ORDER ONLINE FOR CURBSIDE PICK-UP. Order online pickup in store prices are cheaper than in-store prices. They acknowledge this outright but refuse to price match with you standing right there.Home Depot manager acknowledged the major price difference between their website (order online and pickup in store) and in person and refused outright to price match even though we were standing right there at the checkout with the same exact product.Long story short, let the Home Depot gremlins do all the work for you--buy online for cheaper prices and pickup in store--let them do all the wandering around and running out to your car. They dont care and neither should you. Less work for lower prices? Fine.Our product in question-- Roundup Extended Control 1.333 gallon. 26.97 online for in store pickup. 29.97 in store. Checked Amazon again and the price had dropped to 18.60 for the same price for same day delivery. Peace out Home Depot! A little customer service goes a long way, but today Amazon got our money 🤷🏼♀️✌️
Workers never around when you need them. They seem under staffed. The store is kept clean and well stocked.

These guys are ok.. not exceptional. Most people dont know where anything is. I just went last week and asked if they had an item. Was told we dont sell that here. I went down the isle and it was right there on the shelf. Maybe better employee training. I do like the store though and the people are friendly. I will continue to go...
Went to get moving boxes helping a friend move and they were plenty stocked
I could give it no stars if I could. I went to try to grab some sample paint today. Waited in line for a good 10 mins. The customer service lady didn’t even greet me or say may I help you? Or I’ll be right with you in a few mins. I asked another worker if they could help and he said, “No, he has two workers already there?” And there to busy with other customers. Okay? And I asked to speak to manger he called I stayed another 5 mins couldn’t even have the manger come. I called to speak to one the manager said he was busy unloading a truck. Poor customer service and this is my neighborhood store. Guess I’ll take an extra 15 min drive to a different location.
This location is clean and well stocked. Employees are helpful. They can get busy at times and the parking lot can get filled up quickly. The garden department normally has a good selection. They normally dont have a ton of seasonal items as it feels like this is a smaller store.
First time back. Yea. Fresh food and I didnt hear compliments.had a steak and salad. Yummy. Next will be Goodyear. See what they have for service.
Its looking a bit sparse in there, these days. Its something that Im seeing everywhere, any more. Companies cant afford to carry inventory for months at a time. Its much more effective for them to order things as theyre purchased. Sad, but its what the world is like now.
How can you NOT like Home Depot? I visited the Peoria store by the 101. Everything you need for your house is there. I went for summer flowers that could flourish in our Arizona heat, and came home with vincas.Which brings me to why I didnt give them a 5. They have a lot of new people every year who know nothing about plants and flowers, so I was on my own. Most clerks inside the store are more knowledgeable. The parking lot is huge with lots of handicapped spaces. Public rest rooms are in the back of the store, and you can even take your leashed pet in with you!
Josh in lumber was very helpful and the manager up front too. She was helping at customer service. Was looking into insulation and Josh explained everything and showed us the equipment we needed. I dont know anything about this and he explained everything in detail.
Im a do it yourself kind of guy, so The Home Depot is perfect. Great store, well stocked, knowledgeable staff and friendly too.

Love our home depot! We visit at least one or 2 times weekly. Weve done so many projects from grass to Man caves. Good prices and helpful staff most of the time. They do always looks busy helping someone. They give great advice and are willing to help and suggest things for projects. They have a kids building project most weekends... Free. Like making a birdhouse and they get a free apron. Super cute and free fun for the kids. They also have helpful classes for adults. We just love our home depot!
Oh my gosh, the lady at the self checkout was having a bad day. I had two of the same Board, same size and all, one rang up at $6 and the other $18. I asked her to take off the 2nd one and she literally said, “Jesus Christ!” Pushed me aside and took it off and walked away. I’m not sure why my reaction was to laugh but for some reason I wasn’t mad, more amused that this elderly woman was having a hissy fit in the middle of her work day. She went over to another customer that was gaping at her attitude to be abusive too.
Shopped the garden shop, plants moist, employee humor dry, picked up some new bull s#!t. Perfect shopping experience.

