I called to have my screen repaired and the owner was able to help me repair it same day. I dropped it off, went to the local Starbucks he suggested, did work and phone was done within a couple hours. Very personable and did a phenomenal job. Definitely recommend

I would give 0 stars if possible and its sad because the first guy who sold me the laptop was extremely personable and my experience with him was great! When I purchased the used laptop, I was told there was a 5 day return policy in case the laptop was not fit for what was needed. I go to refund and was told that there needed to be a factory reset. Issue was, my daughter was still logged in. Should be no issue, tech guys right? WRONG! I had to make a second trip to this place after I happened to Google how to factory reset without the password. Worked just fine, thanks Google. FYI, its CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + R. You mean to tell me that they didnt know this!!!? I believe they just did not want to refund. The second guy was simply not nice or helpful. He heard refund and instantly changed course. Also, this is my second time posting a review because the first was deleted. That is BAD business as this was MY experience!

Highly recommend! My husband and I had multiple issues and were about to spend lots of money on two new iPhones. Luckily we googled and found this place. They had EVERY part needed to fix our phones in stock and they were able to fix both of our phones (new earpiece, new screens & charge ports) in less than an hour and saved us lots of money by not having to replace our phones. 10/10!

Unfortunately, they were not able to fix my phone but only charged me $30 for their time which I thought was fair. However, it did take them longer than I expected. There were friendly and honest.

My insurance claim brought me here to CPR cell phone repair. They did a phenomenal job replacing my phone screen. They gave me a time period and it was done very quickly. After I picked up my phone my wife camera glass cover had a crack in it from like keys or something. We dropped her phone off. (The phone insurance company said we dont fix that we replace the phone). CPR Cell Phone Repair did a superb job on her phone and it was pretty inexpensive and we both got to keep our own phones instead of getting a replacement phone.

Phone works like new and the work is warrented for life.

Dropped my phone off with broken screen. They had all parts and was fixed in 2 hours. A little pricy but was worth fixing over getting a new one.

Ipad problem diagnosed and repaired quickly.

I smashed my phone screen and cracked it by accidentally dropping my phone on the pavement with rocks on the ground. I used my US Cellular insurance from Assurant Insurance and played $99, otherwise it would have cost me over $200. CPR Cell Phone Repair replaced my screen, which also took care of a line across the screen. Now the phone looks like new again. CPR Cell Phone Repair, repairs phones, tablets, and laptops. My cell phone experienced a terrible screen bleed and I could not see anything. The cost of having the repair was nearly the same as the insurance claim. Being that they could do my repair the same day I decided to go here. I was an added bonus that I would have my own phone back rather than getting a refurbusished phone. Everyone was very helpful. The only issue was the time required to get the battery - it was sent through the post office and there was no way to track it and it took a very long time to arrive.

I had an Xbox One X that was having display issues due to a bad retimer chip. Submitted for an online quote and got a response within 10 minutes. I dropped my Xbox off the same day and 30 hours later I had a fully functioning Xbox again for less than half the cost that Microsoft wanted to charge. Additionally, shipping times to Microsoft were 6-10 business days and due to Covid-19, they wouldnt guarantee when they could actually fix or replace my Xbox. CPR Cell Phone Repair was highly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and an incredible value. I would highly recommend them to anyone for repairing various electronic devices.
