They did an awesome job on the Ceramic coating for my Tesla Model Y. It looks great, and I had accumulated some bug splatter during the 2 week curing period. All of which came off immediately when they washed/inspected the coating for me.I took it in a Monday, and they originally said it might take a week since I was getting the Gold package. However, they called me Wednesday afternoon to tell me it was ready for pickup, and I picked it back up on Thursday.They do quality work here, and you get what you pay for.

I just wanted to thank Chad and everyone at Carisma Customs for an amazing job on my 2019 Infiniti Q50 red sport in iridium blue. I didn’t think it was possible for a year old car to look better than showroom new! Amazing! It looks wet all the time! I took the photos in the garage to show the glass like surface. One of the pictures is of the top of the rear bumper. Before it went in it had deep scratches in it from someone unknowingly dragging a bin across it that must’ve had some dirt on it. I never thought they would have gotten it all out.....they did! It looks better than new! I could be more happy. In fact I am looking forward to a return visit to have ceramic window tint installed all around. My car means a lot to me; it may not be a 100k+ super car, but it took a lot for me to afford it and I want it protected so it looks amazing for a very long time. Purchased a bucket list car for myself this Spring. The vehicle - 2012 Porsche 911 Cabriolet Black Edition. The car looked amazing when I first saw it - good paint, no dents / dings, rims were mint and it ran terrific. But I forgot, everything looks awesome in the rain - right? The day I purchased the vehicle I did what most would do - wash it and check every inch of it inside and out and start the list of to-dos. Well, I found a few dents and the paint was very much in need of some love. The rag top looked like it needed a touch-up BUT, I was right about one thing, the rims were mint!I immediately started looking for shops that could help me with a full detail. I thought I knew what I needed and called a few places. Chad and his team were the only ones that refused to talk options and price with me over the phone (1st sign I was headed in the right direction). He said hed be happy to look it over in person but wasnt going to quote me anything until he saw it. After we agreed to the plan of attack, Chad made no promises on what he was not 100% sure he and his Team could take care of (dents mainly) and my paint was in some serious need for correction.Chad looked the car over and told me what I could do and what hed do if it was his car. He talked me out of many extras that I thought I wanted or needed and shared many ideas of what would be best. After we finished discussing my car, he gave me a tour of the shop and introduced me to his Team.We agreed on dates and prices and we set the plan in motion. Chad called me several times along the way to let me know of their success in removing the dents I had seen before doing the correction and other detailing. Not only did they get the dents I knew of, they went over the full car and pulled out several other smaller ones I never noticed were on the car!The paint correction, wheels off package and full interior was what I chose. When my wife and I showed up a week later to pick up the car (ahead of promised due date) we couldnt believe it was the same car. It was like getting a new car. The paint was amazing, the rag top was perfect and the care and attention to detail was amazing. Chad and his Team absolutely obliterated our expectations. The attention to detail on the ppf application - a challenging project with all the contours of the various body panels and the rear spoiler - was phenomenal!!! The Ceramic Pro coating on the ENTIRE vehicle - including the Brembo brake calipers and both sets of my wheels (winter & summer) makes clean-up and maintaining the cars appearance as easy as its going to get. We brought in our Toyota 4 Runner to tint the front two windows to match the rest of the car. The process was super easy, dropped the car off in the morning, threw the keys in their drop box on the side of the building and they called me when it was ready for pick up. Chad gave us clear instructions to help it cure for the best results and we think it looks fantastic! Price was comparable to others, but service was great.

What I have to say about the install work is a lot, but it comes because I value my vehicle and my time. This is truly a professional shop and who I will recommend to people who ask me from now on.Carisma recently installed a Viper 2 Way remote start in my Kia Optima. Having dealt with most of the install shops around the metro Milwaukee area, I will say which much confidence that this was the best experience I have had in ten years.We will start out with a few notes, pricing wise Carisma was within a few dollars of anyone else I talked to. As far as scheduling goes, getting a time set to bring my car in was easy and communication was open. For what its worth, the waiting area if you are sticking around is pretty comfortable. When I called in to get an idea of pricing the team at Carisma spent the time to tell me about my options and make sure they knew what was needed. I would like to make a point that the basic unit installed at Carisma is a much better option than what most shops will consider “basic”.The system they install is a 2-way kit with extended range. Wherever you get a remote start installed, go for a 2 way, it’s worth it, I promise.For the first time in having something installed, I felt like the shop and employees actually cared, they kept me informed and up to date on what was going on, and went the extra mile to solve a minor issue that cropped up because of my vehicle.On top of having the cleanest shop in the area, this was the first time I didn’t find install garbage left in the car. No bits of wire, no weird fingerprints or scuffs.I will be back to have my windows re-tinted and hopefully see if they can fix some bugs that the last shop left in my stereo install.

