Great drinks and friendly staff. Always a line and wait.

Every time I go through the drive thru, the line is huge. However, I’ve never stayed more than 10 minutes. They get what you want, and get it quick. I’ve never had them mess up on an order. They’re also really friendly!

What a joke. The drinks always taste like water and they cant fix anything to save their lives. Find new management.

Don’t bother customizing drinks, especially if you have health issues with dairy or sugar. Months of drinks made wrong even though ordered through app and the sticker on the cup is printed out correctly. Even drive thru orders with specific verbal instructions and they can’t get it right, plus are rude when you say something. No one answers phone when calling to complain. I only kept going hoping “next time” they will get it right. On a regular basis staff just stares at you when you walk in, no greeting like every other Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. These are my experiences when the place is slow, so it is not like they are too busy to do their job correctly. This place is only busy because of the location. Go 5 mins out of your way to Dixie Hwy for the new location or Levis one, they will treat you right with correct orders and friendly service Starbucks is known for. I’m a patient person, especially when it comes to the service industry, but this place is so ridiculous I complained to corporate.

A warm atmosphere Starbucks. The booth style tables offer more privacy than most open layout Starbucks. Features an open patio out front which is a nice seating option for the warmer months. Good and friendly service.

Get place to workout, quiet and clean and never have to wait to use equipment..

I went during a busy time. Very friendly staff but there seemed to be an organizational disconnect amongst the team members, creating a less efficient service. To their credit, there were several add on requests after creating the order and the staff handle them with patience. Overall a great store.

If you make any changes the Baristas will punish you by skimping. I went and ordered a caramel Frappuccino. I had then add a double shot of espresso. I visibly irritated her. I know dealing with customers can be taxing on people and I and I dont believe the customer is always right so Im sure she was frustrated. I was very polite and I apologize for any inconvenience. But clearly if Im willing to spend $7 on a drink I would like it to be decent.. She didnt put any caramel in the Carmel Frappuccino And made my drink kind of water down and barely any whipped cream.

Got a refresher from this location and its literally 85% ice. When im paying starbucks prices i expect the product to go along with it. trying to be cheap will cost you customers...

I ordered a tall Frappuccino with expresso & a chocolate croissant, it cost over $8. My tall Frappuccino was a kid size drink.This is the very LAST TIME I will get anything from Starbucks. FYI, EVERYONE, GO TO TIM HORTONS. The coffee & ancillary drinks taste better & you wont need to spend your childrens college fund. Please try Tim Hortons, youll be pleasantly surprised & youll be able to cut the Starbucks cord.Very dissatisfied in Ohio.

This place is super busy about 90% of the time I stop there.Pro tip- Order ahead on the Starbucks app and instead of waiting in the long drive-thru line, pick up in the store. Ive been in and out there in 5 minutes when the drive thru line is to the main road. There normally is a parking spot available or park at the gas station next door.Besides that its a pretty good quality Starbucks. They are pretty efficient at getting drinks out if theyre busy although there have been a few times Ive had to wait a little bit (busy weekend mornings).Employees are usually friendly and never have had customer service problems. :)9

This Starbucks is absolutely phenomenal. Im a regular and most of the staff know me by name. I love coming here to study in the friendly atmosphere, theyre quick to make my coffee and are always willing to correct anything if necessary! (:

Horrible service, no indoor seating - for terrible coffee? Wish this place would just close already. Go to the Flying Joe or Brew House Coffee if you want to actually dine in---oh yea and their coffee is actually drinkable!

I love going to this one because everyone is nice & polite. Even with a wait, they seem to keep things going smoothly & get everything out.

Lance is an amazing personality! I go to starbucks daily, but our first time to this location. We were heading to Columbus and stopped here on our way. I have never been greated so warmly. The whole staff is friendly but Lance went above and beyond to know his customers and provide exceptional service.

The drive thru could be set up better but overall they do a good job and I’ve always had my order come out right.

Line actually moved pretty quick today, but sometimes you wait 20-30 minutes to get through the line.

I love this place. Today I ordered 5 coffees 2 capachino and something else.. then I walked out. If everyone who does not like starbucks did this daily they would loose millions

Found this Starbucks just as I was needing a caffeine fix. Very nice staff and the decor is different from other locations in a nice sort of way. I liked the semi-booth locations that facilitated conversation and gave a little privacy. Coffee good as usual. Nice place!

Their frappuccinos are hit or miss with miss being far more likely. Theyre often far too milky and the quality between this one and the Krogers in Oregon is startling. Im just going to drive the extra bit to the Oregon Krogers for now on because these are way too expensive for them to suck most of the time. Ive never had a bad one from the Krogers one, so thats what Ill do since Im done giving this one chances.

