Worst experience ever. Staff sat back on their phones while they let a new girl struggle trying to figure out and screw my packages up. Then when I started complaining they called me rude. This after asking her 3 TIMES about some packages of mine show took and stuck back in the post office without putting a label on! I asked the owners information and they give me a card. Then this rude manager says she will have her call me which of course was a lie since she did not write anything down or even get my information. It’s too bad. I used to use these guys for my shipping. Will NEVER step into there again! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!Amendment:: 30 minutes later: went to the UPS store on 9 mile and Pine Forest. Completely different experience. It was beautiful. They were polite. Spoke to me when I entered. I did not feel guilty because I am a white woman. No one was wasting time on their phones. They were working and helping customers. They thanked me for coming in. The difference that good employees make. Thank you Tim at Nine Mike and Pine Forest UPS!!
Edit: This response from the store is unacceptable and my hunch is that the employees are lying to the owner. When I called back after trying the 800 number unsuccessfully, I politely asked Jonathan if there was anything else that could be done. He said no and hung up. I called back BECAUSE HE HUNG UP ON ME and talked to Jan. Jonathan was yelling something to her in the background. I asked her why they hung up and that I was looking for another means to contact UPS (turns out there IS another means via the website - no major customer service related corporation only has a single phone number). Jan said no and hung up. I called a third time to inform them that I would be making a complaint that they keep hanging up on me... to which they hung up on me. Jonathan and Jan were immensely rude and unhelpful. Ive additionally made a complaint to UPS corporate. Even if you had no affiliation with UPS, this is unacceptable behavior, this response by the owner is insufficient, and I recommend no one does business with this store._____Original: I called this location due to a truck speeding down my street. This is the closest location to me.They were not only unhelpful but I was hung up on by Jonathan. I called back to explain that their 800 number doesnt allow me to report a driver, and then Jan hung up on me. I called back again, perplexed at why they were hanging up on me, and I was hung up on again. The 800 number requires a package number to talk to someone. These two employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. A UPS truck was speeding by my house where I have little kids, and no one is willing to even attempt to address the issue.Dont do business with this store.
If only they opened at the hours stated on the door or answer their phone. This lady always opens the doors an hour late. Even after making eye contact.
Beat UPS store experience I’ve ever head. Extremely helpful and helped make sure my sensitive items were packed well. All 3 employees working were extremely nice and helpful.
Worst experience ever. We always send the same package with the same dimension and under 50 pounds (one exception but we paid the extra fees so we know if a package is overweight and costs more). So we roughly know the price our packages. However today experience was uterlly unacceptable and rude as I almost got scammed by them.We came in and had our package weighed. It came to roughly 53 pounds, they quoted us $125 which was fair, we shipped something over 50 pounds last time and paid around this price. Not wanting to pay this much, we stepped aside and reduced the weight (at this point we didnt know how much exactly but we knew it was definitely more than 3 pounds) We came back to the counter, and another person helped us out. We noticed she didnt re-weighed and just used the label her previous co-worker(that helped us) printed out. I asked her twice to re-weigh the box because the label still said 53 pounds. She insisted that it didnt matter if the box weighed under or more than 50 lbs because she said it was the dimension that made it cost $125. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and paid for it. Before leaving the store we double checked the ups price check and the website clearly said that boxes under 50 lbs costed only $80ish while above 50lbs costs about $125 ish. We returned back to the first coworker and asked nicely if he can re-weigh the box just to make sure that were not paying for an overweight price (mind you this is probably our sixth box of the same weight and dimension) Suddenly his tone became defensive and asked Why? In a rude tone. We showed him the website and after much convincing he finally took the box back out and weighed the box. Guess what it came out too? 45ish lbs which was rounded up to 46 (pretty far from 53 right?) He got more defensive and said he would never intentionally add extra weight. Not our point but at this point all we wanted was a refund. However he was still defending the original $125 price and told us the website was off and that we got the dimensions wrong. He asked us to change dimensions adding a couple inches but lo and behold the price was still around $80ish. At this point we just wanted a refund so we can ship this package through another branch, and we were the only customers in there. He said a refund would take an hour to two since they have a new system, bottom line is that itll be too much of a hassle to get us a refund and we should just let it go. As we were trying to come to a conclusion thats fair and most convenient for both of us more people started coming in. Suddenly he told us to wait and thatd hed be making a phone call. Not a minute later he came back and processed our refund. Whole process took about 3 minutes...We thanked him for his time and took our package to another UPS location only 9 miles away (9th avenue) and was in an out of there in under 5 minutes. Only paid $85 like what the website said.Bottom line is they tried to make excuses but once proven wrong blamed it on the system. They didnt want to admit theyre mistake but instead tried to make the customer feel guilty while all we did was just double checking. Ju go to ths 9th ave UPS store instead. Larger store, more staff and they get the job done fast.
