beer but no cocktails (liquor permitting in P-cola must be expensive).

The food is outstanding, its hard to beat a rotating macaroni and dessert special every day, plus their mainstays are tasty too. Its a cozy place and definitely worth checking out, it can get packed on the weekend but if you can get a seat its the cats meow.

We got the green chili mac and cheese, lemon herb chicken soup, spam slider, hotta lotta, and the jive ass turkey. Paired with a Riesling and a red blend wine. All was absolutely delicious. Service was wonderful and the environment and music was spectacular as well. Enjoyed it so much, I cant wait to go back for another mac and cheese of the day 👌👌

The Magnolia has a lot going for it. Deliciously creative eats, great selection of cold frosty beverages and wines, and most refreshingly hospitable owners and staff. You can tell they really love what they do and put a lot of effort into making their customers smile. This neighborhood establishment is the perfect place to meet friends or just have a nice, relaxed cocktail and a bite to eat. The homemade pimento grilled cheese, rosemary chicken salad sliders, and drool worthy signature desserts in a mason jar are not to be missed. We are lucky enough to live ‘round the corner and look forward to popping in to enjoy good company and sample the latest specials from the kitchen and ever changing taps. They have a lot of unique, hand selected bottled and canned beers to choose from, and also a selection of cigars.