The owner was awsome and his staff! I own my own business and understand the detail of explaining how they stand out compared to others and how they treat cars as their owns! My car I thought looked good but once carisma put their touches on my audi rs7 it is 10x better! Very impressive by the whole operation and I will be taking all my cars here for protection and detailing!

Brought my 2019 Tesla Model 3 to get all of the windows tinted. They did a fantastic job and even adjusted the rear window to better match the way I wanted without charging me anything additional. The entire team is friendly and professional and will clearly do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with their work. I drove all the way from Whitefish Bay and was happy I made the trip. They have a clean well lit workshop and are working on everything from specialty cars like Lamborghinis, Aston Martins, Porsches, Corvettes, Range Rovers, and daily drivers like Hondas and Subarus.

Carisma Customs is great! They worked around my schedule to get me in for my Ceramic Pro annual inspection. I had them detail the interior at the same time. They do excellent work! My truck looks new inside and out.

The owner was very knowledgeable and intolerant of slipshod work. I was there for help with an existing car stereo. He recommended a full rework of an install that I had previously had done and after discussion and some research I have agreed. The next step is to go over everything in my car and decide how I wanted reinstalled. Ill check back in after the work is done.

I do! And, Idon’t. So I took it to Carisma Customs.I consider myself a savvy consumer. I did my due diligence. Iheard my favorite radio personalities shill for Carisma. Thenone of my best friends had his 2012 Audi R8 treated by Carisma.Wow! is an appropriate observation.The Suburban looks BETTER than the day I drove it off the lot.They found and corrected some finish issues I believed I was justgoing to have to live with. They explained the meticulous careand preparations the truck would go through before the coatingprocess and then explained that! They spent time to explain whatceramic coating was and what it was not. They made sure Iunderstood that it’s not bulletproof but that, with proper,MINIMAL care the coating would protect the finish and lookfantastic for years to come.I stand outside in my driveway entertaining vices looking at mycar. I freak out all the time when I see something on the finishonly to discover that it’s just the insane shine and reflectionof other things in my driveway! After this last week of nearconstant rain I just watched water bead up and practically screamto be blown off the finish! (You’ll discover a new use for yourleaf-blower! ) A quick drive down the freeway exorcised thedroplet demons and as the sun finally came out the Suburban justshone, nary a drop to be seen. The water cascading past my backupcamera as I backed down the slight slope of my driveway was asif standing in a cave behind a waterfall!It only takes a few minutes to get the feeling that the peopleat Carisma Customs take what they do very seriously. The productis serious business and its application requires trainedprofessionalism. It always seemed to me on my visits ( you’llmake a couple ) that there were multiple layers of supervisionand inspection throughout the process. To see the finishedproduct on the Benz’s, Vettes, Lambos and even a sweet Harleytrike at their shop gives the unmistakable impression they notonly know what they are doing but they care!Is it worth it? Ask me in a year. But, I’m serious, my trucklooks better than it did when I drove it off the lot. It shineswith an almost demonic quality. You’ll find yourself drivingslowly past storefront windows to admire the reflection. Rightnow, I’m convinced the money I spent, a mere fraction of the 60Ksticker price, is worth every dime. Ask them to show you the super high resolution photos I took on delivery day!

Garrett and Jordan have treated me and my truck with the utmost professionalism and delivered some awesome work on my truck. Window tinting work has been flawless in comparison to other less expensive options I’ve used in the past. Additionally, when outfitting my truck with the start of my off road lighting package they got the job done in the time they estimated with a very clean installation making the work look like it was done from the factory. Before winter arrives I’m planning to be back for PPF and ceramic treatments to further protect the truck for the future.