I went in to get 2 legal forms notarized and he wanted to charge me $20 then when I said I didnt have that much he wouldnt give my forms back and they didnt have a price anywhere for what they charge for the service. He was rude and I wont be going back or recommending to anyone.
The staff here is completely professional. I came to this location to ship a few sport memorabilia items off and to send some Christmas gifts back home, and even with the craziness of the holiday season they were quickly and diligently. They even provided additional help all the while focusing on great customer service. I was assisted by Tytian’a she had a positive attitude and provided outstanding service.
Very disappointed with my service today. I usually love this UPS store however, when checking out I asked if they could print my label which I have had done before... they said yes. I was then charged $2.25 for that service. I would have loved to have been told this beforehand. Just beware, they charge for this, so if you can print your label at home, you will save yourself $2.25.
I had an amazon return and I didnt know I had to print out the label. He said hed print it out for me and he did, but then he said hed charge me after he printed it out and put it on. I was told him if hed charge for something Id appreciate a heads up and then he started cursing at me and throwing f bombs. Terrible experience.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was rushing there from work so that I could make it in time before they closed to return some stuff only to get ignored by the employees there. The door was locked a few minutes before they were supposed to close, and they tried not to acknowledge me when I knocked before one of the ladies felt like she had to unlock the door and help me. When I told her “I thought you guys close at 6:30 today” her response was “yeah but we typically close the door early, and when you have a lot of stuff to return, please don’t show up two minutes before we close.” Very rude and unprofessional! They need to follow their business hour instead of guilt tripping their customer for showing up on time!!
Staff was not helpful at all when I came in to ship my packages. I left without any resolution.
This place sucks. Nickel and dime you three and four dollars for copies for Amazon returns because they don’t make enough money off Amazon. At least that’s what the lady told me. Another reason why I go to the other UPS offices that don’t charge.
Long hours. Helpful and friendly service. Personal attention. Quick printing jobs. Attractive greeting cards. Excellent all around. I’d give it six stars if I could!
As soon as you walk in, the counter is awkwardly adjacent in the back right corner. Its a small store but service is quick.4.5⭐s
These people are so Friendly and Patient. I had a short cane and an unusually long Umbrella with a push light on the handle that couldnt be pressed against the ends of the box for SHIPPING. Or it could kill the batteries in it (2 button batteries). So I watched him wrap the ends to keep the button from even touching and THEN Cut down a much longer box to Custom fit MY items. SO KOOL, Mr Beans.
Long hours. Helpful and friendly service. Personal attention. Quick printing jobs. Attractive greeting cards. Excellent all around. I’d give it six stars if I could!
Johnathan was a GREAT Rep! Best cust. Svc. Fast and Friendly svc. And they are practicing social distancing!
The store was clean and nicely organized. Customer service was great. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you UPS 💕
Shipped a total of 4 boxes out of this UPS store. All from the same address all to the same address. Somehow the return address was put as the send address on one of the boxes, and I am now dealing with the problem of getting the package back into the hands of the UPS store and up to me from 700 miles away.If you are shipping things out from this store, check the labels put on the boxes and make sure that they understand exactly what you want done.I am only writing this review because I am frustrated with getting this sorted out. To this stores credit, the first 3 boxes sent were really easy and got exactly where they were supposed to go. I honestly have no clue how the fourth got so badly messed up.
New ownership! The change is very noticeable. The staff is friendly and the store appears more organized than before. It is nice to have a shipping store close to my other shopping again; I had started to drive several miles out of my way because of previous ownership. I will definitely start using this store from now on.
