Went to Pandora Jewelry they are awesome they are better than any other jewelry store Ive been to they know how to greet a customer and I forgot that one lady she had a assistant she was training today she was awesome she helped me out I picked out something Pandora bracelet and a jewelry necklace she helped me out very well and I thank her very much for giving me all her support and help her and her helper I just dont know their name but I hope they get this thank the two ladies who helped me she was training one of the ladies so thank you you have a nice day

Needs negative stars. Ordered in store pick up on my phone. They said it was curb side. I showed up in store and asked to just get my bracelet then. They said it wasnt ready. I was in line and proceeded to see a sales associate. Picked out the exact same bracelet. Could leave with that one now but wont honor the other order. They wanted me to pay again then cancel the other order when it was ready. Terrible customer service.

My friend and I went into this location a few days ago to window shop. We both have multiple bracelets with hundreds of dollars worth of charms. We were very rudely greeted and told to not touch anything! We were told to work with an associate. I dont know if I want to buy anything until I look around. The associate that was so rude again told us to not touch anything when we had not touched anything. Spent about 5 seconds total in the store and was told that twice. I love Pandora jewelry but I will take my business to another store.

My associate was Reese, he helped me pick out the PERFECT ring and charms for my bracelet I got for Christmas. He was never pushy or annoying, he was professional and so handsome! I loved that he displayed all of his Pandora goodies so, they really made me want to buy whatever he was rocking! He managed to remain focused on me and help other employees with their questions. He also cleaned my bracelet and had it looking brand new to match my new additions.His style and taste was something I trusted and I will forever return to him! He is truly a great representation of the company.

Ordered a charm bracelet from web site. It was too small to even be clasped on her wrist. hence it was not worn. the literature it came with said it can be replaced or returned at a store location. Took it to Pandora in Cordova mall. I have not been treated so poorly in a very long time.The first thing was the door greeter that had to look me up and down to determine if I was suitable to enter the store. Then to the person that was assigned to take care of us as if she would rather be set on fire then to be bothered with a return no commission I assume. I explained the situation and Immediately she picked up the FLEXIBLE bracelet and informed me in quite the condescending tone that it was BENT, AND COULD NOT BE RETURNED!!!!!!!! But Ill do you a favor and go talk to my manager to see if there is anything we can do......so 30 seconds later the answer is still NO.This is the return policy on the first hit when looking for it..... PANDORA stores are happy to exchange any items purchased from any PANDORA store. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price.I guess they have no problem taking my hard earned money, but dont wanna stand behind their policy. I just hope returning it by mail wont have the same results and my girl wont have the jewelry she wanted. I only know I wont be doing any more business with these stuck up, mighty than thou, looking down the nose, people.unsatisfied customer, US Navy Ret.Jimmy W

They wont let you come in and look, you have to have an associate with you (hold your hand) and they had to know just what you were looking for! I dont know what Im looking for but I would have spent some big $$$ if I could have just been allowed to shop! You lost Pandora!

My boyfriend and I were refused entrance at this location. Associate blocked my entrance and gave my boyfriend and I disgusting attitude and looks. All I wanted to do was look at rings and I did not need to speak to an associate, disgusting experience at Pandora. Never shopping at Pandora ever again. If there was an option for a zero star experience, I would give it that.

I have had the worst experience as being a customer for this company. The Store Manager is horrible. As I watch her, she treat certain ppl in her store like second grade employees..one of the most prejudice and racist environment I’ve ever been in. It made me uncomfortable as a customer and as a person seeing her and her other workers treat the employees of color like dogs on leashes. I will no longer be giving this company my money.

I was bombarded the moment I entered the store. There were two super high pressure sales persons trying to sale me everything but the one item I wanted to see, a ring. Felt very uncomfortable with them hovering about me, if it had been just one person it would not have been so overwhelming. I thanked them and walked out without a ring that I really wanted.