Love this store! The associates in this Home Depot are on point with any assistance needed. I take my dog in on a leash, and they spoil him with treats...yep the store actually gives your dog treats! everything is well organized and accessible as well, never had any issues with returns either.
They have the worst lay out, but really friendly employees who are willing to help out compared to others that would even hide from customers. Kudos on that for this location.
Hello...? Hello...? Hello...? (echo) Even if you can someone that works there, theyre not very helpful. Wouldnt make a 22 wood cut for me. Ive found more variety at Lowes, and better help. I used to like Home Depot because of their kids workshops and great service. Now they have neither. Lowes for me.
When I lived in Oklahoma I have never had any issue with the Home Depot. I also have the CC. However, here in Peoria, it was a joke. I went there on July 30 to buy a refrigerator, washer and dry machines. The delivery was only available after August 16. Yes... 18 days.... Well, the same day I also went to Lowes, I bought everything there and the day after everything was delivered. It lost $3200. Today, August 1st, I went to the same Home Depot again to buy some other things, because by having the CC, I received 10% of discount by email. I spent about $90, I inserted the code for discount and I tried to pay. My fault, I selected the wrong button and the self checkout machine asked the code from a employee who reseted the machine. He passed everything again, but when I tried to use again my discount code, the machine did not accept it because it was already used (...). Now, the issue is not the $9 off. It is not important for me. The issue is the very bad service from Home Depot, but probably it is related to the very bad quality of Phoenix and Arizona . Now, when I need somilar items, I will go to Lowes.

We went to this location last week to purchase/setup appt for a door installation. There were 2 male associates at there desk when we approached the door area. As we were looking and made a decision, one associate left for lunch. The older other associate was finishing with another customer and kept chatting it up with her and refused to acknowledge me or even make eye contact. Even though I stood right in front of him. Never looked up and say Ill be right with you man. Nothing. My hunch is he wanted to take a lunch break and ignored me so he would not have to help me. We walked announcing our trip to Lowes to buy a door since no one wait on us. Lowes gave me instant service. No one tried to brush us off. I will add a photo of my receipt and new door later.
The lack of service at home depot is pretty apparent these days. The store is not properly organized and they are always moving stuff around. When you ask an employee where something is they dont know. Even the managers are unaware.
Compared to Menards in Grand Forks, ND this place is a gold mine of stock. Easy to find most things on hand

Employee sent to another store (Peoria & 91st Ave.) telling me that store had 12 of the item I needed (I only needed 1). When I got there, they had zero on hand. Total waste of my time.
Do not buy appliances from this store!! I have never bought new appliances, but needed to because I was having issues with my old ones. There was a special over memorial day weekend, so I decided to go for it. Since then, Ive had so many issues and no one has been able to help me. I bought the whole appliance package, which includes the refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. When they delivered the items, they said I have 48 hours to report any problems. The same day they delivered. I noticed the refrigerator had a dent, and I called them and they said I needed to call the home depot hotline, and because it was the door they said they would replace door. I didnt have a problem with this. I was glad they were taking care of it. Then a day and a half later I called still within the 48 hours to tell them my dishwasher wasnt working. I called the store first and spoke to Mark and he told me to call the home depot hotline. Then, I called the home depot hotline and they said that the people that handle that request wasnt there until Monday. I asked if it was going to be okay if I wait until Monday since I have to report anything within 48 he said it was fine that he will note the account. I called Mark again and he said he will also notate the account to back me up. I called the following week and now they are saying I didnt call the home depot hotline and that there arent any notes or records of this. They want me to file a service request to fix my dishwasher. Ive talked to multiple people, including Gloria and nothing has been done. Gloria tells me a woman by the name of Dee will call me, but no one calls me. Ive made a big investment buying these products for this to happen to me. I have phone records to prove I made the calls but they dont want to see them. At this point, I will be filing a better business complaint, because this is not right. Do not buy from this store!! Horrible service!!

This store is usually a place i try to avoid. I can never find anyone who knows what im looking for. They are always guessing its availability leaving me to walk the store looking myself. I would like an easier way to use the website and filter your search for in store items only. That way i can avoid the store all together.
Had just what we needed.
I got carpet here and found the staff very helpful. Initially I wanted to use a local small shop, but after trying a couple of shops near by the selection and prices were not acceptable. My carpet was special order its taken about 8 days from order to install date no issues. They will move my furniture and theres no tax. If my install changes the review I will update however as it stands now..I am happy with the experience.

Very bad service. They take forever when you place an order, and the workers dont work really hard. They are aggressive and they make you feel they are not here for helping you. We called the manager and even the manager cant help. They took more than 4 months for just 1 order and every time they bring it home, something either missing or wrong measurements. Very bad service when it comes for making orders. They Dont deserve 5 star. They need to hire hard workers people not sleepy people...