I’ve always been cautious of “rave reviews”. For Carisma, they are all totally legit. My experience with Chad and his team has been superb. They love cars, know what they are doing, and do it very very well. They took great care with my baby and brought her finish and wheels back to life. This place was amazing they were very nice and helpful. I have a 2020 Jeep Compass and I wanted my front windows tinted to match my back one. They were very kind and the place was so clean. They do it all from tints, remote starts, cleaning cars, to even pimping cars out!! Shout out to the owner he gave me great advice on how to remove dog hair out of my cars because vacuum wasnt doing the job.

This is not a fake review. If I could give Carisma Customs more than 5 stars, I would.Being new to the custom LED market, I bought an RGBW color changing headlight kit from Lightning Trendz and Carisma agreed to do the installation on my 2019 Ram 2500 Laramie diesel. They were skeptical, as they have never worked with Lightning Trendz before but went ahead with the install. There was issue after issue and my truck was there for a month. I ended up with Flow Series tubes in the end as the original kit I purchased didn’t work. Lightning Trendz had poor customer service and even worse tech service. Carisma has done kits like these many times and just couldn’t get these to work 100%. Lightning Trendz was absolutely no help.In the end I ended up ordering two new headlights for $1000. What did work on the LEDs’ lasted two months before I had issues that couldn’t be resolved. Even from the day I picked up the truck I wasn’t very impressed with the outcome.The owner of Carisma graciously gave me a full refund for all of his charges. I’m still out the $1000 for two new headlights but it could’ve been much worse.Moral of the story, don’t buy Walmart brand stuff. If you can’t find a product for your vehicle from a reputable company, don’t do it.I’m glad I used Carisma Customs for my install and will have no problem taking my vehicles there in the future. I just wish the outcome on this install was different.

I was looking to have some minor scratches and swirl marks taken out of the paint on my 2015 Porsche Cayman GTS. After discussing options with the staff I went with a paint correction polish and a ceramic coating to protect the new finish. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. I got the Ceramic Pro silver. Ive never paid additional dollars to protect the exterior of my vehicle. At first I was extremely skeptical about the value it would bring. After seeing the job Carisma did, I couldnt have made a better decision. Im driving around in a showroom quality finish that is unlike anything on the road. Since picking my car up, Ive been kicking myself for not leaving a tip for the great work that was done on my vehicle. As a consumer, Ive very rarely had my expectations of something exceeded, Carisma Customs exceeded them in every way.

I just took my new 911 to Carisma Customs to get a custom installed radar/laser detector, protective film applied to the front end of the car, and ceramic coating applied to the whole car - WOW what a FANTASTIC JOB Chad and his team did on everything! Excellent job! I got the windows on my car tinted and they turned out great! Very sharp lines and excellent attention to detail. Shop is very clean and in a good location that is safe. I felt good taking my car to a place that was as high end as this one, also they had some cool cars to look at while I waited for my ride!

I had the Ceramic Pro and Xpel film applied to my new Corvette. The staff and especially the owner are meticulous to detail. They pointed out imperfections in the factory paint to me that I didn’t notice and corrected them. The products and application are not cheap but they are high quality. Dirt doesn’t stick to the surface. It cleans up easy and fast! I would recommend Carisma Customs if you want a high quality job. After the first application of the Xpel film, I brought my car in for an inspection a month later. The owner noticed a couple of tiny fibers under a section. He had me drive it until it was convenient for me to bring it back back in for a complete new section at no charge. They stand behind there work.

Took my 2001 M5 to these guys to have ceramic coating put on. I have always taken good care of the car but the car is 18 years old and had a few little dings and some swirling from many years of washing and waxing. They took the car, clay bared it, did a total paint correction, removed the dings and eliminated 99% of all the swirl marks. Took the wheels off and did a complete cleaning and coating. Applied 2 coats of ceramic coating and the car looks better then the day I picked it up from BMW.............seriously these guys are really, really good at what they do and super easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them

Chad and team did a fantastic job ceramic coating my 2019 AMG GLC 63. The vehicle looks outstanding! I was so glad I got it done within weeks of taking delivery from Mercedes. The ceramic is so easy to wash and it boldly brings out the cars aerodynamic lines in the metallic black paint, looking like it was just driven out of the factory every single day. I was so impressed with the end product I have booked my wifes Audi Q7 in to be done as soon as possible. I brought my 2018 f150 for the gold package and was told it would take 5 days, I got a call on the fourth day saying they had more paint correction then expected and that they could have it done on the original planned day or they could keep it longer so it was done right and it would be no additional charge for the additional work. The price they give you when you go for an appointment is the price you pay. They treated my truck like a $500k supercar and they treat every vehicle the same. I highly recommend the product and service! My vehicle looks better then the day I bought off the lot!

