⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wish I could give The Sleep Center 10 stars! These guys by far are the best in the business. I have a Tempur-pedic Ergo Smart Base that I could not get to work. 🛏 I spent countless hours calling the manufacturer just to be looped back to the website. I tried my home warranty, and it wasnt covered. I had just about given up and at the point where I was willing to pay for a new motor or a new base. I contacted The Sleep Center and to my surprise Nick (like Clark Kent) was willing to come to my house and save the day. Nick, was like a super hero with a mask on and cell phone! He listened to me, asked relevant questions and quickly troubleshooted the problem, and even provided me with an electronic version of my manual. After he fixed the issue, he walked me through the steps that he took to get my bed functional. 🛏 I know this bed wont last forever, but its great to know that there are still solid business people that stand behind their products and are willing to help. When its time to buy another mattress or smart base The Sleep Center will be my first choice.I didnt know this at first, but The Sleep Center is locally owned and operated. And from personal experience I know they really do have a heart for people in this community. 🛏 If youre looking for a good mattress store where they treat you right, take the time to visit The Sleep Center first and invest locally with people that will be there for more than an initial purchase. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow. So efficient and friendly!I had gotten a new bed frame and realized I needed a box spring to make my memory mattress sit a bit higher. The spacious showroom offered many different brands and styles of beds to try out. Pricing and other pertinent information was displayed on each mattress. Our salesperson, Randy, was able to answer or find out the answer to all of our questions and discussed several options that would meet our needs (all while taking care of two other couples too!). It seems pretty obvious why theyve been voted Best of the Bay so many times. Well definitely be buying our next mattress here.

The owner of this store will do what it takes to make sure his customers are satisfied. We were not happy with our first mattress choice and the exchange process was completely hassle free. When we explained why we were not happy they said we went with something that was to firm. They proceeded to guide us to what they thought would be more suitable. My Parents recently moved to Florida and we were unsure if the sleep center would be open. We called and took a chance because my parents were sleeping on a floor the owner answered and held the store open for them. He was so helpful and kind and had a bed delivered to their house and set up in less then 24 hours. He was extremely accommodating to their needs and responded right away. My fiancé and I absolutely love our new Stearns and Foster bed from The Sleep Center. Everyone was very helpful without being pushy. Hands down the best! I bought a memory foam bed in a box with 5 star reviews off amazon thinking I was safe with such great reviews- Slept on it for less than two months and it literally started affected my life- so I finally broke down and drove to the store... the drive was the only inconvenient part! I was lost in what I NEEDED in a mattress but with the help of Than not only did I get my questions answered but got a mattress that has taken my back and neck pain almost completely away in just three nights! And guess what?! They delivered it faster than prime! And set it all up! The delivery guys were just as good as the service I received in the store! Long story but worth the read. We purchased a mattress from Sleep Center in 2013. The customer service was so good, when we decided we needed a new mattress of course that was our first stop. So we go in and were asked if we needed any help and I said we need a new mattress but not a pillow top. The reason being the one we had did not hold up as well as we expected. Sales man asked if we purchased our mattress from them. We did . He looked it up and told us it had a 10 year warranty. Wow. we did not remember that. If he would not of taken the time to ask the question we would have lost out on that warranty. Saying that, there is a few things that needed to be in place in order for the warranty to apply but they also took care of that. You can not go wrong shopping here. People are amazing, the store is clean and selection is good. I dont believe we will ever buy a mattress anywhere else.

I entered The Sleep Center unprepared and without knowledge of mattresses. Nathan answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect mattress to purchase! While setting up for my delivery Nathan told me they did not deliver on Sundays or Mondays. I explained Monday was my day off and I worked in a profession that doesnt allow for me to make short changes to my work schedule. My husband also works out of town and we also do not have any family in the area. This would make me wait an additional week to get my mattress. Nathan worked with my schedule and managed to get two delivery guys to bring the mattress to my home on Monday their regular day off. The delivery men brought in and set up my new mattress and even answered questions about purchasing an adjustable bed later on if we were interested. They even took away the old broken mattress. These 3 employees went out of their way even when they could have said no. I would certainly make another purchase there and will definitely let people know what great customer service they have. I went to several mattress stores before I ended up here. Every other place had pushy sales people or not very knowledgeable about mattress quality or about the warranty or any other questions I had until I came here. I bought my first bed from them in October 2017 I wanted to wait to give a review on the bed until the full 90 days. I bought a bed that is wonderful for my back and hip problems no bed is perfect but this is as close as I think I will ever get to relieve some of my pain issues. I had a sleep number bed but it just didnt help. This bed is wonderful. I look forward to going to bed instead of dreading it and love being able to adjust it as needed.In mid December I was in a huge rush for a guest bed that needed to be delivered that day within a couple hours, Im very thankful they were so willing to deliver the bed the same day. All I can say is I prayed for God to help fix my huge dilemma. I had a relative coming in town and no bed for them. They were wonderful and helped me out of a jam they sure blessed me and my guest. I cant say enough about their wonderful service and how they care about their customers. If and when I need another bed I will go here in a heart beat. Price wise they are very competitive but customer service is hands down one of the best in Pensacola. Thank you for caring about your customers!!

