They had my brother in laws vape juice in stock, but the parking lot is AWFULLY small. He ended up getting hit in the rear end of the car cause of a pick up backing out of a spot. They need to do something better for lighting as well.

I run Sweet Puff smoke shop over on Mobile Hwy. When we are waiting on shipments or do not carry a particular product that a customer is searching for, we will send that customer to Bat Vapor in the hopes that they will have whatever it is that customer was hunting. Tyler is awesome, helpful, and patient, he will take his time to help you with your vape, I got my settings messed up somehow and couldnt figure out how to fix it and he not only got it fixed, but he showed me how to do it myself. Get the rest of the Monster Labs e-liquids please!

Im not in town very often, but when I am this is always the store Im going to! The staff are some of the coolest and most down to earth people youre ever going to meet! Their selection of hardware is very impressive, but the thing that draws me in everytime is their juice prices! Ive been to shops all around the country but this place has some of the best juice prices Ive ever seen! And its not the cheapo house made juice either, they carry all premium brands! Both freebase and salt nic. 10/10 would easily recommend everytime!

Ive been getting juice there for a while. But the last few times Ive been in. Ive been over charged. The price on the shelf says $18 then rings up for $25. They say juice is $16 then rings up for $18. Either someone doesnt know the prices on the product or trying to pull in a few extra dollars with every transaction.

Love the atmosphere here. I was treated super nice and Tyler went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I requested. This was my first visit and I became a permanent customer. Great selection and pricing definitely a great place to go.

I love this place. Been coming here for about 4 years now off and on..I try other shops but always end up coming back. The prices arent outrageous and they usually always have whatever I need. Not to mention.. they stay open till 10 or later and theyre open on Sundays. And the customer service is always awesome and knowledgeable. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

This place is awesome! I went in a couple of nights ago and as soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed! Their staff is very knowledgeable about all of their products, and by far have the best prices Ive seen in town! I believe the guy I spoke with, his name was Cody, he helped recommend alot of really good juices to me, and I will definitely be returning! Everyone come check this place out, you wont be disappointed! They also have a really cool pool table/lounge hangout area as well.

It was a very relaxed environment and nice selection of juice. The guy working helped me find the right juice and went through several flavors until I found the one I liked best. He was very cool about it. I think his name was Tyler. Anyway the price was so much better than what Im used to so Im gonna have to come by again when I need more juice.

If i can give more stars i would. its the best vape shop in Pensacola. They make you feel very welcome and the place is comfortable. Ive been there plenty of times and i never left unhappy . They have the best variety of juices. I love the fact they teach you how to rebuild your coils and they are more than happy to rebuild them for you. Overall this is the best place in town i love it so much .

The staff is super friendly and though the store is a tad small it is still comfortable to be there. They even have a pool table if you want to come by and kill a little time with them. They didnt have the tank/burner I was looking for but set me up with a nice alternative tank by the same company and even helped me through a few complications with the new set up. Came in to BAT today after visiting many other Pensacola vape shops. Best prices by far on juice- I picked up a 120 mil for $18 including tax. The guy who waited on me was very down to earth and helpful. Ill definitely be back.

Nice selection of juices at the best prices around. Would give 5 stars if they carried my coils (falcon), but they do seem to have wide variety of others and carry most smok and aspire coils. One of the best vape shops Ive found in the area.Edit: edited to five stars. The owner is very responsive to customers wants/needs. Awesome group here. On this occasion I did not go in or purchase anything, but was have problems with resistance issues. The guy at the shop took time out of his busy schedule to bounce ideas back and forth. He didnt have to do that, but with his help we found ideas that would work. This is customer service. I searched for the best vape shop in Pensacola.. Bat came up with great reviews. I took my vape pen in and the guy said he didnt know anything about it.. Looked at it like it was a foreign object ... He was not knowledgeable at all.. like he had never seen a vape pen in his life. He basically brushed me off and told me I would have to go elsewhere... So I did and spent $100 at another vape shop around the corner which I have written an excellent review on.
