Took them 7 hours to do an oil change and engine light “diagnostic” which they just told me the code (which I knew already and had told them) and said “whatever the issue is we don’t have time to fix it today. You’d have to bring it in again”. So they just charged me $55 for nothing and no explanation, not even what the code means, and not even an attempt to fix it, just bring it back in to get billed again for nothing.When I simply asked for an explanation of the total charges, they got rude with me and said I don’t know how “it” works.Very disappointed, will never go here again. They will absolutely take advantage of you and rip you off.

I have been taking my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica to this Goodyear location for a number of years. I have always received great service but the most recent visit stands out. The store manager, Ken took the time to personally look at my vehicle. He stated that he knows that this particular vehicle has known problems with the engine frame rusting and cracking. He showed me that on my vehicle I have a very small hole that has started, about the size of a dime and recommended I stop in every six months or so for them to monitor it. He then used an undercoating spray on the engine frame at no charge to try to protect it as best as he could. Being older and not wanting to replace my vehicle as I will only be driving for a couple more years I really appreciated this gesture. Thank you for helping an old man keep his car safe.

These guys really helped us out!! We were traveling on vacation and our oil light came on. We had just gotten an oil change before we left so we should have been good. We found Goodyear, stopped in, and explained our troubles. They inspected our truck and discovered a cracked oil filter cap. Not an easy part to locate on a Saturday afternoon. Ken the manager was able to find one somewhere and have it delivered. They put on the new part, changed the oil, cleaned the undercarriage, and we were on our way again. Many thanks to Ken, Ray and the rest of the team at Perrysburg Goodyear. You guys are the best!!

I was getting air in my tires here when the mechanic came up to the tire which had caused my dashboard light to come on, as though he knew which tire was causing the most issue. He bent down for less than 30 seconds before standing up to find the light had gone away. I am immensely pleased with my experience.

Reasonable prices great service

As always quick and friendly checkin. Careful explanation of the estimate and what needed to be done. They did what they said they were going to do and in the estimated time allotted. When my vehicle was returned to me it was fixed and was still clean. I highly recommend the Perrysburg Goodyear store to anyone needing automotive service. As an added bonus they even shared the picture they took of the nest that the chipmunks made in the air cleaner box.

Hands down the best repair garage in all of Perrysburg. I have previously taken my car to a different garage where they did not fix my problem and still charged me $900. Goodyear took over the repairs after I brought it to them and now my car is the happiest its ever been.Ray Cutway... And all the guys at this Goodyear garage are top notch!!I will never go to a different garage ever again!

Goodyear Perrysburg has always provided wonderful customer service and work done in a timely manner. They are honest and up-front in their pricing l, and explanations have always been given if they recommend a specific issue be addressed.

Staff is very friendly and willing to listen. They delve into their diagnostics in order to make sure they find exactly whats wrong and dont just settle on the first thing they see. They actually explain what they did to find the issues and what they are going to do to get it done. They keep us in the loop and NEVER try to sell is on things that are unnecessary.

I take all my vehicles to the Goodyear in Perrysburg and have always been pleased. The responsiveness of the store, team, service and store manager regarding the most recent service far exceeded my expectations. I had a break issue occur while traveling to the home of a family member about 300 miles away. When I returned to the Perrysburg area, I made contact with the store and was able to get an appointment that day. The issue was analyzed and contact was made by the store manager regarding the issue, which could have resulted in a serious road problem. The work was authorized and the work completed in an expeditious manned. I highly recommend this service provider and it’s team for all routine maintenance as well as emergency repairs.

Tom’s Tire Goodyear dealer in Perrysburg, Ohio has had my business for over 25 years and my recent experience last week is a good example. They offered me a deal on an alignment after buying 4 tires from them. I had previously installed a new steering rack on my 2008 Cobalt that ultimately turned out to be defective. I discussed this with their technicians who recommended I buy a new GM steering rack and that they would do another alignment free of charge- which they did. Goodyear has great tires and the service I got from their store was superb.Thanks guys.John Jezak

Ken and his team are absolutely amazing! I was moving my daughter to college and she had an oil change close to our home in Loveland Ohio! She had a leak and Ken and his team took time to check it out. The service place near home had put in the wrong gasket and the oil plug was loose. They got us right in and on our way! I recommend them 100%.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to this Goodyear and the 3 Service men that were working the evening on Friday, August 9th! While on the highway traveling from Ohio to MI to begin a Camping weekend our tire popped on our camper! My husband was able to pull along the highway to put a spare on, but when the tire blew it also took chunks out of the tire next to it. So we exited the highway and found this Goodyear open but for ONLY 30 more minutes. We thought we were out of luck being 45 minutes from home and still over an hour from our destination. But this store promised to take GOOD care of us and that’s exactly what they did! They stayed OPEN to provide us with 4 New tires! We were in service and back on the road to continue our Camping trip by 6:15! Wow! What EXCELLENT 5 STAR service! We couldn’t be more GRATEFUL to the Awesome staff who took SPECIAL CARE of us and made our Vacation possible! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!

The staff is very friendly the location was very clean and inviting. the staff was very quick to strike up a conversation very friendly very inviting very informative when asking questions about products that they sell. Definitely think that Ill be coming back here in the future for tire purchases. Overall very satisfied is my trip

A huge thank you to the Goodyear Tire team at Eckel Junction. After having 3 flat tires in 3 weeks, I decided it was time for all new. Goodyear offered nice rebate and credit card incentives, so I went with them. My ride is well balanced and the tires feel like they could grip anything.Since my four new tires, I was getting a leak so I ran over to Goodyear right before they closed to get some FREE AIR. Kaden F was so kind to point out something he saw in my tire, that was probably causing a leak. Despite the time, he offered to investigate further and see if he could path it right then and there. I was so appreciative of him being able to fit this in the same day and offering to stay after hours. The dedication and commitment to customer service does not go unnoticed here.

Place was empty when I went in, so a short wait. Now I know why. Did work without telling me and then tried to charge me for it. The manager made it right, but dont trust anyone here. Mechanic with 40+ years experience does not know what he is doing. Avoid this place.

I was very impressed with both the speed in which my car was serviced and the professionality and knowledge of the staff. When you have somebody you truly trust to work on your car it just doesnt make any sense to go anywhere else.

My husband and I needed help with the replacement of a valve stem on our RV during our trip from St Louis to Niagara Falls.