Do not ever use this store for any kind of print job. To begin with, we tried to place our print job online and have it sent to the store, because we had a 20% discount on the job. There was an error of some sort online and the store agreed to honor our discount. When we got to the store to review the order, the worker had everything out for us. All was well except some charts that should have been printed landscaped, but ended up being printed portrait. The worker went on and on that she had printed how we sent it and that if we wanted to we could step back and look at the email. We pulled up the email and showed her the attachments and they were definitely in landscape. She went to look at the printer and came back and apologized. She said that it was in landscape, but that their printer automatically defaults to portrait. She said that she was off on Saturday, but that she would come in on her day off and reprint them for us. She also said that she would give us an extra 5% discount on the order. When we left the order was at $132.00.We called on Monday 06/01/2015, and asked for a total to come pick up the order. The worker gave us a total of $142.00. We asked why and they transferred us to the manager, which by the way is the owner, SHERYL Kennedy. SHERYL began by yelling at us that we made her employee cry and were very rude to her. SHERYL also went off that she had honored the 20% discount and said that it was not her fault. SHERYL stated that her employee had to fix our print job. SHERYL never acknowledged once that it was her employees fault for the mess up. SHERYL kept yelling at us that they had to fix our print job.We tried to talk to her nicely, but finally we said that we will be making a report to their corporate office. Sheryl said MAKE SURE THAT YOU SPELL MY NAME WITH AN S! SHERYL!We spoke with Corporate as well and all they could do was apologize. They dont care much for business if they allow customer service like this. We are not picking up our order now and they can eat the charge for having to do all the printing and binding. We called Kinkos/ Fed Ex on Airport Blvd and they are giving us a 20% discount right off the top just to show that they understand. I would recommend that you use them for you printing needs rather that the UPS Store.
Awesome UPS, they wrap and handle the shipping barcodes for you each time.
Multiple bad experiences. I will not be back. Poor customer service - LONG waits - and don’t forget to print your label before you get there. They charge $2.25 TO PRINT A LABEL.
My local UPS Store! This has been my go to store for shipping needs for work for years. Everything is always handled promptly, my packages always make it and Im always in and out FAST which I love. Thanks guys!
I went in with a simple print job, two pages black and white but that wasnt the problem. The problem was in the way the employees spoke to each other, it caused a very uncomfortable atmosphere for me and the other customers. Not only did one employee almost expressly say he wasnt going to help a customer because he was trying to get out of here but he told the other (who was in the midst of ringing up another customer) that you can do it. The other all but snapped at his fellow employee just for asking which printer he was printing to for another project. I wish I had names but I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave.
Super nice staff. Tommy was very helpful with my need. He even opened the shop a few minutes early to help me out. Hard to find service like that these days.
Made appointment on line. Wasted my time on going just to get there then the woman tells me we do not do that here. Thanks for mot telling me up front. After a 30 minutes drive.
Amazing customer serivce. Been here multiple times and every time I come in I’m welcomed with a smile. The men who work here can not be matched, I think they are some of the friendliest guys. For running a post office job they act like they have the best job in the world. Each time I go in I feel so valued. In fact, last visit I came in and the guy remembered me. The day before I wanted to ship a package to a PO box but the rate was ridiculous. So I told the guy I’ll come back, when I came back the guy said “did you get a new address instead of that P.O. box.” Wow! These guys know how to treat their customers.
As we entered the store someone greeted us. Another counter was opened for us. The man helping us was friendly and helpful. A pleasant experience.
I have NEVER in my life encountered such a disorganized UPS store. I travel all over and this store is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!! I wont get into the reason for visiting this location, because that wasnt the issue. The issue was the nasty attitude and rudeness of both employees. The owner Doug (guess thats his name) and his employee, Judy. I had a problem with tracking of a package and the response I received was unbelievable. They told me to track it and look it up myself. This place will NOT be in business long and its all because of the poor customer service. I wasnt shocked at all when I read the previous comments. I agree 150%. I would never go to this location again, I wouldnt care if they were the last UPS store in the world! Get it together Doug and Judy! You two are the worst!
The way I was just treated in this store was baffling. I have sent numerous packages out from this location before but for whatever reason today I was treated like I was a criminal. I was made to give my address and sign a form stating that I wasnt sending out anything harmful or illegal? Are you kidding me?! I make and sell jewelry, and as I stated before I have used this location many times before. Not that I should have to justify myself, but if they were concerned I would have been happy to show them the 3 bracelets and necklace I was shipping out. Absolutely ridiculous. Im extremely unhappy.
The owner was super nice and friendly! He made the store feel like a local business instead of a chain company!
Always super friendly, fast and very helpful! I will always recommend this store. Thank you!
Excellent store, great personnel. I was in and out in less than two minutes!
Fast and friendly staff. I had at least 8 different shipments to drop off. I was in and out in no time. Cant recommend this location enough.
This was the third time I shipped something from this site. The owner (Doug) is very rude. The only reason I used this place was proximity to my work at Sacred Heart. They overcharge and dont treat u like a customer. I normally never write reviews, but I am tired of places like this taking advantage of their customers. Go elsewhere! Vote with your $.
I really like the new team, great customer service!
Fast efficient service
The worker here is a huge d**k-head. If it werent for convenience, I never would have come back after the first visit.
Horrible customer service
How much is a notary here?
They boxes so spensif
