Gary (the gentleman at the front desk) has always been amazing to work with! I have been going to this Midas for the last few years and every time he has been so easy to work with! Great customer service and great work in the shop! They do not do any repairs without calling to explain everything first. They have made a life long customer out of me!

They did a good job on my car & tried to save me money

Staff was helpful and honest when helping our 17 year old get an issue fixed on one of her tires. Another local company was going to charge her over $300 to fix a minor repair, the service staff at this location was able to fixed it for $80. It’s nice to know we can send our daughter somewhere that is honest and reasonable.

Saved the day LITERALLY my 18 year old daughter was stranded with a flat tire on the side of I75. After the state police put a spare on for her They took her in fixed it right away (when they originally said they could do it next day). Ben was AMAZING and we will forever be appreciated!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I am usually one who doesnt strive away from where they take their cars to get an oil change done at but sometimes you just have to change it up and this was it for me. I decided to give this location a try as I have had good experiences at the location in Maumee. These guys kept the bar even higher and they had superb customer service skills. Would definitely recommend them to others

Mark your tires and check the oil when they’re done to make sure they actually did the work. Picked up my car when they said it was done only to find they didn’t do any of the work but were instead working on their own cars.

I have done business at other locations for Midas as well as other maintenance facilities. I have always worked with the manager Aaron at other locations and followed him to this location because of his personal approach and honest opinion. I only trust Aaron when dealing with my vehicles.

Brett knows his stuff. Treats peoples cars like theyre his own. Inspection usually makes me nervous but I trust his honesty and opinion. Will return.

I have been consistently impressed by this Midas. Convenient location, great staff, and quality service. Ethan Gregory and Aaron Archambeau (as well as the technician who worked on my car, whose name I did not get) were polite, professional, and thorough, and offered a fair price for good work. I enjoyed using their shop, and will surely use it the next time I need a tune-up in Perrysburg.

Poor customer service, to say the least. To the point that many people would come in and the staff would make eye contact with someone while out in the shop, but not one would come in until they felt like it, even though they werent busy. When the manager did end up coming in, he was exceptionally dismissive and acted as though every single customer was a burden that was wasting his time. It wasnt just the first visit, but also the second, as well as others who came and went during the time we waited inside.

Brought two cars in for oil change to find out they didn’t put oil in car . Now my daughter in college hears a ticking noise 2months later. Have her drive it back home to bring it to our mechanic and engine going bad. I should add this was one of the fundraiser free oil changes. Never use this place! Oh and oil filter never changed, probably because they didn’t do the oil change at all!!

I usually don’t feel the need to leave reviews but I have never had a good experience at an automotive place until now. I’ve gotten ripped off so many times that when my friend recommended I go to this Midas I was sold. The staff was super friendly and got my car done in such a fast and professional manner. I will 10000% be back for all my car needs.

So thankful for this shop. Woke up with a flat tire and was nervous I was going to have to fork over tons on money for a new one. Luckily all I need was a tire repair which was FREE! They got my car done fast and I didn’t have to pay a cent. Will definitely bring my car back when more work needs done.

Went to get an oil change and I told them what oil my car takes and they still put the wrong one in and then forgot to give me back my wheel lock key for my rims so wasnt happy

Midas lied to me about what was wrong with my car. My car would crank but wouldnt start so I took it to them and they told me it was my ecm. And that it would cost $800 to get fixed. They also told me that my car was getting fuel and spark to lead me away from the actual problem. But something inside said go get another opinion. And what do u know, it was the fuel pump. Bob the manager at the Midas on Alexis in Toledo was the best honest guy Ive ever seen in this type of business. He never cheated me out of my money and he worked on a lot of my cars at his store. They may have moved Bob to another shop. If your reading this Bob let me know where your shop is located. Because I dont trust the other guys in Perrysburg.

I have brought my vehicle needs to this Midas store for several years as the customer service is always top notch. Jordon the store manager and his team are always willing to take the time to get the problem fixed! In addition they serve the customer with professionalism and integrity. They create an environment for the consumer to want to return. This is why I recommend Midas Perrysburg when you need repair or tire work completed on your vehicle!

I didn’t have any problems with them until recently. I had recently got a new car and needed an oil change. I set up an appt and when they checked me out, they told me my fee was was going to be about $70. I asked why and they told me that they used the synthetic oil and my car only uses that oil...false...I was not pleased that they didn’t even tell me until after the fact that they had used the more expensive oil when I didn’t even ask for it...don’t think I’m going there again.

My recent visits to this shop were bad. the manager at this shop have acted in a biased and capricious manner when I took my wifes vehicle for an oil change. They have a promotion on full synthetic for $59.99, and I can clearly see/read that the original price of $69.99, which was placed on the counter, was crossed off. Another men stepped up to the counter and I can hear the same manager (Craig) telling him we have a promotion going on for $49.99. However, when I approached the counter, he indicated to me that the oil change for full synthetic was $69.99. I looked at the brochure hoping that he would recognize that I am capable of reading through his unfair and discriminatory business practice, but he went on to say that the $10 was for the filter. I did not want to question his price or why he saw the need to overcharge me. I told him that I needed to leave and if possible I would like to come back the next day, to which he agreed and went ahead and logged in a new appointment. I called two other Midas locations and they told me that the filter should already be included in the $59.99.,and that the additional $10 did not make any sense. The issue is not the $10, but how prices change based on whos being served. Although this location is convenient for me, I am willing to drive to other locations.

