Walked in with two dead electric scooter batteries and they checked there computer and pulled two new ones from stock. I really didnt think that they would even carry the ones I needed let alone have them on the shelve! Im happy now. Thanks Batteries Plus.

OEM Samsung battery replaced in my phone for $30 cheaper than uBreakiFixit, and it was a new battery from 2021 ... ifixit brookfield has a 2019 battery and wouldnt order me a newer one :p

Purchased a couple of batteries on-line to pick up at store; an hour later got an email saying my order is ready for pick-up. What a sham! When showed up at the store, associates started to wonder around looking for the stuff I bought. As it turns out one of the batteries wasnt in stock, so they gave me a closest thing they had, which turned out to be not close at all. When I returned to the store they offered to order the part I actually needed and said they would call me a day later, two at most. After a week I called them, at which point they said that surprisingly the part did not arrive, but should be there the next day, at which point they will totally call me, or I can go chase it at another store that totally has it in stock, just like they thought they did. Its been two weeks.

Had an old pair of garage openers that needed new batteries. Not only was the staff (Chris) able to help determine the type of battery to replace, he opened everything up and swapped them out on the spot. Great customer service and clean store.

STOP......Think twice before going to batteries plus for cell phones and lap tops. They are good at replaceing batteries but cant tell you if your battery is any good and install factory seconds. I drove out of my way to buy a battery from them only to find out after the second day after it stopped working that they are factory seconds. I called uBreakifix in Janesville and they fixed my iphone. This was after I invested in a screen replacement and new battery with batteries plus to the tune of $215.23. Battery refund was a mere $34.99. They mark up the products and offer discounts to make you think you are getting a great deal. My battery replacement and install with youBreakifix was $69.99 period and it still works.

Went to buy a car battery. The selection was pretty limited. However the customer service was excellent! There was an issue installing the new battery and the staff kept working on it until it was perfect. I was very impressed and will definitely come back.

Awesome service! Needed a new car battery ASAP and stopped at several places before calling Batteries Plus. Pulled up and and the employee had the old battery out and new one in in far less time than any repair shop I have ever visited, and for $50 less than expected. She was knowledgeable, quick, and polite.

Don’t go in for an IPhone battery replacement. They replaced mine with a used battery that was just as bad and they tore my haptic feedback (vibration motor) without telling me. They also dented the phone slightly on the inside. I ended up buying my own parts as well as a new haptic motor to fix my phone. They’re nice and reasonably priced but just know they might mess up your phone due to lack of care.

This store has terrible customer service. They have an automated phone system that wont allow you to leave a message as instructed to. Also, my family has had a battery on order for over 3 weeks with no updates leaving us without the use of a phone. Negligent customer service! Would not recommend!

My wifes phone suddenly had the case delaminate. A bit of research indicated it was likely a swollen battery. Rather than send the phone into Samsung, I opted to contact Batteries Plus and it was fixed in less than an hour. Works like a charm.

Purchased a battery yesterday. Sales guy was great. Said to put the battery on a charger as it was low. Left it on a trickle overnight. And it didnt take a charge. Now I have to go back as I need it today. And despite my best efforts I cant get more than 2 years out of these agm batteries. The oem lead acid battery lasted 4 years with no maintenance charge.

Needed 2 batteries, one for a moped and the other for a motorcycle. Hint: Make sure you charge your battery before bringing it in - saves time when determining if the battery is actually good or bad. Both batteries were bad but the motorcycle battery was less than a year old so we were able to take it in to the motorcycle dealer & exchange it, as it was under warranty. This store is tucked back in a shopping center but visible off the main road. We did see some items with sale prices but its mostly luck if the item you need is on sale. Call ahead for questions - they know their stuff.

Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. I was there on New Years Day evening when temps were sub-zero. Staff could have been understandingly not happy to be working on a holiday or in such cold weather. However, they were great to deal with, proficient in installing my battery and didnt at all seem bothered by being very busy. Ill definitely be back for my battery needs.

I had excellent service. They will know and have in stock any battery you need. I needed a battery for my key fob. Since I am not handy at all I love that they put the battery in for me. Also I can get my battery replaced for free at any of their stores anytime in the future.

When I was at this location Back in April getting a battery replaced in my phone my phone had been damage . I was told i would be compensated for the damage phone still yet to receive anything. Have talked to the manager numerous times and other employees even called the corporate office. Basically got the run around and have been told that they will make sure it get sent out yet nothing has been done

Great customer service both times I went for a battery the first time and one I ordered happend to be low so the guy grabbed a fully changed one off shelf which I thought was nice seeing my 12v was at like a 11.98 and he still grabbed one for me and I went back in today two weeks later as the battery was acting up well all the tests showed battery was fine but the guy still exchanged with a brand new replacement of the same battery EXCELLENT service here!