Great store, staff and customers
Went today to home depot. Called and called on my cell while in store for help due to my roomate is 87 and a disabled vet.His legs are all hardware in them and hard to walk. He needed a riding cart. Three were being charged they said. He had to walk from one side of store to other. I finally went took one and we were in store two hours and that so called charging cart never died. When we got in store I called on my cell three times to help get a associate to help us. They kept saying but we called people they never showed let me call again. We were ready to go to Lowes when a guy by the name of Adrian came and helped us with everything we needed and even came to our truck to load it all up. I think he was the only one working today who cared! Thank you Adrin! Store gets one star Adrin gets 10!

Waited an hour in the fan department for assistance. I went looking for help and they called someone who never came.Finally got a fan that I didnt want because I got tired of waiting. So I had to lift the fan and place it in the cart by myself. (Please keep in mind, Im very pregnant and any assistance in lifting the box alone wouldve been greatly appreciated.)Called to notify a manager and her response was Ill go see where everyone is at. Never received an apology.

About 2 weeks ago i went to the location on 99th ave and Camelback first to look for an item. The workers there were super nice and help me locate where i can find that item, because unfortunately they didnt have it at that location. So we found it at this location, the nice gentleman contacted this location and spoke with sheila (her name was something like that). She had told him that they had the item i was looking for, and she was gonna have it ready for me to go pick it up at customer service. So i drove out of my way to get to this location. A young girl with glasses was at the customer service, was confused at first, she had to call sheila and supposedly that item was not in-stock and no items were on hold for me. in the first place sheila should have looked for the item first before she told the worker at the other location that it was in stock. It was inconvenient and a waste of my time. Not even sheila came out to apologize and be proffessional, instead puts another employee that wasnt responsible for her unprofessional actions to tell me the information. The least thing they could have been more proffessional at this location and give your customers a gas card for wasting customers time and gas. I have never had issues with any others home depots until this one.

From taking the time to secure a cardholder deferred interest purchase for the supplies, to making sure we got said supplies before installation date, to ensuring our account was credited when those supplies had to be obtained (and repurchased) from a different location. This Home Depot is not good, my husband bought a closet for his garage. One of the doors came damage and we needed to return the hall kit when we took a lot of sun two days ago trying to get unwrapped the closet, check everything, etc. We returned the damage part now they don’t want to be responsable or give us an answer! Terrible service! Terrible manager!!!!!!!

Arrived at the Home Depot store it was not very crowded it was on a Sunday at about 8:30went to the garden center to look for plants No one there would even help me or address that I was even there ..took some pictures for my gardener of some plants because nobody there would help me or give me any advice on what to grow out in my front yard....then went inside to look for a mini freezer.. two people look at me like I was speaking German ..the girl told me was aisle 24 did not offer to tell me anything they just looked at each other said aisle 24 ., 24 its nothing but woodnobody in the store was smiling everybody looked rude I have not frequent this Home Depot on quite a while and I will never be back I will not give this Home Depot any of my business and Ill make sure to tell all my friends and neighbors especially my gardener who was going to go there and probably purchase about $300 worth of plants and flowers for me
It was okay they seem to have everything I always need except for the ridiculous wood prices theres no reason for what prices to be that high I think theyre just trying to rip people off
Cashier was wonderful and extreamly helpful. However the sales person was not helpful in the least. Very frustrating and time consuming. Finally left store without the supplies needed.We then went to Lowes and had a great experience. People were all helpful and courteous will definitely will go back again.

Got one item I needed. The other needed items were two additional car keys which they made and didnt work anywhere in the car. Customer Service tried to inform me that they made the keys in good faith and if they dont work, its not their fault. I finally got my refund for car keys that dont work in my car.

Yes I went in the middle of the day on a weekend, but there was no line and I got exactly what I needed. They had 5000 but window air conditioners in stock for $150 each. Not bad. It was easy to get in and out.
You would think if you’re an employee working here you’d actually assist customers however that was not the case with Maria. We asked where a product was and since it did not pull up on her device, she advised us “It could be on isle 2” which was on the other side of the store and she was wrong. She could have asked another associate who knew what they we’re doing instead of guessing and being lazy. Thanks Maria!