Good prices and will match competition

Went in for an oil change and two new tires I needed a front tire and a back tire replaced so they just replaced the tires instead of putting the two new tires up front together and a two older tires in the back together. Ive got a good tire and order tire on the front and back so now I get to go back Monday morning and have them rectify the situation putting the good tire up front with the other good tire and the older tire on the back with the oother older tire. We are return customers reviews the same store a few times now I guess I better start checking their work when they say theyre done to make it sure its done properly after this and reading some of these reviews on here. I worked several years in the olden days doing tires at the Ford proving grounds in Arizona and we always lined up newer tires with each other and older with the older tires. Maybe this is something new they are doing now days. I just assumed it was a common sense process.

I was visiting from out of town when a tire popped on my car. They sold me a new set of tires during one of there tire promotions. They had it done in a fast amount of time and we were back on the road. Thanks again Midas staff!!

Had them give my work truck a look over to see if it needed any repairs. They found nothing in need of repair and didnt charge me for the inspection. They werent very busy so I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

I got a quote from Jordan at perrysburg Midas for 462. I got it towed to Toledo Midas because of the nasty attitude the manager Jordan showed. The Toledo Midas told me they arent sure how I got that quote but its actually 185 more. So unfortunately I got it towed back to the perrysburg shop where the assistant manager told me soon as the part comes in they will get started. I wake up the next day to Jordan calling me to tell me its going to be the same price as the one in Toledo. Its been almost a week since theyve had my car for a not even 2 hr job. Ive had to pay towing fees and get a rental for a job that should have been done the next day. Horrible horrible company!!! Especially the Perrysburg location.

This place is a life saver. My tire kept going low and they checked it out for me and found a nail in my tire. In no time I was back on the road safely and free of charge!! Amazing place. More amazing people.

Great place—staff are friendly, very helpful, and explain everything clearly. Each time I have been here they have gotten me in right away—for low tire issues as well as an oil change. It is very clean here and there is a window to see what is going on with your vehicle. Coffee is available for free, and convenience store and several restaurants/fast food are within easy walking distance.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They tried to tell me that I couldn’t drive off with my car because of the shape it was in. They also tried to tell me that it was gonna cost $1,200 to fix the car! Took it some where else and they looked it over. And the car was nothing like they were saying!! Definitely would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed in the service. My husband and I are Perrysburg residents, so obviously it made sense to go to our local Midas auto repair shop...I wish we hadnt! We got our tires changed (brought our own new set with us) and had the alignment reset. This happened on a Saturday afternoon and cost a total of $300. Fair enough, because we thought we were paying for good quality work. On Monday morning, the tire low pressure sign was lit up. I went back to the shop, since it didnt make sense to have a flat tire despite zero driving within 36 hours.Was told that the left rear tires pressure sensor had broken off (god knows when, most likely during the tire change process because this is the very first time in 9 years of driving that the light came on for no reason like this) and would have to be replaced. The manager himself told me that it may have broken off, fallen into the previous old tire and thrown away. Upon asking why they didnt do a quick visual check for all 4 sensors to be in place DURING the tire change process (its a small black plastic/ metal combo, quite visible when the tire is separated from the rim), he had NO valid answer other than: oh we dont usually check for it. Its only the second time Ive seen this happen in my career.Well hey guess what? Its happened the first time to me too! and it so OBVIOUSLY happened DURING the tire change! So a logical conclusion would be to give the benefit of the doubt and offer a free sensor replacement or else, at the very least, a 50% discount. Not trying to get a free ride here, but let me point out, I had paid a good $300 less than 48 hours ago, the problem most definitely originated from the sensor being thrown out during the tire change AND you didnt check for the sensors either! You literally had NO legitimate explanation, and you still expect me to pay $85 out of pocket?Upon my asking for a discount or coupon, he gave me a $10 cut, bringing it down to a massive discount of...tada: $75!Oh and I was also told quite defensively that my husband had his eyes glued to the car the whole time we were there on Saturday...makes zero sense as an argmument/ rebuttal/ whatever it was supposed to mean. I sure as hell didnt get it. Like, my husband is just as much at fault as the TRAINED auto repair workers, since he should have zeroed in on the fallen sensor from inside the waiting area?? Yeah okay buddy. Makes sense. I could only shake my head at such a ridiculous and poor show of customer service.Its not just about the inconvenience of 1.5 hour wait time I faced or the disappointment at such poor service from a local business, OR the money I had to pay extra. Its a combination of all three. I sure as hell wont be heading back to Midas Perrysburg anytime soon.

Ive been here 3 times and always get in and out fast. Im very happy with the service I get and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is also a Midas credit card if larger purchases are needed. Flat tires are fixed free. I highly recommend them.

Thank you for staying open during the Covid-19 pandemic and taking extra precautions to keep your customers safe! Also they have rearranged there waiting area so everyone is always 6 feet apart! Will 100% be back when I need anything done with my car!