Honestly, I dont even know where to begin. I have been going to Carisma Customs forna year and a half now. I can say with no hesitation, I have never met a more talented, determined, and unity of their crew. From the boss, to the crew, to the bosss son, all make you feel like one of the family. I had Chad and the Carisma Customs team tint the front windows and apply Ceramic Pro to my 18 all black Silverado. They were able to match the back windows perfectly. There were a few scratches and problem areas in the black paint but they were able to completely correct them before applying the Ceramic Pro. After applying Ceramic Pro the black is deep and has a mirror like finish. I also want to thank Chad for being upfront and honest with me. There was one spot on the door that had a smudge in the Ceramic Pro before it cured. I did not and probably would not have noticed it at all but he pointed it out to me. He said he would not feel right if he didnt. I came back a week later and they were able to fix it. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the customer service I received from Carisma Customs!!

Amazing work and great attention to detail. Had both my vehicles detailed inside and out extremely beautiful work. They also changed my lighting to LED’s. They can do everything there.

I bought what I thought was a gently used 2015 Audi S8 about a year ago. After flying to the dealer, seeing the car in person, and driving it home I learned a few things... It is a monster and it was a great buy. There is no car like it on the road. Gently used means different things to different people. This land rocket had miscellaneous items in the seat cushions, stains on the leather, a terrible tint job that was pulled out, and terribly abused paint. I decided that since it was my daily driver I could tolerate the beauty marks and love her as my daily driver. Unfortunately, daily drivers are subject to daily abuse, and a couple months back a rogue shopping cart did a number on my front fender. Body shops quoted by about 1,300 to fix it.This was the icing on the cake - so I started calling detail shops. After many emails and phone calls, Chad and Carisma Customs were clearly the most responsive, direct, and cooperative group I could find. I was all in with a very aggressive paint correction, ceramic coating, tint, and interior detail. They even had the dent pulled.In the end...1- Paint correction and ceramic: Even the scratches that were to the steel are barely visible now. From 3 feet the pain looks better than new, the trim is flawless, the aesthetic of the car is immaculate.2- Tint: They were able to pull every last scrap of trash off the windows from the previous job and instal new tint that is perfectly cut at every edge.3- Dent: The dent is imperceptible now. For a fraction of the body shop cost they did effectively the same job.4- Interior detail: The car is spotless. The glass looks new, the leather is pristine, the carpets are perfect.The whole job did take a little longer than I hoped, but Chad accommodated me at every turn, and communicated effectively throughout. And, ultimately, I knew the paint correction was a chore - Id rather have it done right than fast. In the end I feel like I have a brand new car. It looks better than gently used, it looks like its fresh from the showroom. Chad and the crew at Carisma are fair, honest, and very competitive with their pricing. Great experience all around.I cant wait to bring them my next project.

VERY VERY HAPPY with Carisma Customs! I had a remote start system (3 mile range) installed and also my front windows tinted. Everything looked and worked PERFECT! I dont trust a lot of people to work on my truck but these guys are LEGIT! Theyre crazy about every fine detail and literally took care of my truck like it was their own. Theyre very particular about their work and far exceeded all my expectations. Theyre also super cool guys and fun to talk with too. Theyre knowledgeable on their products and theyll customize anything that you can think of. Stop in there sometime and check out their work. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed! Ill be back there for sure because theyve definitely earned it!!

