I went by the store looking at chairs. Warmly received but then when trying to get a chair to try out, (which they suggested and said they could do) no contact made by OEC. After I call and set up a specific time for delivery, nothing. No call, no delivery, nothing. Very poor customer service. Hopefully others have better experience.