I purchased 6 golf cart batteries from this Batteries + Bulbs. When I went to pick them up one of them was a few months older then the others. I expressed that I was uncomfortable with that but I needed them right away. Justin went all the way to the Menominee Falls store and had the matching one at Pewaukee store by 10 oclock the next morning. I would be comfortable recommending this store to anyone. Eight days later and my order has not yet been completely filled. I know that weather and shipping problems are beyond their control, but theyve now missed three promised delivery dates and Ive had to call them to find out what the problem is. A little communication goes a long way. Given their proximity to my home, Im sure Ill be giving them another chance. Do better next time.

Not the place to use for car batteriesBought two car batteries via their website after confirming via phone they would honor free installation. One battery was on backorder while the other was in stock. Unfortunately when I arrived to have the first battery installed I was informed the installation was categorized as a difficult installation and was told they could not install it. After threatening to cancel the order they decided to install it.Two weeks later the other battery arrived. Upon arrival to have it installed I was again informed it was categorized as a difficult installation. This time they did not install the battery. It took me 20 minutes to install it at home because I took 10 minutes to clean a corroded retaining bracket.What infuriates me is I had to enter detailed information for both cars using their online selection tool in order to select the correct battery. At no point in time did their website indicate there would be an issue installing either battery. This whole difficult installation concept seems like a way to lure business under the guise of free installation only to renege on it later.I dealt with the same associate for both transactions. I wont list their name in a public forum but it was incredibly frustrating to have to repeat myself multiple times in regards to simple matters such as simply finding my order in their system to the installation of the first battery and battery core refund or the lack thereof up to that point. Very, very slow service as well. This person was either very poorly trained or just didnt get it.I would like to state the associate I dealt with when I returned the second battery core was quick, courteous and professional.

My Daughters Jeep needed a new battery. I didnt bother shopping, because I knew Batteries Plus did free installs, and I was able to buy an in stock battery late Friday night.I sent my 16 yo daughter in to get the battery, calling ahead to ensure that the battery was in stock, and they were prepared for her arrival. The salesperson on the phone put me on hold for some time, then seemed disinterested in the information I was giving him.Upon arrival, the salesperson was told my daughter that he would not be able to install the battery at that time (her car was bad enough that it would not hold a charge for even a short while). She kept her car running and panicked like many 16 yos do. I had her tell the salesperson that I was on my way in to do the install myself, and to ensure that I had tools to do so. She was told that I would not be able to use their tools.Once the salesperson heard I was driving in, he came out to do the install. I arrived to find him struggling to do the installation. I let him know it was disappointing to call ahead and have this kind of service. He responded that he was the only one working, to which I replied he could have at least told me.I watched him struggle to get a bracket in and while he was doing that, I managed to do some investigation to a fender problem on my car, realizing that I needed a simple plastic rivet to repair my car. I called auto zone up the road (Grandview) and they were pleasant on the phone. I went to the store, and got great service from the pleasant staff. The complete opposite of my Batteries Plus experience. I left auto zone wishing I had sent my daughter there.

Batteries Plus had a better, cheaper battery than Walmart - I got the equivalent part battery, but with more cranking amps, for $10 less with the buy on-line and pick up at store option from Batteries Plus.

Called to see about replacing my iPhone6 battery. They said “just come one in and we will get you going in 30 minuets “. Much better than 2 weeks Apple quoted me.

I took a watch there to get the battery replaced. After several failed attempts to get the back off and after scratching and marring the back of my watch the employee told me take it to a jeweler. I took it to a jeweler 2 blocks away and he changed the battery in 2 minutes flat without one issue. The part of the Batteries plus website that says they have all the tools and know how to get the job done right is about as false a claim as Ive seen in awhile.

I was leaving for FL on vac and my Galaxy Note 5 needed a new battery . I asked the young man if he was sure he knew how to do this and he said yes. I came back a 1/2 later and he told me he shattered the glass back of my phone and had sent someone on a 2 hour drive to get a replacement. I couldnt wait bc I needed to catch my plane. He also damaged the bottom corner of the screen on my previously pristine note 5 . Went to a Batteries Plus in Bonita Springs Floida while on vacation and they were willing to replace the back at their loss but the screen was a little too much for him to eat. Decided to wait and take my phone back to Pewaukee Batteries Plus for them to fix it but of course Im worried they might do more harm. I will follow up later . Well I took my phone back and they replaced the back glass and the screen and also orderd a new screen protector because they damaged the one on the phone by removing it . Im happy with the job they did and gave 4 stars instead of 5 because 5 stars would have been if the damaged never happened . Thanks .

This is the second location I’ve taken my IPad Air into. Janesville location made the screen worse and per the manager at this store, fixing their mistake wouldn’t be an issue. My iPad screen is not only worse after I got it back from this location, it glitches and clicks into various apps/screens and at this point I will trust only an apple store to fix it, although it is twice the cost. Don’t advertise an “easy fix” for a cracked screen to only do further damage for $150. Biggest regret is going through this company.