Carisma Customs did some amazing work on my car!! I brought my limousine in and after years of wear and tear Charisma customs cleaned it up so its almost new again. I had no idea the carpeting was so bad. I did not know what they used on it, I should taken it there a long time ago. I have had at Porter in the past but it wasnt nearly as clean when I picked it up AND It was similar pricing from what Ive paid in the past. They have extremely knowledgable employees along with the owner. You can definately notice they are trustworthy by the expensive cars they work on when I visit or drive by. I highly recommend that you work with Carisma Customs when you need detailed work on your car.

I took my 2007 F-150 in for a complete detailing. I could not believe how great my 13 year old truck looked!

My father had his motorcycle “Ceramic Pro Silver packaged” by this place last summer. The coating is completely gone and the motorcycle doesn’t bead water anymore. It’s also very scratched. The owner Chad claimed it would be perfect for over 5 years and couldn’t scratch. He also had the motorcycle for a long time and everytime he drove by it was parked outside. After it was done the motorcycle had overspray on it from spray paint. I would highly recommend not getting your vehicle done here. I wouldn’t be surprised if my dads motorcycle was just waxed but claimed to be coated. During the process Chad lied to us many times, and was very rude. And have you guys even read half of these reviews? These are for sure mostly fake reviews.

Had Cermaic Pro installed on my 1995 Toyota Tacoma truck. It has 248,000 miles on the dial. My truck has zero rust and is very good condition. I’m getting older and can’t keep detailing my truck like I used to. I thought the paint was pretty damn nice before Carisma detailed it. First, they did a full vehicle paint correction, then installed Ceramic Pro (gold package) the vehicle looks completely different and the paint looks WET. I never imagined my truck would ever look or shine like this. My wife even said she couldn’t believe it. Not cheap....but so worth it! The guys are so nice and know what they are doing. This stuff is the real deal. If you can afford it, get it.

Great job!!! I had my 2013 Mastercraft ski boat completely detailed. These guys did a fantastic job, I didn’t think they would be able to get my baby this clean. Major oxidation and grime on the boat. They nailed it... and went way beyond what I asked them to do. They totally explained everything and told me up front what they could and couldn’t do. A friend referred me to Carisma Customs to check out ceramic coatings. I chose to have the gold package installed on my new Chevy Impala. The results were completely amazing. The paint looked wet. This stuff is unbelievable. The work that they do on exotic automobiles is incredible. They have an amazing crew and theyre very professional. Carisma Customs did a fantastic job detailing my 2011 Hyundai Sonata! They went above and beyond to get my car looking like new for sale! There were some difficult areas on the exterior, such as tree sap and bird you--know-what with car-finish eating berries in it. But the guys at Carisma Customs did their magic and I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw the finished product! Truly amazing...like brand new! And to top it all off, my car sold for asking price! We just purchased a 2019 Veranda tritoon. A friend of ours recommended the guys over at Carisma to ceramic coat to protect our new purchase.I didn’t know much about ceramic coating so I wasn’t sure about it. After talking with Chad and seeing some vehicles in there shop I was sold on it!! This was the best experience I have ever had at a detail shop. They are clealy targeted towards the car enthusiast, someone who appreciates a job well done and with precision. The staff and owner are friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. I have a magnetic red C5 Corvette. The job itself was superb, my car has never looked better. Brought my challenger hellcat in for window tint and ended up doing ceramic pro coating on car. I cant say how unbelievable the service was. This place in to notch and will be happy to recomend to anyone. I will now bring all my cars here and nowhere else.

Brought my dodge 3500 custom truck in for an exterior detail, they had it for a day, it turned out perfect. Chad the owner treated me and my truck well. Well a few days later I hit a mirror on a parked car in a parking lot and put a dent and scuff marks on my right fender I called Chad ask if he could get me in to get scuff marks off, he squeezed me in the very next morning. picked my truck up that afternoon, to my surprise not only did he remove the scuff marks but he removed the dents as well. My baby looked brand new, I am more then pleased with the care that they gave myself and my truck. I wont go anywhere else for detailing or minor dents . I recommend if you want a job done to perfection then CARISMA CUSTOMS is the place to go. thank you Chad and staff for your outstanding work..... I WILL BE BACK.......

Bought my black mustang used and the paint was less then perfect, swirlmarks etc. Chad and his team paint corrected and ceramic coated my vehicle and they absolutely killed it. Looks freshly waxed ALL the time, highly recommend.
