The reviews about this location and it’s employee Ryan where spot on. Ryan is welcoming and very knowledgeable. He explains the process and then shows you a few options and lets you try them out. He isn’t pushy and really wants to make sure you make the right choice! I would highly recommend if you need a mattress to stop in to this location and speak with Ryan!

The bed, the salesman, Ryan and the delivery men are/were INCREDIBLE. The ONLY reason for a 4 star review is the incessant emailing and calling on the company end to review them. Otherwise, everything was very easy, as far as picking a mattress, no pushy salesman- Ryan was great about making sure we had the right fit at the right price point for us. The men who delivered were professional, courteous and well prepared for the set up. I would recommend this location in Pewaukee, Ryan specifically and those delivery men again highly.Just be prepared for a barrage of requests for reviews unless you plan to review immediately after delivery.

First of all Ryan from Pewaukee Mattress Firm Ryan is absolutely phenomenal and he was so helpful with everything that I needed for my bed and I ended up with an adjustable which made me even more excited. He literally worked with all of my needs, Ryan was very patient with me because I kept going back-and-forth between Mattress Firm Ryan and one other company. He gave me all of the information that I needed to make a decision. he gave me multiple options and really got to know me and to learn what I was looking for and we found the perfect bed... Great staff and a-lot of selection. Ryan always does a great job in educating people on the right mattress and he even threw in a few body pillow! I would recommend at least stopping in and talking with him if youre looking for a new mattress/pillow.

We had a great experience working with Ryan! He was helpful, not pushy, and helped us find the perfect bed. He warned us it might have an odor or need time to break in once it arrived but the minute we got it, it has been amazing! Easily the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in AND definitely spring for the adjustable base. The price was perfect as well, especially compared to other places- and they do price matching. I had purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from a different local furniture store and had a problem getting delivery in a timely manner. I called Mattress Firm and asked about the specific mattress I had already purchased elsewhere and Ryan at the Pewaukee store was able to get delivery weeks before the other store. Additionally, the mattress was over $100 cheaper, and they were also able to give me a set of sheets which the other store did not offer. I was able to complete everything over the phone and the sales associate Ryan was incredibly helpful, prompt, and had great follow through.

Ryan was great. We walked in not expecting to buy anything since it was our first stop, but ended up getting a great mattress. The price was pretty reasonable too. I didnt feel hassled to buy anything and he was cool and patient as we tried like 10 different mattresses.Delivery company screwed up and brought us the wrong pillows, but they are a 3rd party contractor, so thats not really Mattress Firms fault.

No acknowledgement or welcome when entered the store. The rep kept me waiting for 10 min while he dragged on a conversation to speak to a customer about how much of a snuggler he is and not his fiancé. Didn’t say hi or look like he wanted to help when he finally came around. I told him I was looking for a a foundation and he gave me a blank stare. I had to him ask him where to start. He proceeded to his computer and said, “I can do some digging for you.” As if helping me as a customer wasn’t his job. He quickly acknowledge a new customer as they entered the store and was quick to brush me off.

My husband and I were in need of new Mattress, but always dread the idea of having to deal with salesmen and making such a big decision on which route to go with such an important item that we use every day. As soon as the doors opened, we were greeted by Peter with a genuine smile and kindness, not sales man shmoozy at all. He was really knowledgeable and patient, as we were there for a really long time testing out all the options, never making us feel rushed. He informed us on the options and took the time to understand what we were looking for. Then directed us towards the beds that might be what we are looking for. Not just the most expensive beds, he was focusing on the right beds that fit our needs all around. He seemed to really understand and care about what were looking for, with our best interest in mind. He took what we thought would be a really unpleasant, not looking forward to purchase and made it exciting and enjoyable. His outgoing, pleasant personality really made it fun! They even have an area to help keep your kids occupied and content. I would highly recommend this store and location, particularly to work with Peter.
