Rude staff. Some staff seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. Some staff quick to anger and aggressive. Clearly those staff should not be in customer service. As far as I know, there is no manager to address a complaint of poor quality staff.

The local stores are friendly corporate is not 3years never late paid my share of overages and extra.s then with 14days busy worken to pay an cut you off. Comcast type customer service recommended full avoid. Corporate not stores.

Huge store, but only three staff personel and you might as well wait an hour just to give them your money! Rediculous!!!
