My experience was horrible that I left crying 6 workers and nobody to help. The blonde guy Kirby they call him is the worst one of all. His rude and always gets on to you for something his horrible. He never says hi or is helpful he is never wants to help at all. His personality sucks. No customer service. I end buying my own printer at Walmart after I left. I only need a picture for my sons project. He made my day a mess. You never know what is going on in someone home. Alway treat people with respect.

The copy clerk would not print out so much as a single page for me, said he was too busy. Waste of gas driving here. Im headed to FedEx. Dont waste your time here.

We were trying to purchase a printer. After making our selection we asked if they had it in stock which they did not—no problem. We asked how long it would take to order one. We were directed to the counter where they could look it up, but the employee didn’t come with us. They went to take care of another customer. Then she finally started to look it up. Finds the printer on the computer, but still can not tell us when it would come in. We got handed off to another employee that still could not tell us when it would come in. So she said she would have to ask the manager. She leaves to get the manager I assume, but doesn’t come back with any information. We waited a few more minutes. While waiting for the manager, we looked up on our phone and found that it was in stock at another office max in town. We left without talking to the manager. Horrible customer service. Employees should be able to answer questions quickly or efficiently get an answer from a manager.

Went to this location just to print 2 black/white copies on regular paper. Originally I went to both self serve machines to quickly print off my two copies and both machines said black toner low ! Needs attention. So because I couldnt get it printed there, I had to wait in a line and get my copies printed behind the counter which meant those two black/white copies were $2.53 to print because I was printing behind the counter versus at the kiosks. My thing is, its not the customers fault that the machines werent working properly. You should not make customers pay more for something they have nothing to do with. That is poor customer service. The guy behind the counter said unfortunately thats what you have to pay. Im glad I didnt have more than 2 black/white copies to print. It wouldve costed me alot just to print black/white which is about the price of color copies!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a banner online-yesterday...Only to get to the store today and the clerk tells me we dont do those banners at this store....Why did the app let me order this banner then? Clerk really was no help in solving issues. Guess Ill have to take my business elsewhere.

I called several places looking for assiatance locating a printer even one store for an hourm Target kept me on hold for a hour and I walked in their store to see the workers standing around with the phone ringing. I called Office Depot and Ms. katrina picked up to assist me. I can say that Im very thankful that she put effort into answering my questions and even looking for the product. Im a manager so I take customer service to the heart. I have never shop here but I will in the near future. If I can get service like that over the phone I know it will be a great experience in person. Thank you Ms. Katrina!!

Bought online for curbside pick up. I called number texted to me that order was ready. They knew nothing about it. I was placed on hold for almost ten minutes. I called back told to come in to receive it and when I did they had sent it outside. The one lady was very unprofessional and rude. Second strike with this store.

DC Guns, LLC is a new business that opened in June of last year. The staff at this office max is amazing! They have helped us every step in getting the office set up and are always available to ask questions and just see how you are doing. I love going to see them and being greeted as soon as you walk in the door. Great job to the manager and entire team.

Store has greatly improved over the past year. New management has made it enjoyable to shop at this store again. She understands customer service and knows her stuff. If you need anything from Office Depot, this is the best store in Pensacola.

We got waited on right away I love the poor man that has to wait on my sister in law and me we pulled him in so many directions he kept his cool and was very knowledgeable in the plywood I needed and the boards and paneling my sister in law needed. I didnt get his name but we was so sweet thank you for hiring him

Stopped in 3 times for printing. Machines broke down, no help to a busy person.. print it yourself and we will try to discount.. called ahead to try and email what I need.. nope.. come on in so we cant help you instore please and thank you. Your store is empty, not helpful, will mostly close if things dont change. I can buy my own ink and print from home. I try to always leave good reviews and not review if its a couple bad visits... 3 strikes your out with this one.

I purchased an item online and went to this store to pick it up. Unfortunately, there was problem with order. But mgr on duty (Amy) went above and beyond in assisting me in completing my purchase. Her consideration, attitude and professionalism turned what could have been a terrible inconvenience and experience into the opposite! I appreciate her kindness and understanding and the extra mile she went for me. I havent seen service like this in far too long. Thank you Amy. Office Depot is very lucky to have employed you!

Office FeDex 👎👎👎.Ive never seen such a degree of incompetent seller fedex, she can only make copies and thats all!!! And I had to send an international parcel with a certain condition. OK, if you dont know, then ask someone who does. Why waste 1 hour of my precious time??? If you need to send an international parcel, look for any other office felex, but not this one.

Have used this place as my office for almost a year. Kim, the store manager, is one of the best in any industry or at any company. Im not always an easy customer, expectation-wise, and always surprised to see her in the store and not discovered by some kind of upper management-scout :) Truly one of a kind.

This store does not honor its order online and pickup in store policy. Suppose to be 1 hour pickup. Waited almost 3 hours for them to complete my order. If this business cannot honor its on policy then close your doors and go home. But now i know the kind of business Im dealing with. No need to shop at this Incompetent store in the future.

Bought a printer from here and not even a month of use and the black ink section of the printer just stopped working. But, I had absolutely no problems getting a new replacement! Heres a hint people... always keep and copy your receipts... and absolutely get the 1, 2 or 3 year Warranty! Because you never know when youre gonna need it! Just sayin !!! Lol Its all good! Life happens! I still recommend this particular establishment! Fantastic and courteous staff! ☆☆☆☆☆

Asked for a price on a HP officejet 4500 papertray and was told you do nothandle the parts and that I would need to call HP so I asked for a phone numberfor this sosrt of question with HP and was put on hold and no one ever came back.However, when I was buying this ;printer from this store they were more than happyto take my moneyI think you should post this comment because this is very poor customer service.

Office Depot sets a high standard for businesses of this type. Working from a small home office, I have come to depend on my local Office Depot store for the majority of my home office needs. Their staff are very helpful and unfailingly pleasant. I am always amazed at the variety of furniture, equipment and supplies that are stocked. This was demonstrated most recently when my commercial-grade multi-function copier/scanner/printer began to have serious problems. I had purchased this machine three years ago because, as an engineer, I needed to print, copy, and scan 11x17 prints. When I decided to replace the machine, my wife noticed, in a local ad, that Office Depot offered the Epson Workforce WF-7620 as an in-stock item. What my wife noticed was that the Epson also handles 11x17 prints. My local store had one in stock, and I purchased the machine. The setup was amazingly straightforward and fast. I was able to get the machine to communicate with two computers, one running Windows XP, and the other running Windows 8.1. The Win XP computer was connected via USB, while the Win 8.1 computer was set up through the wireless system. All functions exceeded my expectations. Where my current machine is a monochrome laser printer and copier, the Epson is an inkjet color machine which provides beautiful, professional prints. The best part is that, while my original commercial-grade multi-function machine cost over $3,000 in 2013, this machine cost $200.00. Office Depot has certainly helped my bottom line.