The store is set up for mobile order or drive thru only. The staff is incredibly busy at this location and theyre rocking it! A drive thru line out to the main road was eliminated in minutes and they were on top of getting my mobile order out as well.

I dont even like coffee but, I like the refreshers personally the strawberry blueberry or strawberry banana are my two favorites. They have other options for those who are not big into coffee and its a great place to hangout with friends.

Coffee is great. Ordered two different mochas, they were delicious! The staff does a great job here. Drinks were done quickly even though we were right the middle of the Sunday morning rush.

Always friendly service

So today when I went, I usually have good service, but today was far worst than I’ve ever experienced. It was busy which is totally understandable, but when I got to the window, I got my first drink and asked many times what other drink I was waiting on. The person at the drive thru didn’t know what I ordered and then asked me multiple times what it was. After being handed two drinks, that I didn’t order, I finally got the second one, but then realized after being frustrated for waiting so long, I didn’t get the drink I wanted after my first drink receipt on the cup said 1 of 2 and the other I got which was wrong was 1 of 1. When I tasted my correct drink, it didn’t taste like it usually does and I was very let down today by this Starbucks. I don’t think I will go back again.

Service is poor.Drive through was 10 cars long so I went inside expecting to get in and out. Not so lucky! Online orders, drive through orders all seemed to take precedent over inside customers. After what seemed like forever I asked the cashier about my order. He checked the reel and then casually stated my sticker must have been lost!!Smf! Not even an apology:/. I waited 20 minutes! Errrrr! It wasn’t just me there were other people waiting......a long time. I don’t know, if your going to have online orders and have a store you must staff it appropriately!

Quick and friendly. This is the first Starbucks Ive seen with booths. A really novel design that they should expand on. It offers a bit of privacy yet the screens between the booths keep them from feeling closed in. Easy access to/from the interstate makes the location very convenient.

Nice knowledgeable staff. Decent hours for studying. Only gripe is that it is sometimes not very clean (floors, tables, and the glass).

Typical star bucks, drive thru is a bit confusing to get into, its best to enter it from the road rather than through the parking lot. This location had affirmation written by other customers that you could take one of or leave one for someone else. They also have book basket that you can donate a book to it, or take one from it.

I love how the staff knows my name and me so well to realize that I may need an extra espresso or just some laughter. They are an amazing staff.

Its Starbucks... They just have a recipe for good Coffee. They are trained well.

The thing with starbucks is you either love starbucks, or you hate it. They have only 1 cup of coffee that I like, thats the Americana, I usually get it with an extra shot of espresso. To me, and Ive heard from others, their coffee tastes burnt. Im just not one thats impressed with their coffee.

The one off of rt 20 in Perrysburg is awful. They messed up my drink twice and over charged me.

Coffee is weak and too sweet. Dont like having to order in fake Italian/Spanish. Staff would all rather be somewhere else. Never tried the food... wouldnt expect much.

My wife has a more difficult order and shes picky because shes a partner. She has not been able to enjoy her drink until this Starbucks!! We traveled from MN to MA and are now on our way back to MN. THANK YOU!

Quick in out ordering, and the bathrooms were clean. The guy that waited on me was super nice.

Its not bad, Im just not a big starbucks fan. To me their coffee tastes like its burnt, however my wife just raves about it so I order an Americana with a extra shot of espresso added to it.

Nice location just off I-75. I skipped the drive-thru to get that face time with humans. The drive-thru is so unnecessary.. it get that it perfect when the kids are in the car but otherwise go smile at your barista and say Thanks like I did😉

Consistently the slowest Starbucks in Toledo metro area. Expect a half hour wait whether you get in line or order ahead and walk in. Ive begun trying to avoid those place at all costs, but we always seem to be in this side of town. Oh and dont expect better service by walking in. Driveway is first priority, even though you might be standing IN the lobby waiting.

The inconsistency at this place is very upsetting. I often wonder why I come here if it were not for various seasonal flavors but constantly having to have drinks remade gets old. Better off going to McDonalds. At least the automated machine their produces the same results at half the cost.

I love coming here. The people are always so friendly to me, its my after workout, wind down spot.

The service was okay. Nothing more. The barista that took our order was so nice and friendly. The barista who made our drinks was the complete opposite. She basically slid my iced caramel macchiato across the already damp counter that I had to catch it before it fell off the counter. She said the order way too fast and there was no name on my cup, so I had to guess it was mine. Probably won’t be back here, but I’ll go to the other locations. If the nice barista who helped us when we walked in or the macchiato wasn’t decent, I would have given one star.