The staff here is amazing. I brought my car in at 5:30 the evening before Thanksgiving, 30 minutes before it closed, with a completely broken coolant pump. The staff stayed around an hour after closing time to fix my car so we could drive to Illinois the next morning to spend Thanksgiving with family. I am very thankful for this staff!

Showed up on a busy Saturday, guy at the counter got me right in. Walked me to my vehicle touched base on service recommendations and routine maintenance. Was only there for 45 minutes during a busy Saturday. Great staff and management team. They will have my business forerver. I certainly trust the Midas touch.

How do you feel compelled to get your car fixed when they treat your friends like garbage?. There is nothing wrong to owning up to a mistake, just make it seem like you truly care. I dont want someone working on my car and then brushing off a concern i might have. Definitely doesnt make me want your service. Fix your attitude before you fix a car.

My 1st time meeting Brett the manager. He was very helpful and a nice young man all around, great information on windshield wiper dos and donts. This is by far my favorite Midas.

Well on a road trip, we got a screw in our tire. I pulled into Midas and they quickly repaired my tire. The staff was very nice and courteous! If I lived in Perrysburg, I would definitely take my car to them for service!

Our first time here. they have a big garage to fix your cars. friendly staff. they actually brought me out to see my van and said that there was nothing wrong with it, in fact they gave a complement and said it was in great shape.... straight shooters.!

I pulled in because my car had just started making a loud noise and this was the closest place to get it looked at. It turned out that a splash guard had come loose and was dragging on the ground. They fixed it very quickly -- I was in and out in less than 10 minutes -- and they didnt even charge me. The guys were so nice. I would highly recommend.

Had appointment for 3:30 for oil change didnt leave until almost 6. My car never went back until almost 4:30. Sat in lobby with customers sleeping in the chairs. Watched my tires sit on service area floor for a good hour and no one even touched them. Wish I would of read reviews 1st I would of never went here. I will never return. Clerk or cashier walks around store smashing Cheetos in his mouth never washes his hands going from service area to front desk was so disgusting...

What a blessing! As a past customer, we decided to see if Midas could help us with an issue we were having with our car-- which was not showing any trailer lights when the trailer plug was plugged in to our Honda Pilot. After going back and forth with suggestions from team Member Matt, the problem was was discovered by Matt and team and as quickly as they found the source, it was fixed. Their persistence by going above and beyond and the extra mile saved my husband and I from over spending hundreds of dollars had we taken it some where else-- and most likely we would have been overcharged with parts and labor that was not necessary.. I highly recommend this facility for all your repair needs. We have had prior cars worked on and good experience as well. Thanks Matt, Midas and team members.

Bit over priced, but got me in quick. Didnt end up getting the A.C. fixed. They quoted me over $1,000 to fix it. Drove home with no A.C. and got a quote for 60% less. I mean, who couldnt use an extra $600 in their pocket....

Went in for full synthetic oil change. Had appointment. Was quoted 30-45 minutes. Took 90 minutes. Even when they said another 15-20 minutes, it was another 45 minutes. Charged $9.99 for extra quart of oil. Also tried to charge me for shop supplies?? They could not explain what that charge was but deducted it. No apology. Very disappointing experience.

Found out they never actually replaced my calipers even though they charged me for them. Have an experienced mechanic that you know, monitor services . About 400$

Quite disappointed. I called ahead and set an appointment for a simple oil change. Was told that a semi-synthetic change was on sale for about $20, but when I arrived for my appointment, was told that it was actually $39.99. In addition, I was told they checked all my fluids and topped off my washed fluid (which was completely empty prior to my visit). Tried it on my way home to find that the tank was still completely empty. My final gripe is that after a simple oil change, they didnt even take the 30 seconds to reset my vehicles oil life/maintenence reminder light.Ive had good experiences with other Midas locations, but twice now my wife and I have had less than impressive experiences with this particular location. I dont plan to recommend or use this location in the future.

Came here cuz my tire would go flat every couple of days. So I wondered if it needed replaced or can just be patched up. Staff was very friendly and the service was quick. Turned out I had a nail and they were able to patch it up, was on my way within 15mins.

I like this shop. I primarily work with Jim. He the best when taking care of my car needs. He is a honest guy, who i can trust who knows what needs to be dealt with first vs given me a dishonest assessment. Ask for Jim :)

Dane was very helpful. He made sure I got what I needed for for my 100K mile maintenance. When I left afterwards, I heard something hit the bottom of my car. I stopped and saw fluid leaking under my car. I went back to Midas, explained the situation to Dane, and he got my car right back in. Everything ended up being ok with the car, but Dane explained what the leak was, condensation from the AC, and had me back on the road without worry. Thanks!

The wait is usually low, the service is great, and they don’t charge me to have nails/screws in my tires repaired. This location is great!

Ive gotten multiple alignments done on my tires here in the last few months. Its never been right. Every time I go in they say its off. I took it somewhere else and they said it was way worse then Midas ever did and that they did it wrong. I had to buy 2 new tires because it was so bad. I wont be back.