On Tuesday, April 29th, I decided Id go ahead and purchase a mattress/box spring set, my first ever bed purchase (Ive either got them used from family or someone else has purchased them for me). Not sure where to start, I decide to go to The Sleep Center on Creighton Rd since it was close to home and I drive by it several times a week, and have heard of it before in passing. Went in early Monday morning, told the guy (Thane, I believe) what I was looking for, price, etc, and he promptly walked me to a mattress set within my parameters. The first one he showed me, itd take a week to ship to Pensacola, but the next one to it he could deliver next day. So, we worked out the details, paid and arranged to have it delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Unfortunately, a big storm came in on Wednesday, a real big one, so the store called, a polite fellow explained that since it was storming so bad, theyd be unable to deliver the set, and wanted to know if they could bring it the next day. Since I didnt want their safety compromised in bringing my mattress, I saw no problem with that. (Besides, I dont think they would have, regardless of what I said, I think the company would take their employees safety seriously.) So, am waiting for tomorrow afternoon so they can deliver the set. I definitely cannot wait. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about their craft, and I know the company is a reputable one, and have been in business for a great number of years (which tells me they must be doing something right!). Id definitely recommend to friends and family alike.

I had a great experience at TSC! I called the store one afternoon to see if they were open considering the quarantine that was in place. The call was transferred to the owners personal phone and he informed me that they were open a few hours in the morning, but if that time slot didnt work for you they were taking appointments. It was passed their normal hours, and I didnt have an appointment so I went to Mattress Firm. After an unimpressive experience there, I called TSC back and asked if there was any way someone could meet me that day within the next hour to quickly look at what they had in store. The owner took his time to meet me and was amazing! He wasnt pushy at all, was very informative on all the mattresses I was interested in, he didnt try to sell me a mattress out of my price range, and was genuinely a good buisness man who obviously cared for his customers. After it was all said and done, I got a great deal on a mattress I wanted, courtesy of the owner, and it was delivered to my house first thing Monday morning! The delivery men were respectful and in and out within 10-15 minutes. Ive had my bed for about a month now and I love it! Thank you TSC!!

We are having some issues with our mattress and all we had to do was make a phone call....couple of days later the situation is handled. I cant remember another store EVER being so helpful and considerate. They are THE BEST!!!

We purchased our new king size mattress set about 2 months ago. Every part of the process was great. The information was helpful and the prices are very fair. Thanks Thane. My in-laws wanted to get a new set so I brought them in and Jarrod (sp?) was extremely helpful and not pushy. My in-laws got their new mattress set this weekend and are extremely happy. While The Sleep Center offers their own unique guarantee we stayed with our original selection. I attribute that to the fact that these guys really know their business.

My wife and I bought our mattress from the Sleep Center and were completely satisfied with our experience there. Nathan helped us find a great mattress, and was very polite and professional. we had been to a few other places in Pensacola to look, and the Sleep Center was by far the best. Nathan greeted us at the door and led us through the inventory that seemed to fit our needs. It was educational as well as money-saving. We had promised each other not to buy the first place we looked; after all; this would be the last mattress I purchase. Nathan did such a good job and we found the perfect mattress so we went ahead and bought it. Why spend the day looking all around when we had already found what we were looking for at a price below what we had expected we would need to spend. Great job and happy customers. The guys at sleep center were very helpful in my mattress selection. They didnt try to pressure sell at all. When I finally made up my mind and placed the order, they did not have my selection in stock, but let me borrow a floor model so I could put away my camping pad until the mattress was delivered. The mattress arrived to them in the time frame they initially advised, and they delivered it to my house at the appointed time (to the minute). If I need another mattress while in Pensacola Ill be shopping here again.

This is our second mattress set we have brought from this Creighton store and each time it has been for a special need in mind. They have been so informative and gone out of their way to see our needs were met. We were so pleased that our daughter and her husband brought their mattress there after having had a poor experience elsewhere.

Dont waste your time going anywhere else. These guys are great, low-pressure (not pushy salesmen), family-run place. I bought a nice queen sized set from them. Sadly the mattress deformed after a very short amount of time. They came out, inspected it, and noted that that particular manufacturer (they found out later) had experimented w/ new materials that didnt hold up. They replaced the mattress w/ no problem and no additional cost to me. I also bought a new set for my son. Friendly, nice, great selection of tons of brands. I had shopped around to about 5 other places, and they had the best price, anyway, so just go to Sleep Center.

I have used the Pensacola Sleep Center exclusively for over a decade. Upon my return from my overseas tour, I went back to the Sleep Center to purchase 2 more beds and a futon. The family at the Sleep Center remember me as though I was there a few days ago. They were very helpful and delivered our purchases within one week. Since i have purchased beds for almost four decades, this experience by far, was the best out of them all.

They have been our go-to mattress people for twenty years and have consistently exceeded our expectations. Recently, Mr. Whiteside gave me an amazing deal on a quality queen size mattress. He went above and beyond by offering to ship it to my new apartment in Texas so I wouldnt have to move it myself!

The staff at the Sleep Center were able to answer my questions about mattresses in a kind a friendly manner, which was important since I was unfamiliar with the industry.They dont hover over your shoulder the entire time youre there, allowing you to feel free to take your time.

This is the only place that I have bought my mattresses from for the last 24 years in Pensacola and for 3 tears before that in Gulfport, Mississippi. These guys guide you to the mattress that you describe your want and can afford. They do not pressure you to purchase from them but if you do purchase from them they stand behind what they sell. I only recommend them as the place to go look for a new mattress you wont be sorry.

The Sleep Center is the only business locally I would recommend buying a new bed. One, they have a huge selection of mattress, at great prices. Two, the store is clean, neat, and well layed out. And three, the most important quality, the staff that work there. Ive been to many other stores in town, and none of them could come close to the professional and knowledged staff that work at the Sleep Center. Now understand, its been about 14 years since I bought a new bed, so a few things have changed since then. My wife and I where super impressed with the help from the staff. We explained what we wanted, and they guided us through the makes and models...giving us time to feel out what type of mattress would work for us. The best part? There was no pressure put upon us, no Used car salesman tactics. Just good people that want to help you make the right choice for a ten year plus purchase. You cannot beat what they have to offer!
